Great and very quick service. We got flat at the rear. It was a screw in the tire so that not serious deal. He fixed within 5 minutes and charged only $22 !!! The place is a tiny small operation but he did a great job. Also open SUNDAY!

Fixed my tire so quick literally less than 10mins. I previously spent 1 hour waiting at Costco for them to say I needed to buy two new tires, and that’s after waiting weeks for an appointment. I’m flabbergasted. Costco said they wouldn’t fix it. This guy did it right in front of my face. It took me longer to strap my spare down than for the fix!

Affordable and quick service for tire patch. I was going to go to Pep Boys but they didn’t have same-day reservation. I’m so glad I found Tire House. The staffs were friendly, service was quick, affordable, and efficient. Close to city in friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend! (Best part is it’s open on SUNDAY!)

I needed to get one of my tire replaced with a new that I bought online. it was done very quickly and i was able to sell my old tire. Mohammad is a great man. He was upfront clear with prices and made sure I understand the process. I made a mistake and got wrong tire replaced, i went back next day to show my mistake ane replace the correct tire and he did it for free. Such a kind man. Thank you very much.

We live nearby and have had multiple great experiences with Tire House. Anytime we call, we get a quick estimate of turnaround time/cost and they always seem to have the tires we need in stock. No reason to go elsewhere if you live in the vicinity.

The owner was so awesome. I was hearing a sound that I thought was a flat tire so pulled in to check. He immediately was all over it, checked my tire pressure and added air, and upon realizing that wasn’t the problem took my tires off to investigate further. He identified the problem and it turned out to be a quick fix thankfully. But the main point is, he helped me out completely free of charge which I wasn’t expecting and it completely made my day. Thank you so much for your kindness!

Thanks for rotating my tires, but the gentleman used an impact to tighten lug nuts. When I told him about it, he said he's been doing it for 13 years. An impact will tighten the lug nuts too much and damage your wheel bearings, rim and wheel itself. There's also a sequence to tightening the lug nuts. It doesn't seem like this guy cared much about what I had to say. He also didn't know the sequence to rotating FWD tires.. I also showed him. Hey, everyone gets lazy, but at least admit your mistake, especially if you've been doing it 13 years. I asked the guy, if you buy a Mercedes Benz and take it to dealer to get tires rotated, are they going to use an impact? He couldn't give me straight answer.

I am grateful that places like Tire House still exist in today’s world..Mike runs this tire shop extremely effectively, and I’m glad I found this place out of sheer luck, because I had to get a flat tire fixed on a Sunday, and all the “big guys” were closed. Mike repaired my flat tire and fixed it back onto the car in a matter of 4 mins., no kidding! He is a thorough professional who knows his job inside out, and his shop has all the right equipment too. Getting a flat tire is beyond annoying, but Nathan and Mike helping me find a gently-used tire within my budget. Only $75 for the tire, installation, and tire rotation (and I have small tires that are often more expensive, so I was ecstatic when I came across this price!)! They were so friendly and informed me of what they were doing every step of the so I knew every step of the way what they were doing with my car. Three people were ahead of me in line, but the service was so quick that I waited no more than 20 minutes for my new tire to be switched in. They even threw in some tire vent caps for free, since only one wheel had one when I bought my car used. I was impressed that they were thinking about the long-term for my vehicle, which I think shows that they go above and beyond for their customers. Affordable, thorough service. I would definitely come back if I get another flat (but I hope I won’t for some time lol). Thank you, Nathan and Mike!

I bent a valve stem when checking the pressure on my camper’s tires — air leak! Of course it was Sunday and most places were closed. I called up Tire House and he said come on by. I arrived, he popped in a new stem and told me it was free of charge. Camping trip saved!! Thank you!

Had my ABS & Traction control light on and another shop said it was my front right speed sensor. Called TH up two weeks ago and asked if they could replace it and they said sure, just buy it online and bring your car in. Called today with part and Mike said come on in. He replaced it in 15 minutes and at a very reasonable rate. ABS light was still on after replacing and he said don't worry, just drive it and light should go out. He was right - 200 yards down the road the ABS/TC lights are off! Thanks Mike & TH for affordable quality help.

