Emery and his staff are top notch! My car was having issues with the starter and they were able to diagnose the wiring problem and get it back on the road for a very, very fair price! I also decided to purchase new tires and they were able to put them on while they worked on the starter. I came in with a nail in my tire. Melvin politely greeted us and took care of us. Michael repaired the tire and checked the air in all of the tires and got us back on the road with a smile on his face. And then, they didn’t even charge me, said it was on them! I called the store about replacing a flat tire, and gentleman named Tony told me to come in and get it patched up right away. Upon visited the location, I was quickly helped, and given the good news that my tire could be plugged rather than completely replaced, despite the multiple punctures, saving me over $150. The service was extremely quick, and the store was accommodating of my work schedule with flexible pick up times. The service was polite and professional; while I was waiting to pay, the one of the attending offered to drive a customer back to her home so she would not have to wait for the repairs to finish. The price was very affordable, and if I ever need more tire assistance I will certainly be returning.

Eric and Emery are amazing! I felt a bit defeated and pressed for time when I came for help with my tire, but they welcomed me in and stayed transparent with me about the wait + what to expect. I had a bubble on one of my tires that I knew was dangerous to drive on, and I took my car to a couple places before I found someone willing to help me. A couple places blew me off, but the guys at Telle were very helpful and got me in right away and they took good care of me. Having a place to take your car where you can trust the people are trying to help you out and not trying to rip you off is hard to find now days. I'll definitely take my car back to this Telle location next time I have an issue.

A very friendly, helpful and efficient shop. This shop was recommended by AAA. Initially I was a little worried my car was towed and left there on a Friday evening (I am from out-of-town) and the shop is more well-known for tyre service. The following morning, the shop took the proactive role in notifying me the problem with my car. Because of the weekend, I was expecting my car the following Wednesday but to my great surprise, they called me Monday morning saying that my car was ready to go! Thank you Telle for getting me back on the road.

I was having problems with a constantly flat tire everytime I parked and was prepared to buy a new one. On my way to a tire store I normally frequent, I had to pull over to Telle Tire & Auto Centers on Lindell Blvd because I did not want to chance driving any further. Thank Goodness I did! I was immediately greeted and a tire expert was out to my car checking my tire within seconds. Even with cars ahead of me, Telle Tire & Auto Centers worked me in and I was in and out with a simple tire repair in less than 30minutes! I was not in a rush and was prepared to wait because I saw others cars in the bay; but I surely was happy with the express service...especially on a Friday 😉. Turns out, I did not need a new tire! Telle Tire & Auto Centers was very upfront and honest and did not take advantage of me by trying to sell me a tire, when I did not need one. I sincerely, sincerely appreciate this store. Here is the icing on the cake for me (besides saving a great deal of money): the tire expert put my donut in my trunk, in its designated locked-in place, and did not just throw the dirty tire in the backseat, like other tire people have done in the past 🤗. He did not have to take the time to do this! Well, looks like I have replaced my go-to tire store with Telle Tire & Auto Centers 🤩. I will recommend this company and this Lindell Blvd, especially, everytime! Stop By, Ya'll!!

Great experience. I walked in with an emergency tire need and Tony got me a quote and gave a time. I drove my car up and he noticed a tear coming in another tire. Great guys that do great service! My guys Uncle Tony and the store manager were incredible as I was in a very precarious situation with my car's tire that was flat from a nail sitting over in the parking lot. It was a very cold Friday afternoon that had Telle Tires busy with atleast 16 tires ahead of me. My only option at that moment was to submit my car knowingly that I wouldn't receive it until Monday sometime since Telle closes at 5pm. Well, I not only get a call from them only 2 hours later but they had already finished with fixing my car! I get there 20 minutes before closing time and Uncle Tony just throws me the keys and says no charge!! Talk about a blessing?!!! I love these guys and they will forever have my business!! Gee

Telle saved me at least $250 as Mike, who is said to be the expert of the shop, was able to repair the most minute nail puncture in my Z-rated tire which the dealer said I had to replace when the tire was losing only 2 pounds of pressure over many weeks at a time. Our family has used Telle Tire for years at their Big Bend location so we are so happy to see them open a location just blocks from our home in the City. So I was on my way to work and got a flat tire, literally I goggled the closest tire shop that didn't look sketchy lol came upon Telle Tires which was 6 mins away. I drove those 6 scary minutes and when I got there a gentleman greeting me. He was professional, nice and handsome which didn't hurt. I knew it was about time for new tires, after discussing my options and getting a great professional opinion from this gentleman I ended up buying 4 new tires and was out of there 2 hours faster than he originally quoted me. Not only that, my price was about 30 bucks less than I thought it would be! I was discussing everything with my boyfriend whom was away on business, thought I was perhaps taken advantage of, I called around to 3 other places, turns out they were even cheaper than our normal place! To the store manager Emery, thank you for being not only a gentleman, but great employee for this company! Thank you for giving me a chance to prove my ol' man wrong! Highly recommend Telle Tires... They saved my day, AGAIN! This morning, I noticed my tire was really low. When I stopped at the gas station to fill it, the psi was at 8. Yikes!! I called Telle Tires to get it fixed and was able to drop it off right away. I was concerned that it would be all day before I got my car back since I didn't have an appt. But, they called me about 90 minutes after drop off and my car was ready, tire fixed. Thank goodness! I have used this Telle Tire in the past to fix and replace tires on other cars and have always felt satisfied with the service and quality of tires I have gotten. I highly recommend them for repairs and replacements. I won't go to Costco or the dealership any more for my tires. I might pay a little more at Telle than Costco but the quality of tire means my tires last longer now. Totally worth it and great customer service!

I had a great experience with getting new tires. I’ve been to Telle before to get a general safety inspection and it’s always been a pleasant encounter. This time around I was impressed with the level of service provided and I have to thank Emery Cannon for the guidance. Went in first thing in the morning on 2/22 with a flat from the night before late. I brought the tire in and it was repaired within an hour and put back on my car for my trip back home. They put my spare back in the trunk and olaced everything back in its place without askomg them to do that. The service from Emery Cannon was second to none. Case in point: I hit a pothole on a Monday night, and they were able to take me in Tuesday morning to replace my tire and make sure no other damage was done. Dropped a car off early for a quick flat repair with the expectation of picking it up at the end of the day, but they hadn't touched it. The manager blew smoke about how they were busy and said they'd get to it in an hour. I asked the price, he said $43, I told him I'd never paid more than $20 for a repair and that was a joke, combined with the fact the car wasn't ready when he said it would be. He said they repair the tire from the "inside" which is why it costs more (it doesn't, that's how every reputable shop repairs a tire -- it's a 20 minute job when the rack/tech are free). After he was done blowing smoke and not offering a solution, I asked for my key back to leave. He finally apologized and offered to do it for free. Loved the shop before Telle bought it, but with the lack of communication and ownership of a problem, I won't be here again.

They had it done and out within hours. The car drives like it's gliding on feathers now. I was well informed from the beginning.
