Great service and staff is very knowledgeable about whatever your needs are, whether it's tires, rims, alignments or lifts they will help you out. I absolutely love the bigger tires on the Jeep next year will be a lift and rims hopefully and I will definitely go here for them both! Let's just say if I could give a million stars I would. I recently took my 2012 honda civic to the shop to see what would be available for my car. Sean showed me alot of options that would fit my car perfectly for the look I was going for. We choose to switch it up and go for a coloured rim. MY BOYYY SEAN came thru with the perfect rims still in my price range. The moment he got the rims in, he called me to let me know I could come in. I had new tires and rims installed. I cant even express how much I love my car now. Sean can see the whole vision of what will make your vehicle stand out. Trust he knows what he's doing!! Thank you so much for the great service. RNR TIRE FIRST COLONIAL IS THE PLACE TO GO! I have nothing but good things to say about RNR. As soon as I walked into the store Sean greeted me and helped me out. I was interested in new wheels and tires and I thank Sean for taking the time with me finding the wheel and tire combo I wanted. Im a very indecisive person and he made sure I got to see all my options and explained sizing, tire load ratings, ect. to find the best application for me. Sean also walked each wheel out to my Tahoe and put the wheel on stand so I could see what it would look like on my truck. Very good pricing. Beat any other price out there. And a huge plus is everything was in their showroom. No messing around with ordering and having to sit around and wait. After making my decision my truck was serviced by Noah in the back. He was quick to come get my keys and get started on my truck. Noah took his time and did the job right and was yet so efficient and fast. While waiting my Wife and I walked around Target near by. When we walked back, I arrived to see Noah backing my truck out front completed, and Sean walking out of the building with a spray bottle and rag going around the truck and cleaning the wheels to make sure they were perfect. THATS DAMN GOOD SERVICE RIGHT THERE! Sean and Noah both went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more happy with my visit to RNR. Don't think twice about taking your ride up to RNR. If you want to get something done, these are the guys you need to go see.

I'm cheap and I'm a mechanic myself. I thought writing a review for RnR would be difficult (because I'm rarely satisfied with mechanic work) but it is not. This place is awesome. Expectations far exceeded. Customer service is fantastic from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Their techs put out FAST and quality work. The prices are pretty decent but it's the follow up and benefits to buy from them that make it all worth while. They gained a return Customer here. 30 min out of my way and no gas price hike is gonna hold me back. Shawn, Zach and Liz knocked it out of the park!

I'm really big on reviews. Going to businesses with good ones and staying away from businesses with bad ones. You can't make everybody happy and I get that but I had a great experience today. I came in with a number in mind and cash in hand. Mike was helping me by telling me prices and style options. I was there for maybe 20 minutes, bought rims and tires, stayed within my budget and had them mounted immediately. Very very professional and courteous. Like I said, reviews are a big deal to me. I'm giving these guys a 5 and that's not easy for me to do normally. Great job and thanks Mike!

So far I am very happy with their business, this is the second vehicle they do a lift, mount wheels/tires and perform alignment. There are options out there, but I believe they have my business from here on out. I was helped by Craig in the past and recently by Sean...both good guys that run a good business. Good prices and good customer service. I highly recommend this place for all of your tire and wheel needs, street and off-road use, and of course they do lifts to a wide variety of vehicles. To date they have lifted a Subaru and a Jeep with absolutely no problems and they tell you to come back after a week or two for a wellness check of their work. High quality definitely reflected in their product. Keep it up!!

Brought my 1997 M3 yesterday in for Road Force balancing. I was in and out in under an hour. Staff is super friendly, they really understand and look after your car, and provide helpful advice without talking down to you. They understand modified cars, and understood when I explained that some issues occurred before my coilover install. The manager of the store checked all my tires and said I still had 90% tread on them so advised me to only replace the one damaged tire. Amazing to find honest service people. The choices of 3 different payment amoptions was amazing because it allowed me to choose when and how much every month i would pay. I have gotten so used to bad service and bad attitudes at national chain tire stores (NTB, Goodyear) that I forgot that some stores actually STILL HAVE FRIENDLY STAFF!!! From my first interaction on the phone, the staff was friendly, and they managed to slip my small job (one tire remount) into the queue and did it while I waited. Reasonable cost, friendly staff, this is my new Tire store. I generally stick to manufacturer wheels on my vehicles, but they have a really large selection of tasteful designs.