I don't think getting a flat tire is supposed to be this delightful! I had such a fun time meeting Muhammad, and enjoyed his cheeky personality so much that I actually ended up being happy to have gotten a flat tire. How bonkers is that? I've been visiting this shop since 2019. I did tire rotations, tire mounting and wheel balancing there and their service is of high quality (not all shops can do balancing correctly!). Usually the service is fast and no need to wait.

We've had two tire punctures in the last year and both were fixed at Tire House. Both times I called around to find somewhere closer to our neck of the woods only resulting in frustration. Tire House had us in and out in minutes! We've had no issues with the first repair from a nail puncture, and only had to return when we somehow got a screw through the same tire in a different spot.

I told him and he came out with me to look at my tires. Determining that it was my front tires, he found the ones I needed, quoted a price, and did the job quick and easy. Very decent price too. He said to come back for anything, and he’d take care of me. I like this place a lot!

No appointment needed. Fast, friendly, professional service. They had 2 used tires in stock in the size I needed, and let me choose the one I needed. The price, including labor, was 45% less than what I was quoted for a new tire from one of the auto service chain shops. I had been told by the chain shop that my leaking spare could not be repaired. But Tire House repaired my spare for $20 with no problem. I got a used replacement tire installed and my spare repaired all in a total of 15 minutes. I'm very happy.

I bought a new kia and they don't come with a spare. These guys hooked me up with a gently used donut for 50 bucks. I also picked up a new jack and lug wrench from Amazon. All told less than a 100 bucks to not have to rely on the bs fix a flat kit that new cars come with.

I had a wonderful experience with the owner of this unassuming tire shop. I had a nail in my tire I found on the way to an appointment near Greenlaake with my 7 week old in tow. After calling a couple namebrand shops who couldn’t get me in I called Tire House and I explained my situation and he without hesitation said come by. He greeted me immediately, evaluated the tire and saw the nail was on a part of my tire they generally don’t patch. He patched it so I could get where I was going and ordered me tires for the next day and did not charge me since he couldn’t guarantee the work for very long. I live in South Seattle but he was so kind and helpful I wanted to return to give him my business. The next day he called right at noon as he said he would and told me to come in wherever and asked how the baby was doing :) I went in and he changed my tire so quickly ( less than 15 min). He seemed very hard working, honest and kind and did great work for an extremely reasonable price! I will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the owner!

Had a slow leak from an old plug that didn't hold up after a week, and figured I'd give someone else a chance to get me in motion. The plug was riding the line between tread and sidewall, so I had to get the whole thing replaced. Luckily, they had something out back in my size. I was amazed that the only gentleman working removed my tire, popped on the new rubber, got it aligned, and had it back on my car in less than five minutes--all while he was talking to someone on his cellphone, like no big deal. This is the kind of guy you want on your pit crew if you're trying to break into the fast and furious world of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, but unfortunately I've left that dream behind. Endurance racing takes a lot of concentration because you only have a few seconds on the straight away to make your move, so when you need to fuel up, or replace your tires, or relight your cigarette, you can't be wasting any time in a pit stop. I know. I did some fine work on the local circuits, but you don't make that much money throwing kitty litter on oil spills and the buy-in for a stock car is ridiculously high. On top of buying a car you have to maintain it, house it, crew it up, and fuel it. And if you think $3.48 a gallon is outrageous, then the cost of a practice run will make you wanna take the bus. Sometimes I wonder about cutting out gas altogether. Going green, and all that. Hell, I've been seeing a lot of Tesla's around, so maybe we can get an electric car circuit going one day soon, but like I said, I'm not making nearly the kind of money it takes to pretend to be a well-to-do race-car socialite, which is why I look for great deals to keep me on the road: like the kind you find at the Tire House.

This is my second visit to Tire House and both times the people are friendly and professional. The first time I had new tires mounted and balanced-- great service and price. This second visit was due to a faulty valve stem. They replaced all four on the car for no cost. It was the right thing to do.... FIVE STAR for a company who will do the right thing!!! I am a business owner and it is hard to impress me, but these guys did. I am a customer for life.

