While they unfortunately they were sold out of what I was looking for, he gave me directions to two places that would have it. I think that’s exceptional customer service and unfortunately not something you see today. I will 100% be back.

I went in there to see if I could get a new pipe for my rotation, I was treated very nice and professional by Shane. He took the time to walk me through all of the great products they had, answered my questions and made suggestions which were very helpful and informational. He did not treat me like a novice or greenhorn in the area of smoking and accessories, also filled up the Zippo that I purchased for free, thought that was pretty cool and a neat perk. Shane has made me a regular customer, unfortunately, I say that because I find my own self annoying. Thank you Shane!

Great service. Prices are ok, basically the same as a gas station though. Would be nice if you got a discount for buying bulk.
