I was going to order online since local smoke shops are typically overpriced with limited inventory, in my experience. I didn’t want to wait for shipping and delivery, so I dropped in to check this place out. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of hookahs and accessories, Sisha, Cbd products including edibles, and all at competitive prices!!! The owner and staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. One Luv Smoke got me right for the quarantine. Definitely check them out.

They Sold me a known defective MOD an IJOY Captain PD270. It started auto firing about 4 hours after I purchased it. After a quick Google search the problem is known! And of course the receipt states that the shop will provide no help $74.19 well spent! The Mod did start working normaly and hasn't had any more problems. So Im amending my review because I could have & should done the researche my self before I bought the Mod. But I will add that many customers will depend on the recommendations of the people who sell and deal with Vaping products on a regular basis. Therefore care should be taken in consideration of product selections to further reduce the amount of defective and hazardous products.

Built up points at the Cobb store. Get to the store to buy a new tank and was told to go to their sister location. I go there, purchase the tank, find it their systems don't talk so my points don't count. I buy the tank any way. Get home and set it up. Within minutes my juice is EVERYWHERE! Tried 3 different coils and realize it's not the coils, IT'S THE TANK! I go back up to the location and show them, they basically waived their rights to it and won't deal with it. Referred me back to SMOK Tech support for warranty. Even though I haven't had it but 4 days. Call SMOK Tech warranty service and guess what they say? SMOK: We don't warranty tanks. Just or mods. Tanks are like coils. They're disposable. ... WHAT? My money isn't disposable. I'm done with these small shops. I'm insulted and feel disrespected.
