Nice hang if you’re near the stadium and you’re into cigars. It’s such a beautiful venue and the ambiance is superb. Two thumbs up for the service here and the food is pretty good as well. I had the seasonal fruit salad with balsamic glaze. It was HUGE! I packed it to go and I’m hoping it’s as delicious tomorrow. My husband went for the sliders with a side of macaroni and cheese, and he literally cleaned the plate. If for nothing else, come for the decor. Every room offers something beautiful to gaze upon, which would be easy to get lost in after a top shelf cocktail and a Crazy Alice cigar.

If you’re looking for a grown and sexy place, this is it! I had a challenge to find a cigar bar that allow for large parties (we had 10), had a lounge vibe and had good food. This hit all the marks. Let’s start with the con(s): The only issue I had with the lounge itself was their reservation system. You have to go online and someone is supposed to call you back to confirm. I had to call three times to make sure we were locked in. Once I spoke to the manager (Marvin, I believe), who was very nice, he confirmed me and my group. The second con I have, not lounge related, was the parking. We happened to go while Lady Gaga had a concert at Truist Park and whew! We parked off-site and did a share-ride over because there was no way we would’ve found parking during the time we went. Now to the pros: The ambience was so nice. Decor was amazing. The bathroom is a girl’s selfie dream. We were seated in a private bench section that gave such an intimate vibe. Our server Jaz! Let me tell you, this girl was/is amazing! She gave awesome costumer service. She was super attentive, nice, and accommodating. You could tell she wanted to be there and I appreciate her so much. Your server can make or break your night sometimes, but she made it a memorable night. Give. This. Girl. A. Raise!! Even we she was triple sat (meaning she had been given two more tables in addition to ours) and was hustling, she still came over and checked on us frequently. The gentleman in the humidor was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. My husband and his friends went to grab cigars and truly loved his suggestions. He even stopped by the table to check on the guys. Amazing customer service! Overall, I give Burn by Rocky Patel a five star review. My suggestions are having a better system for reservations and if there’s an event, work out the parking early before you get there.

Great experience and I love the ambiance! The food is amazing and the drinks are on point. This is definitely a place to go for a chill and relaxing vibe. Saturday nights are really busy so get there early if you want to get a seat. My favorite drink is the cucumber lime martini!

Drink selection was great, Food was great, atmosphere was great, humidor attendant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Servers could have been a little more attentive and helpful, especially for first time visitors. Since we were traveling we had no cutters and lighters. Luckily, they humidor attendant cut our selections, but getting a light was disappointing. Our server tossed a box of matches on out table, however other patrons were given choice of lighters and having a server toast the cigar for you, which is common in every cigar lounge I have been to, but our server seemed disinterested in providing the level of service I would expect in a lounge like this, also infrequently checked in with us to the point we had to ask the server for the table next to ours to locate our server.

I'm gonna give it a 4 because our first time in was less than pleasurable. It took almost an hr to get a server. The 1st one looked at our table, rolled her eyes and turned back around. I then went to the hostess desk and the hostess was extremely apologetic and was able to get us another server. The 2nd server, Andrea was so amazing that we came back the next night! I would definitely recommend this place for a chill atmosphere with great cigars. My husband loves his Ray Lewis cigars. I just wish it was easier to get a table reservation. No one ever calls or emails you back, so you have to go super early for events to try to get a table.

My first time visiting, it was relaxing. The food was great. The service was great, and from the server to Luann, the manager, they trested me as if I was a regular, and they were happy to see me come. A great cigar bar, with a wide variety of different cigars. The Patriant seem to be comfortable, with a hint of familiarity. I 100% recommend.

We came here for the 1st time. We were seated immediately. This place does have a very nice atmosphere!! The inside is decorated nicely and looks modern. The waitress did come give us a menu and said she'd be right back, we'll we waited about 25 minutes for her to come back so we could place our drink orders and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. We did wait for a while at this place. Maybe they were understaffed which caused the slow service. We did bring our own cigars so we did not purchase cigars so my review is not based on their cigar selection or humidor. The music they played was good. It's a nice vibe. I'd try this place one more time.

