What a wonderful experience. Had a flat tire, rolled in and Dory took care of everything. Quoted me a great price on a new tire, but I couldn't buy right now. She fixed the flat and got me on my way. Had the best experience at the North Providence location. Dory was at the front and the one who took my information. She was personable and professional. I had a slow leak in my tire. Bill welcomed us immediately and was knowledgeable and helpful. Joe took the car in right away and started working on the tire to determine if it was a repair or replacement need. Bill also checked the replacement opportunities for us and explained the rationale behind needing to order the same tire. He reassured us that the vehicle would be stored in a safe location if it had to be left overnight since the tire was not in stock. Adam, who checked us out was very kind and personable as well. Adam and Bill both have a great sense of pride in what they do and with a sense of humor. From a screw in the tier in a bad neighborhood and then the traffic to get to the shop and the rain had us stressed out. But the customer service and kindness certainly changed our mindset for the evening. The staff at the North Providence location are amazing. Please commend them for their excellent service today.

I have visited the shop numerous times in the past and even with an appointment, I will usually be held hostage for about a half a day before my service work was completed. There never seemed to be any sense of urgency or organization amongst the staff working on the vehicles. I can say that this most recent visit was a pleasant surprise and the manager, Rob, promised me on the phone when I had called the week before to set up my service appointment that he would have me in and out expeditiously because he finally had the right staff on hand to get the work done as quick as possible and without delay. I have to admit that I was a little bit skeptical when I first arrived but true to his word, my car was taken in for service out of the front parking lot within five minutes of me arriving and the work was completed very quickly and to my specifications. Rob and his staff definitely did a great job in my car is running as expected as a result. Under Rob’s stewardship, things seemed to have really done a 180° change for the better and I would definitely recommend anyone in need of tire related service to patronize this particular store. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs!

WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL! Dory is a knowledgeable and kind person who truly helped me out after I got scammed from buying tires online. She hooked me up with a new tire and didn’t charge me for it. Since the tire was special and needed to be shipped, she gave me a loaner tire for my car so I could still get to work and enjoy my new wheels and tires. This was my first experience with TFT and it was great, would absolutely recommend. Tires mounted and balanced, and an alignment for $99! Can’t beat it! NOBODY!

I have been going to this Town Fair Tire for 5+ years for my tires and Im never disappointed with the service I receive here. Unfortunately on my commute back from Boston I hit a pot hole and not only damaged one but TWO of my tires! Dory helped me realize that I always purchase the Lifetime Road Hazard Guarantee and I was able to get replacement tires for free! I would not recommend anyplace else for tires! Do yourself a favor and make sure you have the Lifetime Road Hazard Guarantee as well because you never know when you’re going to need it!

This morning I started my vehicle and the tire pressure gauge alerted me that one of my tires had a very low PSI. There was a screw in my tire. I walked in to Town Fair Tire and was immediately greeted by Rob. He looked at my tire right away and told me it could be repaired. Rob said it would be ready in 2 hours. I could see that all the bays were full and they were very busy. My repair was completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will be going here from now on with any tire issue or when I need new tires.

I noticed a a screw in my tire and dropped off my car around 11 in the morning and picked it up around 4 and my man Ed hooked it up. He said not only did he take the screw out but other materials as well but didn’t puncture the tire. These guys are the best hit them up and ask for ED!

After my dealership said that they couldn't' fix my tire (I am not THAT dumb) and wanted to charge me almost $350, with labor, to replace it, TFT said that A. they would try to fix it first, and if they couldn't, B. the cost to replace it would be about $100 less than what Toyota quoted me. Ultimately, they fixed it, plus some. Awesome work!

Read the reviews of this shop, and a few others nearby-Google did not steer me wrong. The girl in charge here is definatley the star. Keeps everything running smooth, smiles on customers faces, watched her turn some situations and customers into people who were happy to be in a tire shop on a hot Monday holiday. Every business needs one of her. Fit me in, even on a busy holiday. They were upfront with the wait time, and kept me updated while they had my car. Texted me as soon as it was ready-nice touch. I had a screw in my tire that tire already had an old plug in it. After calling a different tire company, I was told I couldn't put another plug.patch and that I would need not one, but two tires since my vehicle is a 4x4. Trusting what I was told, I decided to get a second price and I called this Town Fair Tire location. The woman I spoke with was kind and professional and provided me with a price that was much more reasonable. I arrived for my appointment the following day and checked in with Rob. I explained my situation to Rob and asked if it made sense to get rid of two tires with a lot of life left on them. Rob took me out to the vehicle to check it out and explained the best resolution was to remove the existing plug and patch the two holes. It was refreshing to deal with someone that just told the truth and was not just trying to get my money. Although I saved a lot of money today, this experience with Rob is what will keep my business at this Town Fair Tire. Thank you again Rob, I appreciate the help.

