Very friendly, knowledgeable & 9 times out of 10 if you want a juice & they don't have it, they will order for you if possible. 10/10 highly recommend ETA: a photo. And still the best place to get juice from!

My mod recently died when I was on vacation and I went to capital city vapes because of the good reviews. Shop had a fair selection of mods and the owner was very knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and I was really happy with my choice, the aegis pod system from geek vapes, since I already had batteries and a charger. I’ve been Vaping for more than 10 years and this is a real vape shop not some cigarettes store that just sells disposable devices. If your looking for a great vape shop this is the place.

Their customer service is unparalleled. That is most likely my favorite part about this store. Every employee at Cap City has deep product knowledge and they are extremely friendly every time I go there. It never varies. However, the selection of products and variety of different juices, in my opinion, sets it apart from it's competitors. Great customer service, product variety, and employee knowledge regarding those products makes it so much easier to shop. Personally, I always feel so at ease and comfortable shopping at Cap City and I will continue to. Great store!!!

I went to the place, knowing very little about vapes. Cameron was awesome in helping me pick everything I needed to get started. I really like the liquids he chose, too. Wonderful, clean store with very helpful staff. I definitely recommend this place!

UPDATE: The owner contacted me and went out of his way to make it right. It was very clear that he cares about his customers. We went in the store to meet him and everyone was super helpful. Hopefully the customer service issues have been resolved now. I WAS VERY PLEASED TODAY. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hate this place. I've been in there several times and I can never seem to get any help. The guys are always too busy talking to someone else to even ask if I need help. After standing around for 5 or 10 minutes I always end up just walking out. I will take my business elsewhere.

I just got off a fifteen hour work day and went in not looking to hot and still had great service. Went in looking for an alternative to disposable vape pens with complete ignorance. The cat that helped me out was very helpful in his recommendations, taking into consideration that I’m trying to cut back on cigs and having been using puff bars. Was very helpful in getting me set up and even gave me a break. Dude, even read off flavors since I forgot my glasses at home. Chill vibes. Just needs some tunes, man.

Love this vape shop and great customer service! Their buy one get one half off all juices is the best deal in the area, so I'm in there about once every ten days. And since I never switch it up, they know what I'm getting as soon as I walk into the shop. I would definitely recommend shopping there.

Very helpful staff who let me look at the mods WITH batteries in them so I could make a better selection. Batteries do not come with vales anymore I guess. You must purchase the battery separately. You cannot even smell vape juice so if you want to browse either go elsewhere or wait for COVID to be over with.

The prices here are decent, the staff is nice. The location is a little weird and hard to get into. They could use more parking spaces. I enjoy the large selection of juices they have to offer. The also had a nice selection of mods and tanks. I have visited this location several times and plan on visiting again in the near future. There is somethi g here for all vape fans! Drop the stinkies!!!!

I have visited several Vape Shops, and I think Capital City Vapors is lacking in pleasing their customers. Most of the shops have disposable tips, so that you can try a flavor out before you purchase it. Capital City Vapors only allow you to smell them. Also they don't really have a selection of Vape Juice with 0% Nicotine in it. They only special order them if a customer requests it.
