He uses ONLY the manufacturer replacement parts (or better) to service my beauty when it’s original parts wear out. He is thorough in his work with really incredible attention to detail. You have a high performance vehicle you want treated with care? Jann IS the MAN!

Friendly staff, Choi and Wayne super knowledgeable and down to earth. The lady at the counter very helpful and clean waiting area with a nice fragrance. I always go to the same mechanic and he happens to work there now. Learned my lesson when I tried a local shop in Chesapeake. Today Choi diagnosed my 4runner with a noise I couldn't pinpoint. Turned out to be bad swaybar links. Parts ordered and we'll be back for installation.

Best experience I've had at a shop. Went in because my tire had an allen wrench in it. The receptionist was extremely kind. They had me in and out in about 30 and that includes waiting to be next. Carlos and Wayne, who performed the job, showed me how bad my rotors and brakes were. They were horrible. I got the parts and Wayne and Carlos took me right away and had me out in little over an hour. They were also very cool and upfront. I couldn't be more pleased and I will absolutely be back when needed.

Good helpful people here. Light skinned gentlemen with tattoos was looking out for me big time. Instead of letting me waste my money, he told me stright up what was going on, and how to properly fix it. Front desk lady was also very nice and answered all of my annoying questions.

So glad these guys were around! I had a literal blowout on the interstate. Got off at Independence and drove straight there cause it was the closest used tire shop on Google maps. I pulled up in front of the garage and pointed at the front left tire as in to ask "can you help me?" before actually getting out of the car. The gentle man signaled me in and was do kind. He could not believe we were able to drive it at all considering the damage I've been done. Tell me if I wanted to go into the waiting area and see with the lady at the front desk you'd go ahead and take care of it and it'd be about 15 minutes. It cost me $40 for everything and I believe it was a grade-a tire. They were fast professional and I will definitely be returning if necessary in the future!

They were the only place i could find for my size tire,and they are cheaper than tire world for good used tires. 2 front tires for my truck only $103.00,with a 30 day guaranteed and guaranteed to pass inspection. They were nice and the ac was good...lol And their closer that tire world for me. Give them a call before you go to make sure they have your kind and size tire.

Had such an amazing experience! Went in looking for 2 used tires. This was my 2nd time checking and they have not been available but they gave me a really great price on 4 new tires which i needed really bad and they come with a warranty as well which was included in the price! So you can say Mandy is a lifesaver. Since I ordered and paid before 1pm they are same day delivery. I can’t even tell you how excited i am to be walking out making this much needed purchase. Definitely recommend coming here if anyone is looking for tires!

I've come to this place a few times in the past few years for a few different cars, and each time the experience has been the same: excellent. It's going to cost you around 30-40 bucks give or take (depending on the tire) and you'll be out of there in no time. The tire they put on will be used, but it will have decent treads and will most likely last you a while. Definitely recommend
