Overall great store typically with great friendly workers HOWEVER the short female cashier on the bigger side working today April 10th around 3pm with piercings put a giant bad taste in my mouth with her attitude. Completely uncalled for and makes me not want to return. We were more than friendly and to be treated so poorly because she wanted to leave early and then talking behind our backs while refusing to help us CANNOT be good for business. Shout out to the homies that work nights y'all are always nice.

Been through multiple times, always a great selection which is why I'd come back regardless but this time ensured I'll never stop anywhere else for my smoke shop needs. I didn't get her name but the gorgeous redhead was extremely knowledgeable, willing to help, and showed great patience even though I can be super indecisive. She walked me through and had information for every product she presented. Not even just the best customer service I've ever received at a smoke shop, probably the best customer service period. Pretty sure she's already running the shop but if she's not, she should be. Kudos to a dope smoke shop, and kudos to the unnamed gorgeous redhead that's amazing at what she does.

This is a great smoke shop, they have a great selection with new rotating items and a consistent stock of the hot sellers. The hours are a saving grace for me, as most other shops close between 9-10 PM. If want to stop by after work at midnight it is very convenient, the only time they are closed is Monday morning 12-7. Otherwise, this is a reliable, friendly, safe option for all of your legal smoking needs. I strongly support and recommend Dank

I'd give 5 stars but my experience with one of the newer people was off. I recently went in and purchased a vape. The next day it started malfunctioning on its own. Typically I'd be able to swap the vape out here and usually anywhere else but when I tried to swap it out a day later and wasn't given the best answer. Maybe not go up there for a while. Its the second vape ive gotten that has had a malfunction and wasn't given a chance to swap them out.

4 months ago I bought a bottle of kratom from them. When I got home the bottle had been opened and half were missing, I was probably sold a sample bottle on accident. Dank smoke shop has been savior too many residents of Albuquerque Southeast. With nothing else open due to the Coronavirus I found myself walking to the smokeout late tonight. This place has great prices I have not found cheap Kratom like this place has anywhere in Albuquerque. They have a plethora of different kinds of flavors for e-juice both salt nicotine and regular. They sell cigarettes smoking accessories and all different kinds of instruments for smoking. It's really like a Walmart for smokers. The customer service was top-notch also. They have a tremendous amount of patience when helping people find what they're looking for.
