Love this place, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the only issue I have with this place is the lack of focus from the employee I had to deal with, twice now. As soon as any guy would walk in she would just forget she was talking to a customer and she would wander off. It was annoying, but with better training, maybe she will improve. The prices are a little high, but that is the same as everywhere these days. It's worth a visit for sure.

Friendly staff, O yeah and Giant Cones. Make sure you have a couple of friends and good supply of snacks handy. I challenge you to post one bigger and better. Took approx 2 oz of Colorado finest wich brought cost to just under $400 and she still had room for at least 1 more OZ ! What an epic session it was.

My favorite smoke shop. They have a HUGE selection of pipes and paraphernalia to choose from, and of you speak to one of the owners (1 is on staff at all times), you can usually get a decent discount, especially if you shop there regularly.

I love the Palace Smoke Shop even if you don't need anything from this place it is very interesting and very well stocked so you could just go in and look at all the beautiful glass products they have and it's really just amazing to look at the way they have displayed everything so perfectly. It a very clean and nice place to visit and just look around. They just expanded so it might take you a little longer than before but it's still just a beautiful place to visit. And the staff are always welcoming and nice....👍

super expensive, but with cash becoming a thing of the past, when one only has cash in hand, you do what you gotta do to get what you need. i imagine the lease on that place is outrageous enough to justify the prices charged there.

Usually, I prefer recommend and even drive miles across town to shop at palace. I love the staff even though they change workers by the week but the management is always a1 with service prices and recommendations. Bit this last time was sad disappointment. I usually buy puff bars and started to use the brand Hyde. Oasis is usually my go to but wanted to save the extra 3 bucks cause I was at palace. Definitely do not recommend there Hyde bars. Taste was off I got my old one out completely different. After all my Google searches it seems they sell either fake or a knock off Remember ppl to each there own but who knows what they sell in this thing. It's completely different and for those who are not just smoking "for looks fun or socially smoking" this was a huge rip off.

Very nice, Elisa waited on me, no hurry or pressure. The largest selection of glass ive seen in NM. I will be back, and try their other store on central ave. Very helpful people, glad I went in. The outside looks kind of shakey, but is very well stocked, with ok pricing.

A tucked away gem at the city's end if headed east along I 40. Exit Tramway and head south. Great selection for glass no matter what you smoke. Fair to average prices and "mostly" pleasant staff to assist and answer questions. With every commercial business, there's always 1employee that just isn't in it mentally. No difference here. Well worth the drive to the foothills to get some new pieces. Come see "The Palace". 👍🏻👍🏻🙃🥴🥴🥴

I wobwo even lie this place had me skeptical when I drove by it but I stopped and decided to give it a shot. Best decision ever! I have been there numerous times, always greeted when I wake in, even from day 1. The guys actually know what they're talking about. Everything I've bought has lasted and my glass pieces are resilient. Deserves 10 stars in my opinion. Lots of options and no pressure. They let you look around without constantly naggin. It's nice. I'm always telling everyone to go there.

This place is a total hidden gem. Gorgeous set up inside. Tons of glass and every kind of piece you can imagine. The clerks are super friendly. Open late and they have rolling tobacco and tubes at a great price as well. I wish I could give them more stars.
