Had to grab quick item for friend and very limited knowledge about products. Staff was VERY HELPFUL!! She got me in and out quickly and efficiently with exact item needed. Store is top notch; clean and organized. And in process of adding a “cereal bar” to adjacent area that is very affordable with a LOT of name brand cereals options. I’ve never heard of a cereal bar but it was very cool. So cool, I took pics to show my husband. 😀

The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helpful for picking a flavor, and there are so many to choose from. Whenever I have a mechanical issue with my vape they always figure out how to fix it (thanks Heather!) The store has comfortable couches, barstools, and a porch where people can chill and vape outside. It really helped me quit smoking. They also have a wide variety of CBD and Delta-8 THC products.

Super nice, knowledgeable, as well as customer oriented. They could have very easily sold me anything that they wanted. However, they sold me what I needed, as well as called another store, found what else I needed, as well as programed there address into my phone to help me find it. Very good, really nice and knowledgable staff, however I bought an ego-t style battery that shocked me and then got it replaced with another battery that had the same problems. When it comes to their cheaper products, they kind of suck, but the staff was incredibly helpful and when I chose to return my battery they reimbursed me in full even with the loss of my receipt, I highly recommend this place even though the product sucked, they were helpful and willing to work with me.

Today was the second day in the last two weeks that I had to go in there. Each time a guy name Kenneth helped me. Friendly and courteous with no problems assisting me with my supplies . They will help you and save you money at the same time. As long as they are open they have a new customer. Great place to go for your vaping needs.

Knowledgeable and BEYOND accommodating, some of the finest people have run this location and still do. SOLID variety of devices, tanks and almost any coil you need. Excellent, *FRESHLY* stocked selection of both high AND mid range E-Liquids. A bit expensive and Worth It. Sometimes, spending a little more $$ saves you from paying a little less $$...OVER and over again. 👍👍

Great variety of choices and the employees are usually friendly! It's hard to find a good parking spot if you go late at night, so it's probably best to take an Uber or Lyft or walk if you don't want to have trouble parking. Or, go at an earlier time.

I highly recommend that you go by and visit this place, beside their wide array of excellent juice lines, the staff is extensively knowledgeable. I have been smoke free for only two weeks, so the cravings to grab a cigarette are still strong My brother and I are from West Georgia, and were in Birmingham with our father whom was unfortunately in UAB CICU. To capitalize on the horrible situation that my brother I were going through at our fathers bed side, the coil for my Playboy Vixen had given up on me, and my brother had nearly run out of juice. To much of our luck, this place is only a few miles from the hospital. So we headed over to restock our supplies. Clay, the clerk that was running the shop that day, was not only willing to help us, he went out of his way too do so. He found an excellent juice for my brother, and then, because he didn't have the coil that I needed in stock, he called another store in the next town and found me the part that I needed. I've was completely blown away by the excellent, caring, and knowledge based service that we recieved.
