Brian was truly fantastic. I happened to stop by the location to grab a few things out of my car, as I got an unexpected flat and my vehicle was towed to this location without me. When I went into the store Brain was on the phone, but took the time to acknowledge me and then addressed my questions quickly and with a friendly smile. I am from out of state, but I highly recommend using tire choice, as their prices are fair and low for top quality! Thank you Brian!!

First time coming here but I have used Tire Choice before and they did an amazing job mounting the tires on my Porsche. The guy even warned me they are more of a high volume place and he was worried about damaging the wheels but the other shop had no problems when I went to them for a patch so I took the risk. New tires were mounted in about 2 hours even on a day he said they didn't have too many techs and the job was complete earlier than he told me he expected it to be done. Pretty outstanding considering other places take hours and still damaged wheels when all is said and done. Really enjoy this chain and especially this Service Center. Thanks a lot!

Brought my company truck (2017 Chevy Tahoe) here to get (4) new tires, 4wheel alignment and an oil/filter change. Helen and crew are TOP NOTCH and keep you informed throughout the entire process. After my alignment was complete, they did a ride along with me to make sure I was 100% happy with the results. Great experience! Bryan was a major help when my wife and I had a flat in Virginia Beach. After I changed to the standard temporary spare (in the pouring rain), I was not looking forward to looking for a local mechanic. I knew we couldn’t make the trip back home on the spare (well over a 100 mile trip) without risking more damage to my car, so we called the closest place we could find to try and get a new tire and back out on the road. Luckily, we connected with Bryan and he was able to get us in and out right away. I was prepared to be sitting around for a few hours, but it didn’t even take thirty minutes despite the garage being busy. They made this whole ordeal super easy. If we lived in the area, we’d be clients for life. Thanks Bryan!

I bought 4 new tires in Sept, 2021. The staff there was very courteous, knowledgeable & even looked for the best deal on the best tires for my vehicle. As the weather got colder, my tire light came on in my dash. I worked on it & couldn't get the tire light out. Called the dealer & was told to bring it right in & someone would check it. Got there & was told they were so busy I would have to leave it for 1 1/2 days!! I took it to Tire Choice on Tiffany Lane & Melissa & Kilian were so GREAT! They pulled it right in, checked the air in all 4 tires including the spare. Filled them up with air & low & behold the tire light went out. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE of GREAT customer service. Not many places help folks anymore without excuses. I would recommend this place 100%. If ya ever need tires or general car care, take your vehicle here. Quick confirmation. Excellent service. Staff was great. Car drives great. Update 1 Jul 22: Another service visit. Replaced front control arms, alignment. Brian and Mark were very courteous and helpful. Excellent communication. Shop was very busy. This location works hard and provides quality service. Side issue: Parking lot is small and shared with another auto shop. Parking lot needs repair and resurfacing. Watch pot holes.

Awesome place with great customer service. I had a flat tire and needed assistance in removing the wheel so I could put on the spare as the truck was a half-mile away. Rick drove me (and my dog) back to my truck, changed the tire, and subsequently had my tire repaired back at Tire Choice. Rick, Helen and the gang were my heroes today and I am grateful for the prompt, friendly service they provided me. I cannot believe how helpful and friendly the staff is. John has the best customer relations I have witnessed in a long time. Helen was very kind over the phone and assisted me in my over the phone transaction. I honestly thought my tire replacement would be around 200 dollars but John called me to inform me they were able to repair my tire and I only had to spend 25 dollars!! I will be back to see them soon for my inspection because they are fair and honest.

I visited the Tread Quarters on Tiffany Lane and had a phenomenal experience. I was able to make an online reservation in the morning for 1030 the same day. Their team checked me in on time and gave me an accurate time estimate for my requested services. They conducted maintenance on my vehicle and even identified, removed, and patched a nail in my tire that was causing a very slow leak. The staff was personable, professional, and provided competitive pricing. I will definitely be back for future maintenance.

I've been taking my 3 vehicles to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, at 3705 Tiffany Ln Virginia Beach for over a year. Getting oil change services on all 3 vehicles, an air condition issue on one, and recently had breaks done on another vehicle. Sure an oil change won't be done in 5 minutes, but the service is excellent, the staff are friendly and accommodating,, and prices are reasonable.

Pulled up around 3:30 on Sunday which was perfect because they close at 5. The counter guy was polite, friendly, and efficient. He explained the different levels of oil change that were available and helped me understand why I would choose one or the other. The technician was friendly when he came out to get the car, and gave me some good information when he brought it back to the lot. As a single female, I felt that I was well treated and got the service that I paid for.

I came in last Friday expecting to need new tires (at least one was not holding air and the others were very low on tread). Helen made this experience wonderful from beginning to end. She walked me through the in-depth details of each tire and gave me the best options for replacement. I had an appointment at 10 and was back on the road with 4 brand new tires at a very fair price by 11:30. The guys that did the service were great and did a wonderful job. Every employee makes me feel welcome and comfortable, they are honest in their approach to repairs, and even turned down my add on work of replacing windshield wipers because they really were not needed. That small gesture really solidified how much I trust this shop. The ONLY reason it isn’t five star is because the location and lack of parking there is a hassle. The service is top notch!

