I've been going here for a year and a half because it's the closest to where I live. They've always been kind and helpful no matter which guy is working. Yes, the area isn't great because of the beggars, but it's not their fault, and they actually do take care of it if you let them know someone is chasing you around for whatever they want from you. I'll always continue to support this business as long as I'm here.

Cool place to go... Cigarettes are about $1 more than places like 711 or circle K or Smith's etc. But that's about normal for smoke shops (ie camels $10, crowns $6) Nice people. Recommended!

The guys there were pretty chill they helped me pick something out unfortunately it's In a bad area supposedly a tourist area being on Central but to be frank it's a bad area lots of sketchy people I had to shop from outside the business Which isn't their fault they probably have a lot of issues with crime which is unfortunate being that they are nice people but you can blame that on the New Mexico government not the business

I have not tried my product yet, but I'll tell you about the customer service, I went with more of an inquiry and came out with a product that checks all my boxes (so far, I have yet to try the actual purchase). I've been shopping here for a couple of years now and I really like this smoke shop. They pretty much have everything to meet your smoking needs. Pipes, bowls, bongs, vapes, bags of tobacco, tubes, screens, etc. etc. etc. I read some reviews where folks say they are overpriced, but I think they are reasonable. Especially considering they are just across the street from a University. Also, I have never received anything less than super friendly service. The last time I was there the bags of tobacco that I usually buy they appeared to be out of. The counter clerk told me to hold on and he went into the back for a minute and returned with the product I needed. He's not the owner and he didn't have to do that. He could have been like "sorry, I guess we're out". But he didn't. He went above and beyond. So, yeah, I think this is a great smoke shop and I will continue to give them my business. I highly recommend M&M's.

Quit smoking cigarettes and switched to puff devices. Been a customer here for about 5 months. I spend at least $100 a month at M&M Smoke Shop.. I bought a faulty puff bar yesterday and didn’t have receipt or ANY kind of proof of purchase. Went in today to complain and staff offered to replace device free of charge, even let me choose a different flavor… OMG I love this smoke shop. 🤗

Way bigger inside than I thought it would be! Lots of glasswear. Very neat and organized, wasn't expecting that from the outside but surprises every day! Was looking for electronic vape juice and found a flavor I actually really like! I usually go to Oasis Vape but they have Sonoran Salt (Red) on back order for months now! I had to buy the last 3 boxes in all their NM stores about a month ago. Anyway, I found that the fruit loop ("loops") flavor at this store was just as good maybe even better!

I went in to this smoke shop earlier today on 4-19-18 & when I ask the girl behind the counter what was the 420 sale she said all she knew about was a discount for a referral as well a ten percent discount if you have a medical card. So I presented my medical card & inquired about a Yoda bowl for a water pipe but when she told what the price of the bowl she said it would 29 dollars even with the ten percent discount but the original price happens to be $29.99 by my calculations ten percent from $29.99 would be 2.999 which would make it $27.00 & she is also not very knowledgable about the prices in your store & she didn't really give me a discount on the pipe I bought over all very bad experience & I probably will not be going back.
