I live in Boston and I could not find my tire anywhere in the New England area(they don't do the big boys up north apparently...only 22 or less) . I had to travel to VA for a funeral and called a couple of tire shops in the area and Used Tire Depot CAME THRU!! I got there at 430pm. I drove out at 445pm. Tire and Installation came to less than 150.00 when I expected a LOT MORE and the tire quality was excellent. AND without asking, they placed my spare back under my truck. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Definitely go and hook em up with that tip.

Visited last week on March 24th. Service was spot on! I got a card with gentleman's names whom helped me to post their names and misplaced it. Sorry guys! My SUV has odd, hard to find tires and they always have them when others don't. There's flat pricing on the grade of the tires and it's consistant time after time for the quality/tread left on tires you choose. They also let you know if they have different grades available for your tire size so you can pick what fits your budget! The pricing includes balancing and mounting which can't be beat. Ive even brought new tires I bought online and had them install with no fuss. Sometimes they are quite busy so I'd suggest calling in advance to see what the wait time might be. When I went last there was no waiting tho. Definitely the best tire place in town! Why waste hundreds of dollars when you can get some used higher end tires that will perform and last longer than some new ones.

I've been buying used tires for my truck from these guys for years, why would I want to spend $800 when I can spend $150 and get a decent awesome set of tires that last pretty much just long as long as brand new ones. These guys are great. Highly recommend them

I will never go anywhere else. I stopped here for a full 4 tire change. It only cost me 25 minutes and $250. The “used” tires were in EXCELLENT condition. They offer a 30 day warranty on their work, also. The waiting room has bathrooms and plenty of seating, if you have to bring the kids. The employees are very personable and respectful. You won’t find a deal like this anywhere else. My Jeep looks and drives much better now.

Came in with a tire leak. Come to find out I had a screw in my tire. Took out my lug lock, they took off my tire, plugged that joker, found another nail and took care that too, put my tire back on, and I paid a fair price for it all. Quick and very polite. They have helped my family in other tire issues. They are a great neighborhood business!

Been a customer for years! If they got it, get it! Always there when i need them. 1 pointer is be careful of how tight they put the lugs on. But that goes for any place. Good tires and a good price. Never pay full retail again if you dont have too!

I have used the Used Tire Depot several times for repairs. One tire on my vehicle was deemed too deep to fix by someone else but The Used Tire Depot patched and sealed it quickly for a reasonable price and with a warranty. Recently I had a tire which kept losing air. It was a valve stem problem. In minutes they fixed it and I was on my way. I am so lucky that they can do such repairs with professionalism and speed. I am pleased with their service.

At first impression I was a little skeptical but I went there because of the great reviews. Well I'm here to tell y'all that they live up to their reviews, their customer service is outstanding!! When I had a last minute flat, they stayed open to accept me as their last customer during the first day of inclement weather when we had 4 inches of snow because they didn't want me driving on a donut and one slick tire with the terrible weather. They did a great job. Quick and very affordable. They truly do care about their customers and what they put on your car. About a week later, I ended up having another tire blow out in the snow. I went back to the shop and still, their customer service was fabulous. They, not only did a fantastic job but their customer service continued to impress me. They have made a loyal customer from me. Got here and asked if they would check my tired and they did I needed to replace the front asap. So I asked if they had all weather and he did have them and they replaced the two front with new all weather tires. Came in at 9 am for a tire mount and balance, for tires I already owned. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Price was about half of what NTB or Firestone was charging. I would only recommend you call and get a quote before heading in.

Two days later, I came back because the replacement tire had a slow leak. They found a screw in the tire this time. They replaced it for free under their 30 day warranty.

Good service but not enough people. The front desk associate was taking payments, changing tires on 3 cars at once, helping walk ins who just ended up leaving all while I waited. This caused me to be here for over an hour & 1/2 when this could have been a 30 minute service easily. There were some cars who came 30 minutes after and because they were a quick fix my car was put aside to work on theirs and they were gone before me. I became very impatient but was understanding the fact that as a business owner you have to muti-task BUT your customers shouldn't have to OVER wait because you don't have enough people. This type of job can be taught to convicted felons who are in need of employment to prevent being put in another bad position. My point is to better the business, teach another and this will improve your wait time for customers.

We've been coming here for a year and have always gotten good deals. I came in today for a replacement tire and they had one ready and waiting for me (I called ahead). I was in a jam. I was two hours from home and had a object in my tire. It was late (after 5 pm) . I stopped at four shops and was told we can help you tomorrow we are about to close. I stopped hoping to get air as it was now 6:55 and this shop closes at 7. The guys told me they were closing in five minutes. I asked if I could get air. So that being said, I went to the Used Tire Depot and was truly surprised at how well these guys treated me. Awesome service! Kim and E.J. were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Garage staff was very fast and did a great job. Although they were very busy, they had me in and out in no time at all. The tire that E.J. recommended was practically brand new. I knew this because he brought it to me to show me the condition before he had the garage staff mount it. Not sure about the other locations, but the Rosemont Road shop is a top notch group. I'll be back in a few weeks to get a couple tires for my other car. Update: went back March 15. Same great customer service. I can't say enough about the staff. This time I called them at the last minute on a Saturday, and even though they were pretty busy, they got me out of there in 30-minutes. They seem to have a pretty good stock of used tires because just like my previous visit, EJ found me a couple tires that looked practically new! If you need tires, definitely go see these guys!

The deal i recieved on four grade A used tires was great.I paid 212 for all four of them with about 78 percent treading left on the tires. The staff was friendly and professional,the waiting room was also clean and comfortable.The job did take longer than i expected and they also broke my tire pressure monitor off of my front right tire by mistake.I have not fixed it yet,but i will this week.Overall everything was ok.I would recommend them eventhough they broke the tmps by mistake.

Did not have car problem until my wife decided to have this place rotate her tires. Then tires began wobbling. Two weeks later she took it back to have them balanced and they sold her another tire bc one perfectly good tire got destroyed from the wobbling. One guy was mean and argumentative about it, another guy said it wasn't their fault. So far this needless task cost about $60 and we still have wobbling after newer tire installed!! Particularly hurtful is that my wife has gone way out of her way to help this business in recent years. Update: They rectified the situation. Will not ever rotate tires again,

one tire, they had it for $38 ( used of course) the cheapest tire I could find new was $105, the used tire lasted three years tell me whats wrong with that? Now I have a 2001 Jeep wrangler that is in need of at least two tires, 235 75 15, I currently have 4 general Grabber AT2's with one thats toast due to a sidewall split, guess where I'm getting my next tires from ? $40 a piece? heck yea I hope they are around forever.