Honestly I don’t write reviews often but my experience at the North Providence location has warranted it! Recently i went in thinking i only needed one tire for my BMW which was just difficult to get ahold of because its a rare size. After leaving i found out i in fact needed 3 more special order tires! Pressed for time with my car being at the body shop waiting for these tires ROB who had helped me from the beginning did his diligence and found me the tires i needed and got them to me as fast as he possibly could.ROB and ADAM worked with me on my warranty I purchased and made me feel like i was taken care of. Was in the shop just before the weekend. I thought I would need a new tire because of a constant air leak, and they were able to repair my existing tire quickly and has kept the air pressure over a very warm weekend (95 F). Would recommend them for any additional repairs.

I've purchased several sets of tires from them. I recently had a tire from my zero turn mower that had a slow leak. I took it to mower shop near me and they told me they were 2+ weeks behind and didn't know if it could be fixed. I called Town Fair in North Providence and spoke to Adam. He said bring it down. Adam immediately took the tire and found the leak was a bead seal issue. Adam broke the tire loose, cleaned things, put a sealant on the beads, reset the seals, checked for leaks and put it in my truck. To top it off there was no charge. Now THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Adam and Town Fair Tire. I'll be back.

I just had 4 new tires placed today and these guys got me in quick and gave me my car finished in 3 hours. This place also has nice perks with new tires. What really made me appreciate this place is that I picked my car up after they already had closed. One of the guys who worked there saw I was putting kids in the car . He came out to tell me how bad my tires were and how they were actually scared when they saw I was driving on the tires ( 3 of the tires had patchwork) and he told me they also rigged how they put the tires on. He said to me “ I saw you were a mom and I needed to just let you know what we saw” ( I just purchased the car from a private seller maybe a few months ago and had no clue) so I appreciated that act of kindness as he didn’t have to come over and tell me nothing letting me leave and not know. I also spoke with a guy Dillion and he was so pleasant to talk too and was helpful in getting me scheduled for another visit. I’ll def be coming here for a long time!

My daughter, whom attends Providence College, was having an issue with one of her tires. Being that she is away from home I told her to take the car to a local tire shop. I am so glad that she took the car to Town Faire Tire in Providence. I am typically a Costco tire person, though may have just found a new place for tires. Danny took care of my daughter and pointed out several issues with the tires on her car. He face-timed me in and walked me through the issue in great detail from underneath the car. Before authorizing him to replace her tires I checked out the prices on Costco's website. I sent the price to my daughter to see if Danny could price the same. Not only did he meet the price, but he beat it by 10% and threw in an alignment as well. I am grateful that they went above and beyond what I requested. They could have just fixed the issue that I had my daughter go in there with, but they rightfully inspected all of the tires to make sure that they were safe as well. Knowing that my daughter will be safe while away from home is extremely important to me. I appreciate their thoroughness and the effort that they went through to win my business. Got a flat tire on my way home from work last night, and barely made it there. I could tell that this place was really busy and at first the man at the counter said he couldn't fit me in until tomorrow morning. While I was trying to get ahold of my husband to come pick me up, he had gone out to take a look at my car - graciously took pity on me and fit me in between jobs. I am so very thankful that he helped me out, and to be honest would still give this place 5 stars even if I would have waited until the next day. The team there is really nice and courteous, and the work was done fast. You know, I've gone to plenty of places that are demeaning or flippant to women, that try to hose you for a new set of tires or whatever, but this is definitely not the case here. Best case scenario for a awful end to a long day!

I was visiting my mom in North Providence for the week when my check tire light went on. My mom raved about Town Fair Tire and how the team there is very nice and honest! I took my van in on a busy Saturday prior to my drive back to PA the next day. I was worried they would not have time to fix the issue. They found the issue and fixed it and I had my car back in 2 hours! Everyone I met there was so kind, in particular, Colin. He recognized that I needed the issue checked and fixed that day. He was very thorough and came right out to the car to check all of the pressure, etc. The prices are VERY reasonable! It also gives me peace of mind that they are so good to my mother as well!! THEY SAVED ME!!!! I was in RI on business and woke up to a flat when I tried to leavet my hotel. The hotel security guard pumped enough air into my tire to drive to Town Fair Tire, just a few miles away...so happy that he did... When I arrived I was greeted by Brittany, an absolute rock star! I explained that I needed to get back to NY. She completely understood the bad day I was having, and the 200 miles I had left to drive! She was able to get my car in quickly, where rock star #2 appeared...Eddy is awesome! He was attentive and detail-oriented. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed me the piece of metal that caused my flat. Also, how he would repair it, balance it and reset the tire pressure on all 4 tires. He was perfect! I felt completely safe driving back to NY and that was the best feeling of all...safety! Let's face it...I was an out-of-towner who had to get home. Eddy could have told me, and sold me, anything he wanted to and all I would have said is "thank you Eddy," and paid whatever I was charged. It is so rare to find someone who is simply honest, nice and knowledgeable. Getting a flat stinks...finding nice honest people by accident...PRICELESS!!!