Today we went this shop for an emergency tire change since we got a flat tire. The manager, Helen was so kind and nice. I had no idea about the process, but she explained everything patiently and as clear as possible. They also give us the options to choose from based off of our budget and plan. The process was quick. Helen and Rick where fabulous, the atmosphere is light and casual and very welcomed compared to most other shops in this area. Rick my state inspection tech was most knowledgeable at helping me correct a mistake and had me out of there in a timely manner. Helen at the counter was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend, you will not be disappointed coming here.

Very good experience, the staff was very friendly. I had all four tires of my truck changed for a very fair price. They had it done in about 5 hours, which is pretty great since I took it in on 4th of July weekend, their busiest weekend. I've been very pleased with the tires I bought, they are very smooth on the road and look very nice.

Helen and the staff were amazing! They special ordered my Goodyear but when they put it on I realized it wasn’t white wall letters like the other three tires. She informed me they didn’t make my tires with white letters anymore and offered to have all of the tires turned around for me for free so at least they were all black letters and didn’t look silly. Your Tiffany Lane team is exceptional. Stopped by after a failed inspection from a competitor, who was incredibly rude, because tires needed to be changed. I got there at 1815 but they still took care of my car and were so polite. Going back to get the state inspection approved. The young lady was so nice, courteous, helpful. She mentioned they are open on saturday and can do the state inspection on that day too. Exceptional customer service.

Had not one but two nails in two different tires on my truck and took it in to Tread Quarters to have them removed and plugged. Turns out that the nails went in at an angle and didn't penetrate all the way through the wall and didn't require plugs. The easy thing to do is charge for at least the time/labor put into verifying the damages that may have been done...Tread Quarters didn't charge me, though. They just handed me my keys and told me to have a great day! Stellar customer service - I'll definitely be back!

I went by the Tiffany Lane location (Virginia Beach) to price tires. Helen greeted me with a smile and had several options to choose from. The prices were definitely less than the two Honda dealerships I frequent for warranty services so I decided to purchase. I was interested in the lifetime alignments but another location is closer to my home so Helen offered to contact the other location to see if the manager would honor the warranty. Helen made sure I knew of some places nearby to get a snack while we waited but got me in and out in the promised time. The following day my tire sensor went off and I took my car in. Helen smiled and greeted me by name. She had someone check over my tires right away and reset the tire sensor as with the chsnging temps, the tires needed a little less air in them. Thank you Helen for going out of your way to make my tire buying experience a good one and knowing you are there when I need you.

I called at 5:45pm with a flat tire Mark said he would make sure staff was there to take care of me. I told him I would need to get the spare on and head his way. He quoted the estimated cost and I got the car there. At 6:15pm Mike got started and wasted no time in getting all FOUR tires replaced. By 6:50pm the tires were being placed on the car. Went and had my oil changed and to see what this squeaky sound my car had been making was and ending up having to replace my break pads. Helen at the counter was very nice, applied as many discounts as possible and they got the work done quickly. I had a flat tire when I woke up this morning so as a no brained I thought I’ll take it to treadquarters again and I know they can help me out quickly so I can get to work. Helen answered the phone and said to bring it in and of course I remembered her because she has such a pleasant voice. Had to replace the tire and ended up buying a pair. Great service. Unfortunately while I was driving in a parking lot, something got stuck in one of my tires. I was able to drive to Treadquarters. They took a look at it in a timely manner. Didn't have to leave the car with them. Luckily the tire that was damaged was purchased at a different Treadquarters with a warranty. So no charge to me to have the tire repaired. I couldn’t be more thankful! I just had my brakes replaced 2 weeks ago before I moved from NY. All of a sudden I hear a rattling and screeching noises. Something felt loose! I called and Helen told me to come right in but drive carefully. Within 10 mins of me getting here, my car was already being brought in and put on a lift. Talk about quick! I was told that on of my caliper bolts was missing. Definitely a scary thought. Helen assured me that they will take care of it and I was on my way in only 20 mins! I ran over something and when I pulled in to a gas station heard the loud hissing from my tire and saw the culprit. I immediately changed the tire and found this location for Tread Quarters. Never used this company before, but I will again. They were quick and efficient. I left my tire at the shop and in a couple hours they called me back and told me my tire was ready. I pulled in and they placed the repaired tire on my vehicle and placed the spare back where it came from, under the vehicle. Since they couldn't identify the problem--no charge for the diagnostic--and they didn't charge any labor for the nest removal! All I paid for was the oil change. $33! Opposite of my experience at franchise dealer service shops--go in for a $33 oil change and they come back with another $500 of repairs you "need". I'll keep going back to this Tread Quarters. They treat customer right!

My son jumped the curb with his car during our recent snow event (17 JAN) while heading home after leaving work and damaged his passenger front rim. My son stopped by TQ and received great advice on where to find a used rim. We brought his car to TQ on (19 JAN at 0730) to have a new tire put on that rim with an alignment. At first, the rim my son bought did not fit the lugs. Tim (Assist. Store Manager) called me right away and provided me with the correct lug hole size dimensions and a location on where to find correct size rim based on that information. During lunch, (approx 1200) I went to the location and bought the correct rim and brought it back to TQ. The mechanics got to work right away and his car was finished around 3:30PM. I cant say enough about Helen (Store Manager), Tim, and the mechanics that went above and beyond to fix my son's car and to get him back on the road. Outstanding Job.
