Everyone that works there is always so pleasant and fun to interact with. Nick is probably my favorite person there. The Store and Assistant managers(sorry I never catch your names) are also so very pleasant and nice to interact with. And it only took me going there about twice before they started remembering what I get lol. Definitely come here for all your tobacco needs. Keep up the great work you guys!!

I have yet to meet an employee of a tobacco connection that I dislike. They are all super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell they don't upsell thank God, and I can tell the under their masks they are smiling at their customers. I have been consistently impressed by the service I have received at any and all tobacco connections I have gone to.

I actually came in not expecting them to have what I was looking for. I needed some CBD items and Nick (I believe that was his name - tall guy w. red hair) was exceptionally helpful! They actually had a better selection than two CBD stores that I went to and he was more knowledgable than the CBD staff as well. He also went the extra mile to have me double-check that both of the items that I purchased worked before I left. Top notch service!

Love it of course, I smoke. The prices and location are perfect for where I live. Since I'm a regular the staff is new to me but only once was there a clerk I didn't love. All the others are A 1 customer service.
