I had originally taken my 4Runner to the local dealership to get my truck aligned. They attempted to get it right (3) different times, but it kept pulling to the right. I did a Google Search and Wichita Tire & Alignment had the best reviews in town. So, I drove all the way across town to see them. They fixed it perfectly! I highly recommend this shop for your alignment needs, I will be going here from now on!

I had taken my pickup to two different dealerships to try to get work done and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. To me there was definitely something wrong and it seemed like they did not want to do anything. My wife had looked up online for an alignment place and found Wichita Tire & Alignment with a really good rating. She called them and got an appointment. When I took the pickup in, they told me what was wrong and quoted what it would cost to fix the problems which included brakes, shocks, tires and alignment. I did not hesitate to set the appointment to get it done. After the work was completed, the pickup runs and drives totally fine. I am extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of the crew there. I will definitely return there for future work if needed and will highly recommend Wichita Tire & Alignment to others. Chris and his employees definitely know what they are doing!

As a DIYer I replaced some front end parts on a 320,000 mile Chevy tahoe and when i was done it was pulling to the right a little so I went to Wichita Tire & Alignment to see if they could help me and make an appointment. Very good experience with this place, returned for my appointment and an hour later it was done this vehicle has never driven this good since I have owned it, price was right, people were great. Small shops are the best, will most definitely go to Wichita Tire & Alignment for there help.

Got my wife’s card new tires and an alignment this past week. Chris and his boys did a great job as usual. I got four tires on my Santa Fe this yr. I was in and out in less than an hour and the price was awesome. This is the only place I will get my tires from. These guys are awesome and super friendly. Chris is the best.

Another vehicle of mine has a tire size that is being discontinued. He found a set of tires and had me riding smooth in a few hours! Chris does reputable work and has been intentional about regularly checking to ensure his services were done right and that my vehicles are still running well!

Second time going here and both times were a very good experience but this time went in for an alignment but found other problems that they took me out in the garage to show and explain to me themselves so it felt like I understood what I was paying for as I don’t know much about cars and they were very patient with me. Everything went perfect! No scratches on my wheels after mounting the tires. Drives perfectly straight. Mechanic and service writer are both very knowledgeable. I trust them to service my performance vehicles and daily drivers. Payment process was handled so nice and made the process hassle-free. Very reasonably priced for labor and I didn’t feel like I was getting hosed nor was I sold unnecessary products. They were helpful in accommodating me so I didn’t have to miss work while my vehicle was serviced! This shop will be the only one I trust to work on all of my vehicles! GREAT HONEST FAMILY SHOP!! We've used Wichita Tire for 2 full sets and a set of 2 in recent past. Every time they've been very professional quick and courteous! What most impressed me I sent my grandma to them with a bad tire on her van and they only recommended and replaced the 1 bad tire. Most shops would of pushed for her to replace atleast 2 when 2nd wasn't needed. I WILL recommend them to anyone and everyone I can! And they got us some great deals on all the tires we've bought.

I have taken my car here twice so far and it was a great experience both times. I had a lot wrong with my car and hadn't had the money to fix it and was afraid of being judged because it's happened before elsewhere. Chris and another guy I talked to (I can't remember his name now I'm so sorry!) Were awesome and gave me information and prices and let me know everything along the way and helped me make the best choices for my car and budget. Had front end work done recently on my 05 Tahoe. These guys do amazing work. I was actually expecting to pay a little more thinking an alignment would be necessary too. They checked alignment and it was fine. So many other places try to upsale on things you may not need. Not these guys. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Highly recommend! We had a flat on interstate and needed a tire asap. Of course had to be irregular in size (225/55/19). They were one of very few that even had a tire that size. I took my truck in due to a shimmy at higher speeds after the rotate and balance at Discount Tire didn't fix it. These guys did a front end alignment and my truck still shimmied. I asked them to redo the rotate and balance; now my old truck runs up the road at 80mph like a new truck again. Hasta la vista Discount Tire.

The guys and gals at Wichita Tire and Alignment are awesome! Great communication, reasonable pricing and quality work. Took my 2012 Altima Coupe SR in that was lowered on BC BR style racing coil-overs, set to the lowest setting. They were able to complete the alignment with no damage to my wheels, fenders, or fender wells and the steering wheel is straight as an arrow! Will definitely be back for my other cars/trucks. When everyone else told me no, Wichita Tire and alignment just asked when I’d like my appointment. Awesome shop, recommend 100%.

Integrity and honesty. Very smooth ride! I have had two vehicles done here alignment and tires and they did not try to upsell me, gave me choices instead. Service was quick and my tires and hubcaps didn't fall off afterwards. Even told me I did not need tires yet on one of the vehicles but I had them change them out anyway. Give them a chance they don't lie dealerships do. Update: had a vibration in my wheel but not for about a month, I think the tire wore in well anyway they fixed it. They definitely backup there work and I found out they do alot more than just tires and alignment. Hard to find honest people working on your vehicle these days and these guys are numero uno in my book.

I was able to get into the shop rather easily and quickly. I showed up early and the work was done early and very efficiently. I was taken out to the shop and shown what was done to correct the alignment. They also showed me some potential problems that will need attention in the near future. I paid exactly what quoted over the phone with no new surprises. Finally I was contacted a week later asking me if everything was alright. It was nice to actually receive customer service before, during and after my business was completed with Wichita Tire & Alignment. No doubt I will return whenever I have alignment concerns.

Was very pleased with service and how soon it was done. I was told by another garage that it would take 2 HR for alignment , which didn't seem right to me. Great group of people here. Went to another place prior to this and they wanted to charge over $800 for tie rods and sway bar links before even doing the alignment. I ended up replacing them myself and took my car here to get aligned. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. They didn't try to BS me or upsell me any other services. Work done right from a 1967 AutoStar (Don't make fun, I love the van!!) through a Zephyr, and MKX. The strongest point of this company is that they research problems.
