Rich fixed my wheel several times, and all wheels came back great! The most recent damage I did to my wheel was pretty bad because the surrounding of the wheel was scratched (Thanks to roads in DC ). Rich said it would take him a day to blast the whole wheel and repaint it, and would be ready the next day. When I go pick up the wheel, I can't believe my eyes! The wheel looks brand new! To add a cherry on the top, it was only $120! For all the work he did, the price is more than a fair price! I highly recommend this place!

These guys saved our bacon. Blew out a tire and dented the rim on the Outer Banks. Could not find a rim or place to repair the dented one there. This place was my way home so I brought a new tire with me and they fixed the rim and installed the new tire and I was on my way home in an hour. I got an alignment once I got home and those confirmed that they had done a great on the wheel. The car rides great! Count me as very happy with these guys.

Excellent repair of 2 scratched up - road rash rims. I've never done this before after years of driving but somehow managed to mess up 2 within a week. Rich was phenomenal! Highly highly recommend!! I had just bought a new tire that had a slow leak from another location. The next day my tire was completely flat. When I called them they told me I would need a new wheel. So I started frantically searching for a new wheel every one quoted me 300 or more for a new wheel until I was referred to Wheel and Rim Repair. They got back to me quickly. Rich took a look at my wheel and was very thorough. Within minutes my issues was diagnosed. He quoted me a much lower price than a new wheel would have cost me and in thirty minutes or less my wheel was repaired and my leaking issue has been resolved. If I EVER need to have my wheels worked on again I'll be coming here. Thank you again Wheel and Rim repair!!!

My experience here was awesome! My wife and I were traveling for our anniversary and were headed to the beach. On the way we encountered some road construction. Long story short I ended up hitting something and it bent my rim. A lot of shops told me wasn't fixable and a new one was $600 dollars. I did some research and found these guys. They were able to fix my wheel, put a new tire sensor on it, and a install it on my vehicle within 2 hours. Super fast, very friendly. Highly recommended!

I've done business with Wheel and Rim Repair for my bent rim about a year ago. They have done an amazing job as always. I have heard that they not only repair wheels and custom paint wheels, but they also perform full automotive service as well. I recently had a stripped rear motor mount nut that lost it's threads, and I simply brought my car to them, and they were able to re-thread the nut with no hassle. The service, quality and overall performance of the shop is outstanding! I am about to bring my car in again to replace the clutch and flywheel pretty soon, I feel at home with these guys at wheel and rim. I went there to fix a cracked rim I had. I immediately fell in love with the comfortable honest service I received. My rim was repaired and I got a warranty on the repair. The other shops wheel repair centers could not guarantee their work. I realized that they had a full automotive repair facility and full body shop and paint shop. I started using them for all my repair needs. Its a great family owned business. They give excellent service, and you wont find a more honest mechanic. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Don’t go anywhere else to get your rims fixed. Fixed two on my 18” black and chrome rims. Haven’t had an issue since. And they are a lot cheaper then other “machine shops” in the Hampton roads area. Great work. Will repeat is need be.

I had some noises coming from my green machine subi, took it to 4 different places and a variety of diagnosis from I can't help you, heat shield rattle, new engine replacement all the way to you should get rid of it!! Finally took it to wheel and rim bc of my buddy had things done here before and my man Horace knew right away what was wrong after a quick test drive. He's like a x-men that can hear what's wrong with your car! Price is reasonable and honest work and obviously very impressive by the knowledge. Highly recommended! The only thing you should be aware of is that they do take a long time, so if you don't have a second car this isn't a place for you. Minor service can take several days to weeks. Major service, I would say a month or so.

I was caught completely off guard by a flat this morning. Went to Merchants and they couldn’t fix the rim, which was apparently bent from a pot hole. They directed me here and WOW!! They were friendly, helpful, and hilarious! I felt so welcomed by them and their service was quick and efficient! They were able to get to me right away, in and out within an hour and a half! You always expect a less than stellar garage service, but Horace and his team set the bar for others!! Thank you saving the day today y’all!! I’ll be returning to have some body damage fixed soon!!

I had a $500.00 Factory rim with a bad case of curb Rash. I took it to a rim repair shop in Chesapeake. They looked at it but didn’t seem very confident when they said they could fix it. They gave me a price that seemed a little high to me. I took it to Wheels and Rims in Virginia Beach which was only about 20 minutes away. When The owner looked at my rim he said he could make it look new. He did make my wheel look new and his price was half of what the people on Chesapeake wanted. If you need rims repaired Wheels and Rims is the place to go. I highly recommended them.
