I've used this place for 10+ years. I have sent them thousands of dollars worth of business at this time. I do believe my next new set of tires will be from discount wheel and tire. I've bought lord only knows how many tires from Mario's and Its frustrating to pay $17 for a patch. When discount tire would have done it for free even though I had purchased them new from Mario's. Other than that I do love Matt and the family. I just feel like my loyalty has got me nowhere.

Good evening everyone, I would like to state that this is one of the best tire shops in the city!! I was in need of two replacement tires very bad and awhile back one of my favorite car dealer shops (Advantage Car Sales & Service) referred these guys to me. Even though they did not have my original OEM tire I spoke with a guy named Matt who was not only knowledgeable but had excellent customer service skills on the phone. He gave me some good options to consider and when I got there to a shop he took care of me with the utmost courtesy. I also want to give a good recommendation to the guy who I apologize that I forgot his name who worked on my car. Great job my friend!! I would recommend this shop to any residential, and business related companies that are in need of tires. See for yourself Wichita they are the best above the rest!!

I brought my own tires in and got a heck of a deal on mount and balance. Plug/patched a tire, at my request, that most other shops would not have. Told me to keep an eye on it and it's been working fine for going on a year now. I've finally found my "tire guy." No other place compares.

I bought 2 used tires from these guys at a great price. I have the notorious chrome peeling problem on my GM rims, which makes it tough to mount tires without them leaking air. 3 weeks later, the tires haven't lost a pound. Very pleased with the price I paid for 2 used tires, they got it done pretty quickly, and I'm stoked that they don't leak, especially given how badly the chrome is peeling on the inside lip of my rims.

If you need new or used tires fast, with no appointment, at a great price...this is the best place to go. I've bought used tires here so many times I've lost count. It usually costs me $38 per used tire, mounted and balanced, with at least 70% tread remaining, put on the car, old tires disposed, and done fast. It sounds like a great deal...cuz it is!

Took my car in to get two tires and to sew if they had a rim so I could have a regular spare instead of a donut the guys there are super nice and they try to get you in and out. Pricing is great. Rim $15.00 three tires $45.00 then balancing it all together I spent like $70.00 or so dollars.

I visited Mario's, needing to find a good, used tire; having been driving on the donut for a week. Joseph stepped up, found me a pretty good tire with minimal tread wear. Had his fellas get the tire mounted on my already lonely rim, balanced, and installed on my car. I couldn't have been there more than a half hour. Excellent price. I'll be back, should the need arise!

The guys at Mario’s are fantastic! We were in the midst of a mid-west road trip when we noticed one of the rear tires of our Nissan Armada rental was losing air. During our second air fill-up, we saw why: there was a screw in the tire. Not knowing the area, we did a quick search for tire repair shops on Google, and luckily found Mario’s. I called, and they were able to take us right away. They patched our tire in record time and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to the crew at Mario’s for helping us out and giving us an awesome recommendation for Mexican food/ice cream right down the street!

We strive to meet the customer's needs in a timely, yet safely manner. We double check everything and pulled off some things I didn't think was possible to satisfy the customers and made sure it would be safe and last. I have 9 years experience in tires as small as your hand all the way up to off road\heavy equipment tires that wouldn't fit in the shop. Matt has been around 10+ years in passenger car and truck tire service. Between us we're highly likely to service just about anything that rolls in our doors. Amazing experience! All the men working today were top notch. There were about 5 cars in their driveway around 2pm. They promptly got people taken care of and were so kind. I have done business with this shop twice and I will always come back to them. I don't think Mario runs the place anymore but that is no difference. The man that I talked to was named Matt and I think he runs the shop now. The service and friendliness was outstanding. I know it's kind of a little hole in the wall place and that parking is not exactly the best, but I will tell you, there is no place that has better prices and a better crew. If you have business dealing with wheels or tires then this is the place to go. Top notch.

I got four good used tires mounted, balanced, and put on two different vehicles for $100.00. Pretty fair price i think. And one slowly leaked down i went back they found the problem and corrected it no questions honoring the 30 day warrenty. Service was quick and efficient. I was also impressed to see a shop that actually torqued lug nuts to specs. Don't see that alot anymore. Highly recommend them.

Don't Judge the place by the photos. Go there are you will definitely be satisfied. I have huge respect for Matt and everyone that works there. I have been going to this tire shop for 3 years now. Every time I have shown up, Matt and his team have put great effort into helping me out. I have NEVER had a complaint from them. I usually call before I go and I got tires for a good price with balancing. Sure their not NEW tires but 99% of the time, they give me the best tire they go. They even go out of their way to let me look at the tire even before i decide to buy it. Matt cares about the guys he works with. They bust their @$$ for what they do. - Pros: Cheap prices, Great service, honest people, very respectful, and you get treated like a person there. They take care of their customers and build a great relationship. - Cons: Just the parking. it's a little small but overall they have been doing their best to make it work. Overall when it comes to value, this shop is a jewel. I've been to plenty of tire shops and this place is built on good morals, not money. If i could give this place more stars I would.

Horrible parking situation, though, especially given the traffic in that area. Beware, there might not be a place to park! I had to sit across the street and wait until a parking spot opened up.

To the person who posted the post of horrible service I find this really hard to believe! I've been going to this place for years now and HAVE NEVER received bad service. You complained about the tread on the tires but I didn't see anywhere on there that you complained about the price. Why? Well because you know they gave you a very reasonable price. If you really had an issue with them why didn't you address it directly with them instead of complaining about it to others? I'm sure they would have very gladly taken care of the situation.