I found RNR because of the Google reviews and I definitely was not disappointed! Mike is AMAZING!!! First of all when I called yesterday, he was so courteous when he answered the phone I was sure I had gotten a recording. He was able to get me in today to get a new set of 4 tires. When I got there, it turned out that the tires he had ordered for my van weren't the right tires so he immediately sent someone to go get the right size. He ended up giving me a better tire with more mileage for the same price. I had been told previously at another tire shop that one of the studs would need to be cut off and quoted $100 for removal and replacement. It turned out that the bolts were bad and had to be replaced. Mike and his team took care of it and still only charged me what he had originally quoted for the stud; he didn't charge me extra for the additional parts and labor. He was extremely personable with a great sense of humor, and apologized repeatedly for the "additional wait". Keep in mind, it was the fastest I've ever gotten a new set of tires on a vehicle in the 20+ years I've been driving. I was extremely impressed with their pricing and they were completely upfront with a quote he stuck to even when things went sideways. Their shop is spacious and extremely clean with a great waiting area. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and they for sure have all of my future business.

GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE AT RNR!! I brought in my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder with 203,000 miles since I was getting a terrible vibration at 55+ MPH. This is a vehicle that runs fine other than this vibration and I had a couple shops tell me to just get the wheels balanced. I tried that initial solution at the other shop and it did nothing to solve my vibration. I knew it was more than a wheel balancing so I brought it to RNR for an estimate. They took it out on the highway for an initial test drive and diagnosed that my calipers were shot and continuing to engage the rotors. I agreed completely with that since I had noticed heat buildup on the hubs and this made logical sense. I interacted with Chevy at the front desk and also Gerald the mechanic in the garage. Both Chevy and Gerald were extremely helpful and courteous as they explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision. I went ahead and authorized new front end calipers, rotors, pads, and repacking the wheel bearings. This fixed my terrible vibration completely and the SUV drives like new again (even with 203,000 miles). They also gave me a Black Friday discount and added a little more discount for my military service. I am completely satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle and I thought they gave me a fair price for all the work they competed. Highly recommended!

The folks working here were great. I came to them with a nail in a tire and also thinking that I had a tire balance issue but the technician quickly determined it was a bad wheel bearing. After letting them know I was unsure when/where I would get my vehicle repaired they gave me a fair estimate for the work and also fixed the nail in my tire free of charge. I have to say I will never go anywhere else off top. I treated myself to a 2019 Tahoe and my gift to myself was adding tires and a lift. I broke the valve stem on my jeep tire. I stopped in to drop the tire off because they were so busy. the shop manager took my wheel and replaced the valve right then. i was out the door in 10 minutes and on the road. More than I was expecting and an incredibly low cost. I highly recommend these guys for any truck wheels and tires.

My experience here was pretty amazing. Ty is an awesome representative, they have good deals here and I think worth the business! Edit: the staff is only friendly and caring when you're buying, any inquires after purchase, you're dealing with negative attitude driven people. Edit again: frame damage caused on recent alignment with new upper control arms installed, upper management is amazing and will take care of you if it's their mess-up, not many companies do this, so it's refreshing to see a company honor their work. I went into this shop looking for new rims and tires for Jeep Wrangler that were in stock. Gerald went above and beyond my expectations. He searched his inventory and every other store location just to find me what I need. He knew I wasn’t leaving that store until I got what I came for. After he found both rims and tires at two different locations, he said to help me out since my jeep was in the shop and I didn’t have space in the car I was driving for the rims and tires, he would pick up both and then drop them off at the shop where my Jeep was. Also said since there weren’t installing them, to come back Monday and they would check to make sure they were balanced correctly. Besides the great customer service, it was great that you can finance threw RNR because there was no way I was paying for all of this. It wasn’t the cheapest thing with 35s on my Jeep. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They will make sure you are taking care of. Not only was Gerald outstanding, all of the workers were friendly and willing to help Gerald with finding what I need. The process took some time but it was worth it.

