Quick service in an emergency. See picture... This happened to the front passenger side tire the other day so I knew we needed a professional to do the assessment of damages. Since the tire was holding pressure, we drove the car to NTB (North Wilmington) early evening before closing and set up the first available appointment for the evaluation the next afternoon at 2:30. Got a call by 10 AM with the good news that the tire and rim were not damaged so it just needed the large piece of wood removed and tire remounted. It was already done when they had called. What great customer service! Thanks NTB

Other than an upsale of $60.00 that was suppose to be $21.00 in the paper on the internet wherever don't cheat people when they get in there and use the old all new cars use synthetic oil not conventional so that costs 40.00 dollars extra. Tell you what stand by what you advertise don't try to make people look stupid. They good job with the oil change, tire rotation and balance. Fairly quick little over an hour. Just be ready to pay more than what you expected. They wonder why people cop an attitude. Please stick to your advertising of that number posted the dollar is tough to come by nowadays people don't want to be upsaled or upset. Still would tell anyone to go here. Very professional besides the stuff mentioned up top.

Chris and the rest of the team at this location are awesome. Made the experience safe and easy allowing us to comfortably get our car worked on. Let them know in advance that we’re seriously socially distancing and they were kind enough to grab the keys and take care of the rest without hardly any face to face interaction. Jordan and his crew are for lack of better words outstanding. As busy as they were today they were able to get me in for a tire that had blown out on my way to visit family. Cant express how happy i am with all the other “sorry we are all booked up today” answers that i had gotten from other shops. So, I just again want to thank them all for helping me get back on the road as my car does not have a spare. I ill definitely do business with you again!

Ta da! I got great service and a fair price! I got four Michelin Premier A/S tires on my Honda for $640 installed. What a fantastic price! Scott at the front counter gave me an appointment, he waited on me promptly and did the work exactly as I wanted for exactly what I was quoted. How refreshing! Then they exceeded my expectations by letting me know my rear brake pads were in need of replacing. They offered me the option of using their service with no pressure at all. (My son installed the new brake pads) They also checked my battery and gave my car a safety inspection for no extra charge and no sales pressure. Awesome! I am a fan and I will use them again!

Was driving and got an alarm that my driver side front tire was at 22 lbs, within 5 minutes tire pressure was at 2. Luckily was near a gas station and filled up my tire. NTB in Wilmington was only 2 miles from the gas station. Drove directly there and although they were slammed the manager Jordan saw that I was with my wife and 2 dogs and Immedialty told me not to worry he would handle it. Two new tires in 30 minutes and on my way. Big shout out to Jordan and his staff, I will be forever in your debt and thanks for letting my two dogs hang out in your waiting room!! I'll never go anywhere else.

I will say the service was great as far as a friendly environment. I am giving 3 stars mainly because of the products... I paid $1300 for a brake job on a sports car, which started off with a metal to metal noise. I didn’t think anything of it because they were new, but after a few months, they’re still noisy, which leads me to believe that the brakes aren’t as premium as they say they were. Keep up the friendly environment, just don’t be so cheap on productivity.

I have been coming here for a number of years. The people that work here are accommodating, flexible, hard working and honest. They have always done the job they were asked to perform with no issues and they have gone out of their way for me and squished me into the schedule when it was an emergency. I give a special shout out to Michael, Scott and Briana, whom are polite and professional but everyone here is great. I would not hesitate to recommend this NTB to anyone.

Got there first thing on Sunday and there was already a line. There were two service advisers and they were helpful and professional. I had a flat and the hole was too close to the tread to repair. Yea it sucks but you just can't fix a tire when the hole is close to the sidewall. Anyway got two new tires at a decent price and they were pretty fast too. No complaints. I think I found my new tire store. Barry was my adviser and he did a great job.