This is the second time I have been to Townfair to service my car. The first time I had 2 quality tires Installed at a good price. I was happy but it’s what I expected. This last time I went because I had a slow leak in a tire. I had first taken it to Pep Boys, which is closer to me. They told me a screw was in the tire and they couldn’t repair it, so I would have to replace with two new tires, oh and a brake job as well, with a total cost of over $600. I was shocked and decided to Instead go to Town Fair for another opinion. Sure enough, they fixed the leak and charged me less than $7. Seven dollars instead of over $600. You need anything done with your tires, I say go to Town Fair. Quality and trustworthy service.

I will never go anywhere else for tires or tire repair !! What an unbelievable staff at this Town Fair Tire on Mineral Spring in North Providence ! I came in an hour before they closed with a leaky tire. In talking with the man helping me he tells me they stay after they are closed and finish all the customers!! Not wanted to make these guys stay, they assure me it is no problem and walk outside with me to take a look at my tire . Within 2 seconds he finds the nail , takes my info and tells me “ we will take care of it .” We small talked for a few minutes , he asked me how my day was going, comment on my nieces picture and told me about his little one and how precious our time with them is !! Just a really nice guy!! We walked back in to do finish the transaction and I realized I left my wallet in my car . I go and get it and come back in and he lets me know that the manager Ron said there wouldn’t be a charge !! I was blown away. It was under $10 to fix it , but they didn’t have to do that !! I had an amazing experience with their agent Sergio... He was very knowledgeable and guided me through my buying experience with ease and confidence! I was looking for something cheap and reliable, and when they didn't have enough of the tire i wanted in stock, he was willing to match the price with the next tire up. ($10 off per tire) He was all versed on all the tires he had and showed me the difference between the treads and how they would react to different driving conditions. His time estimate was very accurate, and he even gave me an update during the process as to how much longer it would take. (they were waiting for the alignment machine to open up) The rest of the staff was also fun and friendly as well. Impatient me called to see if that day the 9th i could have them done since my current tires were bald. The apparently call center moved the appointment and then transfered me to the center to see if they were in stock. My experience at this location was beyond great! It was fantastic, Colin at the desk, and Marc (driver) went above and beyond to help my aunt that blew her tire across the street at Bank of America. Marc guided me at the busy intersection so I could drive her car into the lot. He called the store from his cell phone, and took a picture of the tire and sent it to his manager for assistance. Needless to say we got there, Colin took rite over, and was amazing, friendly, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. She was able to purchase a new tire, and not even within the hour, she was all set. So glad I went to this location! My tire pressure indicator light came on again after getting air last night. Called ahead - they were very professional and courteous and offered me directions after saying I could come right in. Upon arrival they immediately secured pertinent information and secured readings. The same professionalism demonstrated over the phone was delivered in person as well. The waiting area was clean and both TV and monitor of service area was available. Before I knew it they were calling me as they were finished with my vehicle. They advised they did find a screw in my tire which did explain the low pressure indicator. No new tire(s) were necessary. Got into my vehicle and pulled out of the parking lot....my car felt like a brand new car! I will definitely go back to this location when I do need tires in the future.

I have been going here for years and they get the job done, but the prices on the receipts don't always add up properly. I also had my arm twisted into getting an alignment done that wasn't necessary when the results came out. Great guys there, just inconsistent experiences when I visit.

Excellent place to buy tires and associated services! I always buy my tires from here, and will continue to do so. They're conveniently located, have a wide selection (including online: you can order your tires and have them delivered to your local TFT for free), and competitive prices. There may be other online shops that can sell you a tire for cheaper, but when you add up the services required to mount, balance, align, etc. TFT comes out ahead just about every time.

Make sure you shop online 1st!!! If you walk in there blindly you will over pay. They are only the cheapest if you bring in a competitors low price. They make you work for their "cheap prices" and do not pay for the 4 wheel alignment if you have a vehicle with a solid rear axle!