Hi - this place is great! I live in Norfolk and driving to the oceanfront the low tire symbol came on in my car. Since I wasn't familiar with the area I googled tire shops. Mike with RNR was Awesome and very informative about the choices that we had with the finance options. Even though we hit some snags along the way with the set of tires that we had chose. The 1st 2 went on just fine the last 2 once on the rim and balanced they were not holding air. After closer inspection by Mike and the Tech (I forget his name), there was a small slit in the side wall of both tires. When Mike delivered the news at first I was a bit disappointed, but then thinking about it I became grateful that he caught it before we left with them and something major happen to us or the car. Mike then ordered 4 new tires to be delivered around 3 pm. We showed up early and the tires weren't in yet, we left and came back and still weren't in due to traffic in Norfolk where they were coming from. Once finally getting to the store they got me in and out. In the process of waiting Mike was more than Apologetic, which was awesome he definitely took ownership of the mistake and tried to make it right!! He gave my 3 y/o son a little surprise too. Lisa the Assistant Store manager even helped a little to make me a satisfied customer. Trust me they did a great job and I would definitely come back.

Well I have been a customer of R and R forever. I've always had a good experience with Craig, Luis and Shawn especially when they were at the Little Store. On today I had to call the First Colonial Store and I explained to Shawn that I needed a rebalance after going into a store yesterday for a rebalance, tire rotation and flat repair. I don't want to mention any names, I feel like the manager Will handle it well. I had some damage done to my vehicle for the first time after all these years.Will informed me an adjuster will be calling next week to handle the repairs. I told him I'm not the type of person to go to the Owner, District or Regional manager. If we can resolve the issue and get my vehicle back or to it's best stage that it was before the damage was done. We can handle it at the store level. Any Shawn accepted me to come and rebalance my Armanda after explaining I felt more comfortable going out my way just to get the service done even though I live right near the Norfolk Store. Luis P really took his time and actually showed me tires that wasn't balance at all with the old weights still on it. Some wasn't balance at all One or two tires had weights way over the machine specified for my tire. Example 10 oz over when it required 1 oz. On the behalf of Terrell Roach please do something to show our gratitude for a hard-working Luis p that did my vehicle correctly and explain what he experienced that wasn't done yesterday May 30. Stopped by the other day to see if they could put a tire on my car. I had a leak plugged at a local gas station, but they couldn't put the tire back on my car?? (See separate 1 star review for that non-service station). The guys at RNR were great - the technician asked me if I wanted him to fix the leak or just put the tire out. Turns out the first place didn't even fix the leak properly and RNR caught it! They fixed 2 leaks and mounted the tire back on my car very fast. Huge thank you to Luis!! Not to mention, RNR was a great independent radio station in Annapolis, so that doesn't hurt! I will absolutely go there when I need to replace my tires.

This place is awesome! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I went to these professionals after Wal-Mart mechanics messed up on my tire installation. Wal-Mart put my rims on wrong and broke my lug nut key. RNR fixed everything and replaced my locking lug nuts; they even took pictures of damage Wal-Mart caused so that I could get my money back. Definitely going to them for future auto repairs and auto work.

Extremely happy with the set up Sean picked out for our F150. Sean had the vision and made it happen!! We went with the Moto Metal 18x9, -24's and the 33x12.5x33 Yokohama MT- G003 with a Rough Country 2" leveling kit!! For size fitment Ricky had to do a little trimming on the truck but he is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process before hand so I would feel comfortable with what he was doing. Honestly you can't even tell anything was cut. I was alittle nervous without even knowing the end result but we put our trust in the their expertise and let me say the truck went from basic to a definite WOW! We couldn't be happier!
