Oh my goodness, it’s been a while since I have been in a Vape Shop and this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had in one. My man Sam at the counter made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. They have all these test vapes so that can easily try the flavors and the prices are great. My #1 go-to for all of my vaping needs. Decent inventory and deals. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and will answer any question to the best of their ability. They are also helpful to new vapers and will assist you with your starter kit. Store is always clean and welcoming. There are testers available so you can try different flavors.

Just recently moved here from Orlando, Fl and I have to say that this was one of the nicest shops I’ve been into. Clean, well lit and smelled really good. Most vape shops have that weird smell that’s an amalgamation of every scent ever, but this was nice. Clean and maybe a little fruity. The clerk was also super helpful. I’m looking for a new juice and he went through all the flavors with me and made some great suggestions. Great displays, great inventory and really helpful employees. Will definently be going back.

Excellent Service!! The manager as well as the entire staff are very knowledgeable and helps you find the perfect product based on your needs. They are personable and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customer. We hold great conversations as well which makes this place feel like you're at home. Great store, and their prices are always the best. I went to other vape stores before just for location convenience and had to leave and come to vape loft iron dale in order to get the best prices and service. I always leave 100% satisfied!

This chain of Vape Lofts is awesome... the people at every location I’ve been to (Trussville, Montclair/Irondale, and Hoover) have all been especially nice. Like- each time I’ve been to any time Of those places it was such a nice experience. There has been multiple times when they’ve gone out of their way to help me. They’ll listen to all my picky vape preferences and help me. Staff is sweet. 10/10 highly recommend

Great staff. Always on top of what's new in vaping. Excellent prices, very knowledgeable about the products and you can try many flavors before you buy. This store is conveniently located to my work so I am in there all the time. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products, they don't just try to push the highest priced items or the products with the best margins onto customers who don't know any better. Even on the high end brand name juices I buy there, they sell for a good percentage less than any other store I've found. They don't seem to mark up items any more than they need to. If the owner checks these, I want to give a special shout out to Eric, who was working today (5/8) around lunch time. I came in with a mod that was not functioning and expecting to be told it was beyond fixing and that I need to buy a new one as most other retailers will say in the same situation. Eric went out of his way to check each part of my vape and was able to get it working again. Hen only did so but he had a great attitude about it, he didn't act like it was an inconvenience. From my experience in this store, especially today, I will be buying all my mods, coils, and juices here from now on!

Vast improvements in service, great selection of juice and finally some really strong new menthol flavors. I am changing this from a 1 star review because it truly is much better now. The clerk even let me try his flavor and it was delicious! Suggestive selling!a shame the owner said i was lying and said i should find a different place. Perhaps he should hire better people because the guy i refer to pocketed $15 and sold me juice that was far too thin for my particular tank. B please stfu and listen to your customers. I have given you over $2k since you opened so shove it.

I have had nothing but awesome experiences here! The owner even had someone bring me over juice from the Trussville store once when they were out of what I wanted, it was waiting on me the next day. The selection has grown recently to include a number of juices/brands I have never seen elsewhere and they have a wide selection of mods/accessories available. I've never used the custom juicr bar but it's a cool feature to offer. Pricing is very reasonable and staff is knowledgeable...hate to see some negative reviews, I love this place!

I was so inexperienced with vaping and Don and Jacob helped me tremendously. They asked questions to figure out exactly what I would need. I got to sample flavors. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with these guys and this shop and will definitely be returning and recommending friends go there if they need something vape related. Thanks a lot guys!

Very nice shop. Traveling through Alabama with little hope of finding a quality vape shop on a par with what we expect at home. We were pleasantly surprised. Seriously good selection of premium juices, devices, and supplies. Way beyond what other places we have stopped at carry. One of Birmingham's top stops. Hands down. Special thanks to Don who is an excellent, knowledgeable vaper. Well worth our time!

While the actual store offers a great selection of juice and devices at a reasonable price, the sales associate is lacking in knowledge and professionalism. Updated 5/8/17, the new staff is awesome and i've since changed my review.

Absolute best customer service I've ever had. They give 110% everytime no matter how times I go in and ask the same question. Until you feel comfortable with the device you've purchased they will spend as much time as needed. Ive take a vape not even purchased there and gotten the very same time and respect from them. Huge juice selection. Plus juice bar for customized flavors. Lots of stuff to choose from! David was working today and tho he can be chatty at times this guy truly wants to help you find what you're looking for and for the best price! He's also very patient when you're trying to find a new juice to go with.. He even gave me his personal drink that was in the cooler with the stores complementary water. This place helped save my life! I walked in 8-2017 as a 2 pack a day smoker ! I’d tried everything but on a recommendation I can’t here to try this “ alien “ vape not expecting it to work ! The guys here are so helpful ! They take time to fix your vape or anything you want! They recommended a subzero ( halo brand ) menthol to taste like my cigs ! It worked in one month I was a non smoker ! It’s been over 3 years now ! I still vape but no nicotine for a 2.5 years . I’m older ( 57) so I’m not tech friendly - these nice young men always help me if I have an issue ! I can take in anything to fix - whatever I’ve messed up ( usually something each month ‘ lol !theyre super helpful to us “over 50’s” Just nice people ! I’ve been to a couple other vape places and never experienced the helpful attitude you continue to find here !

Update* There are several "Vape Loft" stores in the Birmingham metro area now. I am a long time user of electronic cigarettes and have been loyal VL customer for several years now (a rather "meticulous" one as the proprietor would gladly attest). As such, I can faithfully recommend "most" of these locations. They are all different, but each one has something worthwhile to offer. *THIS store is my favorite. Everything about Irondale has improved (vastly) over time. From management to associates, product selection to industry knowledge, the Irondale Vape Loft has come around full circle (NO small achievement right there). Thank you. 5/5!

By far the best vape shop I've been to! I live in Oneonta and work in Irondale but would rather go here than anywhere else. The employees here are very helpful and seem to genuinely care about what you're looking for and provide great advice for your vaping set ups, they will even walk you through how to use and maintain them, they dont treat you as a chore for asking questions either. I never walk out of there with doubts about what I've purchased or how to use it.

I visited the Vape Loft about a month ago, this really great guy helped me. The following week my vape stopped working so I gave them another visit and a different guy working replaced my vape and was so understanding even though the reason the vape stopped working was totally my fault! I have been using this store for a while and never had a problem until today. It was just a simple mistake. I spoke with BG and he told me to return to the stire and it would be taken care of, which it was. The girl with the Pink Hair was as nice as could be and very knowledgeable altho she wasn't working earlier when this mistake happened but she apologized and took care of it for me. Her customer service went above and beyond the "norm" Thank You Carly ( I think that was her name )!!!
