I been going to Pleasant Smoke shop for years. They are friendly & attentive. They have a good selection, and I wouldn't be surprised if you wanted something they didn't have they would get it. Their cigars are always perfect. I've never had a bad cigar from there. Their prices are fair & competitive.

Great selection and service! Very knowledgeable about cigars and accessories. Only complaint is they need to stay open a little later. Closing at 5 is way too early!!

Excellent shop. Great cigars kept in excellent condition. Always seemed to get a couple dollars shaved off. They’re very nice. Also great conversation and advice. Was having an issue with a humidor, the advice I got was spot on. I enjoy visiting.

This is one of the best smoke shops in New England! They have a great selection of cigars and very helpful and knowledgable staff. They are also an asset to the community. This smoke shop sponsors a big event at the Shriner's Auditorium every year (Cigars, Dinner, Drinks, Raffles, Celebrities, and Live Entertainment) that raises 100's of thousands of dollars for the Shriner's Burn Centers. This is the kind of business I want in my community and the kind I feel good about supporting with my purchases.

Owner Steve and Debbie are classy people. Best prices and crazy selection. You'll never know what they might have stashed. Debbie is super helpful and like the store name, PLEASANT. Steve is a true BOTL(brother of the leaf), who is genuinely in love of good tobacco. I always buy my boxes here. Some singles here and there but usually boxes..... I think they sponsor numerous charity events, good people, awesome inventory. I stopped going to all the other local stores and I stopped buying online.

This is a family-run outfit that takes pride in their products. They have state-of-the-art humidors many of which where just upgraded in the past few years. Their cigar selection is eclectic and competitively priced. The family and their employees are all very knowledgeable about the cigars. It is the kind of independently run business which should be a model for all others.

The best smoke shop around here.They always have the cigarette tobacco that I use, but more importantly, the owner his wife and the gentleman that works with them are always pleasant, no pun intended, and as soon as I walk in they are reaching for what I buy, because they take the time to get to know you and you become a friend as well as a customer. It's always nice to deal with a small local retailer that are just nice people.

used to go up to NH no need to go further than P Street, excellent choices, from mid range to the stratosphere, as the weather gets better, so go the outdoor cigar smokers. If only we all could get Trinidad Cigars from Cuba, well maybe someday, in mean time, Opus X and Gurkaha, H Upmann's.

I just called this Pleasant Smoke Shop shop about a complexity with my order and the woman at the front desk truly lived up to the name of the establishment. She was wonderfully pleasant, helpful and professional. I feel bad for any folks that may have had bad experiences but I understand that life is complex and there a lot of variables that enter into the equation then different personalities interact. We only tend to comment on the negative experiences we may have on any given day. After reading a few other reviews here, I had some trepidation but I just wanted to let folks know that I have an extremely pleasant and productive experience. This is a great smoke shop so I'd recommend giving them a try. If my few experiences are any indicator, as the name indicates, I think you will be "pleasantly" surprised.

Came in from out of town. This shop has a wide variety of different brands, including many limited cigars such as 5+ different sizes of OpusX. I will certainly stop by again when I'm in town.

My favorite smoke shop in malden. Not all smoke.shops have the variety they have especially the Tabbaco . Great family owned business and the owners are very nice and they have the cheapest prices for their products. Other smoke shops in malden are too expensive. 5stars
