Was recommended to this shop by a friend and was not disappointed. The employee working at the time was accommodating and answered my questions about different products. He even gave me a good deal on my purchase (Fume Infinity 3500 Puffs Blueberry Mint Flavor) as well as a card with a 10% off voucher on the next purchase. The shop itself is fully stocked and has a wide variety to select from. The only complaint I have about this shop is the parking, but it’s only because it’s located in Baltimore City and parking is a common obstacle to deal with down there. 5/5 would recommend this shop if you’re in the area.

The owner is very helpful, will order for you if he doesn't have what you want *update* I was a loyal customer for a few years and the owner even made sure to have my product in stock for me. Excellent service! I would still be a customer here but I moved away.

Wow! I never leave reviews but this one was absolutely necessary. I arrived and the door was locked but the open sign was on so I waited 10 minutes and the guy came back (I knew he must’ve just been on a short break) and I asked which Puff Bar flavors he had… he had them all (or at least every flavor I wanted), and they were all coming out of fresh boxes (I purchased one at Mona Lisa on Thames yesterday and the battery died this morning… it had to have been sitting on the shelf for a while). I live in Canton so I have been going to Romeo and Julieta in the square since it is in walking distance, but I knew I was way overpaying ($16.98 for ONE Puff Plus)… I just didn’t know How much I was overpaying. Let’s just say, this shop, Hot Zone hooked it up and I’m so glad my usual store was closed. Fresh vapes, great prices, easy and efficient customer service… what more can you ask for? Thanks Hot Zone! I’ll be seeing you all soon 🤙🏼😊

Such a cute shop had to bring my sisters in to shop as well. Manager was friendly. Enjoyed the gummies, loved the peach ring flavor. Just wished they shipped. Oh well, looks like a trip back to BMORE.

Puff Bars are 100% fake. Burnt taste and authentication code doesn’t work. They’re being discontinued anyway. Giving 3 stars because the battery I got works perfectly.