So glad we decided to have an importing date night here!! Parking: it’s located in The Battery so you can opt for the limited “street” parking or one of the garages where you get the first 3 hours free. The spot is located right beside an apparel shop and right across from punchbowl social. I would recommend calling before showing up because sometimes they have private events. We were greeted warmly and immediately sat down. It was a Thursday early evening (6ish) so it wasn’t too packed and they were cautious of social distancing for the most part. First thing we did was head to the Humidor to select our burns for the evening. Their selection is PLENTIFUL! I love how they offer specials on certain days AND how they have a personal concierge specifically to assist with cigars. Next we sat down, order some drinks and an appetizer. They had an appetizer happy hour running so we opted for the spinach dip with pita bread..DELICIOUS. For our drinks selections, I opted for a glass of Malbec and he had Nearest to Happiness. Both were excellent selections and were priced decently. We will definitely add this to our list of date night spots in Atlanta!

I've been there 2 times now .... they have really good cigar selection and the atmosphere is on point nice clean restrooms in order, the food is excellent we order a lot of items... crab cakes, salmon, pretzel bites, and spinach dip. The favorite for sure was the salmon. Although it's a smoke lounge it was not extremely smokey. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that they were understaffed... our server was trying her best and we tipped her well but she was the ONLY one on the floor and the manager never came out to see what was going on. In terms of price be prepared to spend at $75 which is not to bad

Good food, good vibes. Definitely recommend the buffalo chicken pizza. Our server, Isabella, was so sweet and quick to get our stuff out to us, even though it was clearly very busy for her and all of the staff. She really made the experience for us. The Battery ATL was my favorite drink, but be careful drinking it. So strong!!!! My only complaint is that there were soooo many flies.

What a shame. I want to write a glowing review, but unable to. We ended up in Burn by chance... just out late and wanted to stop for a drink. The establishment is BEAUTIFUL. I mean breathtaking. That's what drew me in. My drink was divine (The ATL Battery). Best drink I've had in a long time. We did not have any cigars, but I could see the selection was extensive. Sadly, we received HORRIBLE service. And I mean horrible. She took our drink orders... never came back. Drinks were delivered... she never came back. Had to track her down to get the bill. It really left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I'd return. But I'll think of that drink always. It was delicious.

I’m new to the cigar community so I can’t say much about the cigars. The vibe and atmosphere were excellent. I came with some girlfriends on a Friday night and our service was top tier. I really wish I could remember our server’s name but she was attentive, patient, and welcoming. For my first visit and first cigar, I felt like I belonged because of how friendly she was to everyone at our table. Also my crab cakes over a spinach mix were delicious. I’ll be back again.

I actually enjoyed the experience. Nice establishment, welcoming staff, mature patrons, music to vibe to, tv was playing sports (no volume), decent drinks, and spacious. The humidor had a variety of cigars to choice from if you didn't come with your own. The tobacconist was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cigars.

Kaylee really took care of us last night! My friend and I decided to stop by Burn after the Roxy for a cigar and a couple of drinks. The entire staff was very welcoming from the hostess to the tobacconist inside the humidor, but Kaylee tied it all together. Due to bottling shortages, we weren't able to order what we had originally wanted, but without missing a beat Kaylee accommodated us by providing alternate suggestions. Once, when she wasn't sure whether our cigars would pair well with a particular scotch, she ran off to consult the bartender and came back with recommendations and an invitation to come speak with the bartender about specific bottles that they have in stock. We will definitely be back. I appreciate the level of service provided and the willingness to be honest about liquor suggestions. A less caring staff member would have just nodded their head and agreed regardless of compatibility, but she really took the time to make herself available and provide us with a perfect experience.

