They fixed my broken bong and broken ash catcher for a very reasonable price. They even modified the ash catcher with a different size piece so it would fit my glass better. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a pipe lesson for my boyfriend, it was amazing! Got charged twice and didn't even notice but the staff was awesome and found it immediately to correct. Great prices all around, I'd highly recommend the lessons. They're really great and I was able to sit and watch.

this place is so rad. I went there looking for new glass to replace my partners steamroller that I broke. They ended up making a new one that looked just like the old based on some pics I had of it. Perhaps the finest pipe shop I've found anywhere in the country. From scientific glass that would be more at home in low Earth orbit, to pieces so heady they must hail from God's own Phish concert. The staff is kind and knowledge, the prices are right, and they've even started to accumulate a damn fine collection of CBD goodies. If you need a pipe, or you want to learn to make one, this is the spot.

Super chill spot. Lots of local products and CBD products. The shop is very cool, there are two glass blowing set ups where u can see how the art gets made. I always feel respected and well taken care of, it feels like the staff are genuinely happy to see you when you come thru the shop door.

I recently had a pipe repaired here and I am beyond impressed. It only took a few days, didn’t cost much, and my pipe looks as though it had never been broken. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a repair or when in the market for a new piece.

Every time I've been into the Burn Gallery, the staff are pleasant, prompt, and helpful. They help you feel at home at the store and are very willing, if not eager, to explain what something is in the event that you need it explained. Just wanted to edit to give an update. 3 years after my initial review and even my worst experience was on the good side of neutral. The staff are awesome and it's such a safe, friendly environment!

Great customer service, I had purchased a fairly expensive banger with a poor seal, it ended up popping after only a few uses. The guys in house had the eye to show me how and where it went wrong within the quartz itself, then swiftly figureing out how to have me on my way with a new one! Great vibe and people, and the local glass all around is enough to keep you distracted for hours.

i walked in here expecting to begin to sweat due to the name "bern gallery" so I took off my jacket on the way in. why such a misleading name? I was freezing without my jacket, it was very cold outside. I went in, and it was nice and warm, but I would not say "berning", ha ha ha. inside I saw a lot of glass stuff. i think it was like a glass art museum for pot heads or something. they all looked very pretty and I think people would "toke some" out of the glass. I'm no expert though. The people in there were nice. I looked at one of the scary guys with the big mask and torch who was a crafter of the glass, but I got scared when I saw the fire because I didn't want to "bern" so I left. Ha ha ha. good place good people, go look at the stuff. 4 stars only because I had to take my jacket off before going in and I got cold for a few seconds. not my fault the name was misleading.

Never a bad experience. Been a customer for years. Bought a functional made by Jeff..two years later it cracked. He told me to bring it down and he’s fix it for free!! Not even 48 hours I get the message saying he’s fixed it and it’s ready to go. Wonderful knowledgeable staff. Tito and Jeff and all other artists I’ve had the chance to meet make this the top notch spot it is.

Amazing place. The guy there gave us a mini tour of all their crazy glass. They have a small glass blowing studio you can watch people making more pieces. I'd definitely suggest checking it out, even if you don't need the products.

Although times are tough they have still remain not just the heart of Burlington, but remain to stick to their Vermont roots and connection to the Vermont soul. Bern gallery recently had one of their glass artists repair my glass that I broke a while back. It looks as if it was brand new and the customer service was on point! Definitely a go to for repair work and some heady local glass art from awesome local artists.

I make my pilgrimage here once a year for Pipe Classic. Bern holds a special place in my heart. Pipeclassic is an event like no other, the atmosphere it creates is inclusive and fun. From meeting and talking to your favorite glass blowers who are competing, to other established collectors, or meeting other glass artists who show up because they know how special this event is. The community is alive and thriving at this event and for that Bern will forever be 5 star memory to me.