I was told by a coworker to look into this place for tires because of the pricing and service. I am glad I did. Scheduled to have my tires replaced here and couldn't be happier with the pricing and the customer service. Adam went above and beyond what he needed to do and the service writer. I also had scheduled for an alignment but turned out my car only had one wheel slightly out of alignment, so Adam had the alignment price waived. They could have easily showed that the car was aligned and charged the $100 and I would have been none the wiser but they where honest and that can be hard to find. I will get all my tires from there and will recommend to all friends and family.

The staff was courteous and kept me informed of my vans progress. I got an oil change with a coupon. They explained that because my check engine light was on they might not be able to do the oil change. If the light indicated an engine issue they won't take on the liability of damaging the van further. But it was an O2 sensor and they proceeded to change the oil. It took about a half hour. The waiting room seats are comfortable, they have fresh coffee for you at no charge and vending machines with snacks and drinks that are not overpriced like most places. A 20oz. soda is only $1.25. They came and got me as soon as they finished. Check out was quick and the girl at the counter was very nice. I would definately recommend NTB for services. But it can take a little time so it isn't for someone in a hurry.

I took my truck in for tires knowing I didn’t have the correct wheel lock key for my after market lug nuts. Brian took my truck in and ran all over town to find the correct socket. He found it, gave me the parts number to order my own socket and had my truck finished within a day. This was huge as I had a two week vacation planned. He exceeded all expectations for great customer service. Can’t recommend this place enough thanks to Brian. This location was swamped with appointments, schedule early and you will have no problems as they can get backed up like any garage. Great customer service, above and beyond to get my truck finished.

I've gone to this location for 10+ years and have always been impressed. One time, 7 years ago, my car needed a follow-up... the tech rode with me in the car to make sure he understood what needed to be right and then fixed it! Most recently, I had purchased the 5 year alignment plan. Worth every penny. I moved to Nevada and had some trouble getting a Big O Tires to find my contract... Kristen at the 202 store is amazing. I called back, she actually called the local store here in NV and straightened it all out. Talk about post-purchase support! These guys have always been great to work with and the 5 year alignment plan is the best deal running.

Before I moved this was my standard location for getting tires. I got one battery here as well which is still having my car to this day. this location usually has a decent amount of tires in stock and usually has pretty decent prices and all three runs a buy three get one free special. I would typically take my car in to get tires and walk across the street to get food at one of the various restaurants that are close by. They're pretty expedient with getting your car done within a few hours if you do this option.

NTB Concord Pike provided us with by far some of the best service for our car that we have ever had. They were kind, courteous, and professional, and completed any and all work within a timely manner. We had a tire emergency and they made a special allowance for us to receive same day diagnosis and problem solving. The next day, I noticed something else wrong with my car, and again they made time to fix and address the issue. Car problems can be expensive, but it really is worth the cost when you feel like your vehicle is in good hands and you get what you pay for. Thanks NTB!

She broke everything down & I understood where exactly the problems were coming from. The wait was not long & Briana offered as many deals as i qualified for to help with my estimate total. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and also noticed my truck was hard to start in the cold sometimes, so I had them take a look. I planned to drop off the truck, but they pulled it right in. The store manager, Marc, let me know so quickly that all I needed was a battery. They performed the oil change and replaced the battery. The truck now starts and runs every morning. I couldn’t be happier. By the way, they were affordable. While I was there I saw a few deals available for Michelin tires, I’ll be needing them soon and will certainly patronize their facility again.

They did a great job with my tire, but it was really, really slow and it took a while for someone to come out of they back to actually wait on me. When a guy did come out of the back, he looked shocked that no one had waited on me. They found a nail in my tire and it was replaced. The NTB employee told me it would be an hour, but it turned out to be 2 hours. The gentleman sitting next to me in the waiting room said that he had been there since 2. I looked at my watch for the current time, and it was 7:30. He said they were fixing several things that had nothing to do with tires. He was a very sweet older gentleman. I just wonder if he was getting stiffed.

Over the years I have experience several service policy changes and there has been those up & downs related to service,several Manager changes etc. 2018 still going over-all a fare place to maintain your vehicles however it pays to shop compare prices and other competitors.