My husband and I have been dying to go, we just never found the right time. We went and were impressed. I don't smoke at all but the smoke didn't bother me. My husband said the cigars were great and the person who helped him pick it out was knowledgeable and picked out great cigars. The drinks were strong but good. The food was fantastic! This has a nice vibe. I'm not a cigar person but the place was cool. The ventilation could be better. It is great if you get a seat by the doors that can be opened. The drink price was ridiculous. I do not like addon charges. My old fashion was $14 but then there was a seperate $4 charge for the liquor. This was not stated up front and felt a little sneaky or nickel and dime style. Also, there is a walk around tax, but we were inside the whole time. The drink itself was pretty good. That sneaky charge though. Not a fan of that at all. It is wrth a visit, just ask questions about all charges before you order. We may aor may mot be back... Leaning towards not.

Nice chill vibe spot. Good drinks. The disappointment comes when you view the menu. There is a very limited selection in food. No burgers but a Beyond Meat burger; no wings; and food is ok. Don't come hungry but come ready to smoke cigars and drink. Good music and they do have TVs for sports.

Nice place with excellent cigar selection and an exceptional humidor attendant. Does not have adequate ventilation for a busy night, an the cigar smoke hung think in the air. Our particular server was an infrequent visitor to our table and we never got our last round of drinks. Exceptional bar drinks, especially their house features. Food was upscale and tasty. Will come back on a slower night, and will sit at the bar.

Trendy Scene. Definitely not the quaint neighborhood cigar lounge you may be accustomed to. The humidor is huge. I'm sure there is something for everyone I do suggest having dinner elsewhere. I realized too late that it makes no sense to eat food in a smoked filled room. Besides the smoke, the food was underwhelming anyway. I would note the drink prices. While each one was tasty (and I had several), the average price is about 18 dollars. I haven't been out in over a year, so it could be I am behind the times. And the music was weird- meaning I don't know the audience they were playing for. I recognized everything that was playing, but the whole time I was like, why? If I lived a lot closer with no other options, or if friends were in town I would probably go back. Otherwise meh.

Enjoyed this fine establishment a few days ago while in Atlanta and it did not disappoint. From the waitress all the way down to the Cigar Host who provides the access in to the Humidor. Everything was all around a great experience especially for two guys who's fairly new to the Cigar & Whiskey life style. I recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a cool relaxed night out.

My first time here was great! The humidor was tempered perfectly! Fantastic selection of sticks. The bar and atmosphere is very laid back and gives off a good vibe. Drinks were good too, although I am a Guiness guy myself! Would definitely recommend to cigar smokers who want a good atmosphere and better conversation with other patrons.

Service is not what you’d expect from a place like this. Humidor guy knew I was waiting to go in and I can see him carrying a conversation with an employee inside the humidor. Then rudely waves at me to come in as he’s coming out of the humidor. Our server forgot my water then minutes later comes to ask what I’d like to drink, again. My friend asked for sugar for his coffee that he never got. Pizza was watery and soggy in the middle but was otherwise okay. I’m disappointed.

Great spot that I can walk to since I live nearby. Great service, nice atmosphere and wonderful humidor. Drinks are extremely pricey as I don't like paying $60 for 4 drinks but it is the Battery so you get what you get as I understand they do need to cover the rent. Check it out if you're a cigar aficionado as I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

Really enjoyed this establishment. Visited on a Saturday evening without reservations and there was no wait. The dress code is not really enforced, but there is security checking IDs. The humidor is really impressive and the attendant suggested a great cigar. The drinks are good and not overpriced. We didn't get to eat, which I really do not eat and smoke cigars. We did have the whiskey cake, which was so good. The staff was nice. We will definitely be back!

The service was great for both table and smoke. There is a good selection of mixed drinks along with a solid selection of Scotch, Whiskey, and Bourbon. I didn't try the food this first time so I will have to go back and try something from the menu. The humidor has a wide variety of cigars, large and small. The staff gives every reason to come back.

