Town Fair turned an awful experience (flat tire) into a great one. First, the individual at the counter was awesome! They were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable even though I walked in not long before closing. Then the tech that did the repair was amazing! They took the time to explain in terms I could understand what happened to my tire and that it could be repaired! They let even let me keep the screw that was in my tire! They were very personable and knowledgeable. The manager on that evening was just as wonderful. Although they were busy they still came over to greet me. They ensured I had no further questions and ensured that my experience was smooth. The whole process took 20 minutes tops! I'm certainly not hoping for another flat but if I get one, I know exactly where I am going!

Professional well knowledge service from start to finish. Had a 4:00pm appointment for a tire repair, but arrived a little bit earlier to see if I could be serviced sooner then the appointment time. To find out the system never confirmed my appointment for today. Thankfully the manager believe his name was Nelson. Helped take care of me step by step. Luckily it wasn’t so busy today I was in-out quicker then the 30-45 minute wait time for the service to be complete. I would recommend this location for any tire service needs.

We were overdue for tire-install on all four of our tires and our previous set had been discontinued, but the guys at the shop helped us find the nearest equivalent and had our set replaced within a surprisingly short 45 minutes. Good and fast service! They had the tires i wanted in stock and ready! When i went into other tire places and asked if they can mount new ones on my truck they said they cannot mount tires on 22 inch rims so i was disappointed until I found town fair in pawtucket they treated me very well!

Been coming here as long as I can remember. They've taken good care of me through the years. Always trying to save me money. Most recently I had a leak and they could have tried to sell me new tires, instead they just fixed it and charged me just $13 and change. Service like this is rare.

We had left a soccer game in Attleboro, and headed home to Warwick…the dreaded low tire thing came on. Googled a Town Fair Tire near where we were. Went there, they took us right away, and we were out in 40 minutes. They fixed the tire, and made sure all the others were okay. They were wonderful!! Thank you so much!!!

Recently I had a flat tire and was driving around on a "donut." I decided to go to the Towne Fair Tire nearby. I ordered two Falken tires and they arrived a few days later. The manager called me when they came in and scheduled me for Saturday morning. I usually replace tires in pairs. However, upon inspection Nelson said the other tire had a lot of tread life on it. So, I ended up getting just the one tire. I appreciated Nelson's honesty. Very good experience overall. Highly recommend.

This place is out of the way, and does't seem like much is going on, but the Customer service is excellent. If you need tires or need tire repair, and you are in The area where this place is, go to this place. I had to have a tire repaired, and the guy , who helped me was really nice, and best of all the cost was very reasonable. I would say it was very cheap to have my tire repaired. This place in Pawtucket is even better than the Town Fair tire in South Attleboro because of the cheaper price and better customer service at the Pawtucket Town fair tire.

Although it's located in possibly the saddest, loneliest strip mall in the world, they are professional and did right by me. I only needed something simple done, a tire patched (nail), but weren't able to do it and rolled it out for me and told me it needed a plug instead and recommended where to take it. Very friendly and helpful service. No charge.

Great bunch of guys (and gals) work here. Replaced all 4 of my tires, they found a way to lower my rate so it did not cost an arm and a leg. Good waiting space and they have turtles!! Would recommend to anyone in need of "tire" needs. *update 2023- These guys never cease to impress. A great group of guys as usual with a great sense of humor. They were able to take me as a walk in after railroad tracks were less than kind to my tire. Instead of trying to get as much money as possible, they looked to use the cheaest option first. They were able to patch the tire saving me a ton of money and time, and took the to explain what they did. Highly recommend 10/10 in every way.

My experiences here have always been exceptional! Just today I had a tire go down & had to get towed here. Nelson as always provided exceptional service & my car was already being serviced while I spoke to him. I also had to replace a sensor. Leon also provides great service & once told me when my repair shop didn’t align my tires for me but stated they did & charged me for it. I had two tires blow and needed a tow but he took the time to inform me of the issue, show me the diagnostics & assured me they would help me which they did. Strongly recommend this place!

Townfair Tire in Pawtucket Rhode Island on beverage hill is the absolute best town fair tire in Rhode Island hands-down! From all the staff to the management Nelson and Leon I wouldn’t take my vehicle to any other place to get tires I’ve been coming to Townfair Tire for quite a few years and this by far is the best service that I’ve ever gotten any of the location’s… I am also a manager and I thrive on providing excellent service so whenever I receive it I am always sure to praise those that are Providing Giving superior service so be sure to take care of these employees because again I am a manager I’d love to have them on my team! Walked in there needed some tires they ended up not having in stock but took the time to find for me as I'm from New York and I was in a tough situation the store manager Leon was amazing we found the tire at a local car dealership the point of this review is these folks had no profit or upside in helping me and that's all they did. I have had such a great experience in the past that when my cousin need tires I took her to Town Fair to see the staff. Prices are good but the young goofball tire installer broke one of my lug studs and stripped another. He didn't even mention it to me I had to find out myself when I looked at the car so I approached him and he said that my lug nuts were old. I just did brakes a few weeks earlier and the lug nuts were 100% fine. Now I need a mechanic to fix the issue. The boss said they're not going to fix it. He said it's my problem when clearly it was there fault at hand. Smh

I had an appointment for 2:30 for tires and free front alignment. Well 30 minutes later I was done!!!!? GREAT prices for all season tires. Free rotation, free flat repairs, and it only was under 300.00 dollars. I had one flat last month. They showed me the tire. Not a flat just a flat pancake. I'm glad I work a few seconds away. I drove slowly on a half rim and rubber ride. Lean is great. He'll get it done. Low to some magnificent rims. Just beautiful. Great young men, who are very courteous as well as quick.Go and price next time. You won't be disappointed!!!! I had to replace the other 3 tires, otherwise, my friends it'll mess your axle up. I learned that from my friend Billy who built his own cars

I had a real good experience here. The sales tech evaluated my tires and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He said I only really needed 2 when I came in expecting to have to get all 4. Got a great deal also. They had my exact model tire right there in the shop. Had them on, balanced and aligned in just about an hour on a snowy day and I was out the door. I highly recommend the Pawtucket location of Town Fair Tire.

Nothing but the highest praise and appreciation for the folks here at the Pawtucket location. Leon was a courteous, respectful, and generous representative to work with who made the potentially stressful, costly experience of replacing my tires a surprisingly easy relief, and I left with an excellent set of tires at a very affordable discount. In the process of mounting my tires, a lug nut was broken, and Leon promptly eased my mind and took care of it by referring me to a nearby mechanic who would replace it and bill to Town Fair Tire. Best place to get tires! I bought tires & rims for 2 of my cars & because I did both at once they took 25% off each bill, even w/me putting them on layaway! It took me a couple of months to pay it all off but, they kept my order in the store so when I was ready to pay off my bill I could drive in same day & get both cars done. Made an appt for both cars same day & had both back within 90 minutes of me dropping each of them off. They put all of my wheels in separate bags for me to take so I wouldn't get dirty & not only do both cars look great but they ride better than before. No shaking & when I let go of the steering wheels it doesn't feel like it's going to shoot across 3 lanes! I'll never go to another spot for tires ever again! Plus, all the guys in there were informed, kind, friendly & kept a smile on their faces the whole time. Treated me like a best friend rather than a customer...*BONUS*...was told when I come back this winter & buy snow tires on all 8 wheels I'll get another 15% off on each bill! How can u go wrong w/that kind of service!?!