I drove up with no appointment with a very leaky tire. I was driving home less than 10 minutes later. The guy that I dealt with, who I assume was the owner, was very nice and professional. He found the problem and solved it so much faster than I anticipated. Quite welcoming. And it was CHEAP! Super cheap. Overall: A+ experiemce.

It seems another good review for the tire house! I came in there at quarter to 5 on a Friday afternoon and there was one person ahead of me and that person went off to do their business so since I was there he immediately took care of me. I couldn't have been 15 minutes before I had a real tire on my car as opposed to the "special spare" /donut that I had to put on! And my car is kind of specific so I didn't think a small place like this would have a tire for me that was specific to my car and a snow tire as well! But they did! And the guy was really helpful and courteous and it seemed more like 1950s type service that I've read about it and heard about as opposed to 2015 screw- yourself type attitude. Definitely will be back!

I came in to ask for a new tire due to a flat, but the owner was honest with me and informed me that because my SUV is AWD I'd either need the exact same tire again or 4 new tires. Instead he just removed the nail from my flat and plugged it, costing only $15. Tire still works great. Thanks.

Honestly, this is going to sound embellished, but I genuinely had the best experience with Tire House LLC that I have ever had with a business. Long story short, I showed up with a flat tire expecting that to be the end of my problems, when Hani noticed that I was also experiencing oil issues. He proceeded to go out of his way to assist me even though I wouldn't have expected him to do anything outside of changing my flat tire (being that it's a tire shop). He helped me with my car and patiently explained the issues I was having while offering incredible prices, all the while being friendly, professional and very kind. I went into it expecting to get my tire swapped and that's it, but I left feeling I owed this business more than I paid. This is how you run a business. Tire House LLC deserves your business and attention. I don't think I can recommend it enough.

I had just landed from a flight. Hadn't slept for 40 hours, and got to my car only to find it was flat. Huge screw sticking out of it. I called everyone, no one was opened because it was Sunday. Finally got ahold of these guys. They said they were open and to stop by. They took a look at my tire and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes, and only $20!!!!! Will never go to anyone else but them ever again. These guys were super friendly and amazing. Couldn't recommend them enough.

My car was stolen from in front of my home in Maple Leaf. It was found early on Sunday morning several miles from my house on a side street without any wheels. They had taken it on a joy ride and then took the most valuable parts... my new tires, 2 computers and my gym bag. I was so sad and upset. I did not have comprehensive insurance and don't have a lot of money. I had the help of an angel in the form of Zaid, owner of House of Tires on 80th and Aurora. He answered the phone on Sunday morning before the shop was open. He was very compassionate, picked me up at my house, drove me to the car, put wheels on (at no charge) balanced them and charged me for only the wheels! He sold me 4 wheels+ tires at a ridiculous price (I don't want to even say as I would like him to thrive as a business owner and it was truly ridiculously cheap.) Said, "We are all One." He is also branching out into selling affordable used cars. I told him everything wrong with mine and he is Still going to give me full blue book on it so I can get a car that is reliable and not so easy to steal. If you are looking for either tires or cars please consider supporting him! I cannot say enough about the depth of my gratitude or how good it feels to be able to trust a "car guy"!!

Busted my new tire hitting the curb after a night out with friends. Searched on the internet for a tire shop and the first one that showed closed to where I lived was Tire House LLC. Pulled into their lot first thing in the morning and guess what they changed my tire for just $50 and the icing on the cake was the two gentlemen were super friendly and got me out in less that 15 minutes. I will be surely going back for all my tire needs even if this shop is not the closest. A big thank you to the two gentlemen whose name I forgot to ask.

If you've drive Aurora regularly, you've seen the funky hand written signs and stacks of tires near the corner of 80th & Aurora. Next time you need tires or a flat repair, stop in. Mohammed removed a flat tire from my VW rim, then mounted and balanced a new tire. It took him about ten minutes and the price was beyond reasonable. I'd been to every local major tire company in the area before calling Tire House LLC. The majors wanted the tire all day, yep, eight plus hours and quoted three times the amount Tire House LLC charged.