I only went in to purchase some cigars from their humidor room, so I can't speak on the bar/restaurant, but the humidor was fantastic. Both gentlemen working in there were happy to talk about what sort of cigar I enjoy, and made several suggestions, which I loved.

Great food. Well equipped with RP sticks and some others. Anyone should find a cigar of their taste. For anyone not wanting alchohol, few choices. Could stand some na brews. Dress code is relaxed due to C19, but will be restored soon I hope. If I come to an upscale place, I don't want to see ballcaps, sneakers, t-shirts and shorts.

This is my second tine at a BURN by Rocky Patel cigar bar. I visited the one in Oklahoma City earlier this year and so I wanted to visit the one here in Atlant. This past Saturday while out at the Battery, I stopped by BURN and again I had a fantastic experience. The music was great and the service received from the staff was exceeded all expectations. As you would expect they have a great selection of cigars to choose from and they also have hands down one of the best Old-fashion drinks that I have had in Atlanta. I will definitely visit again soon.

This place is awesome!!! I just moved into the area and went with my brother, hands down the best cigar bar I have ever been to. The staff was very knowledgeable and recommended us some great cigars. The food and drinks were very good as well.

After dining at another establishment (where I failed to get an actual old fashioned after two attempts) my wife and I came here to get a drink and have a cigar. The old fashioned was excellent and made my night as I was wondering if I would find someone who would be able to make me one. The sommelier was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect cigar for the evening. I enjoyed it so much, I ordered a box when I got home. Myesha was our waitress and was simply fantastic. She made a great experience perfect. We were in there for the first 3 or 4 innings of the braves game (from about 7:20-9:00), and the atmosphere was very chill and soothing. I will add however that we went back around 10:30 after a rain delay and it became a more typical bar with very loud music and a more raucous crowd (this is completely fine, it was just a pretty drastic change in atmosphere from earlier in the evening, so I thought it worth mentioning).

Doesn't specifically seem like a cigar bar if you're walking around the battery until you walk in if you don't know the place. Their website apparently states a very strict dress code, but thankfully we got through in normal attire after a braves game (noon weekday game). Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, couldnt say more about her. The bathroom are really nice, but not obvious how to lock the stalls, got walked in on. Just be aware, even the outside is pretty smokey if you're not a smoker

My wife and I frequent this establishment because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere that we experience every time we visit. We live in Fayetteville, which is 35-40 minutes away, but it has been a pleasure to drive here at least once per week. The bar staff, hostess, cigar experts, and even security are courteous and friendly. However, I am baffled that this level of courtesy and friendliness is not exemplified by the General Manager, who is very visible but never cordial. As a black businessman, I hate writing this review about a “sista”, but there comes a time when my BLACKNESS is challenged by my desire for excellence. We had an issue “misunderstanding” about an amount charged to my card and when she finally decided to give it some attention, her answer was for me to “dispute it with my bank’’. She said that she didn’t have time to review it that night, when clearly she wasn’t doing doing anything but joking around with the staff. Of course she passed me off to her assistant and he took my info, and promised to call me to correct it later. Surprisingly, he call me 5 minutes after I left when to resolve all my concerns. Now, here’s the question: WHY COULDN’T SHE HANDLE THIS WITHOUT THE 10 MIN DISCOURSE ABOUT WHAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO DO? ~ Rocky Patel ...Please train your management staff in the area of Courtesy and Service! This is supposed to be an upscale cigar bar. There is a dress code on the website. When I arrived I was one if only two gentlemen with a sports coat. Most men had jeans and sweatshirts. Baseball caps and even sweatpants. Heavy smoke with mediocre ventilation mediocre food and loud music. Most of the liquor list was again mediocre. The staff was hard working and very friendly. The cigar humidor is well stocked and the staff person Jonathan was well informed. A pleasure. If you like this kind of scene it’s a five star. If you are expecting an upscale cigar bar with refined taste as I was-you will be disappointed. From houston ( our legends) to Manila ( Churchill’s) to Buenos Aires and Tel Aviv I have seen cigar bars that are miles better.
