These guys were great. They fixed the screw up that town fare attire did and saved me a lot of money. Honey. I wish I had just come here in the 1st place... Live and learn. By the way, there's no fancy waiting room or television set and coffee because you won't be waiting.

The young man that helped was two thumbs up. We pulled in to have tire pressure checked and instead of just looking at the tire(another place we stopped previously) he checked the inside of the door to see what it was suppose to be, then put some air in the correct tire. My five star rating is based mainly on the the store managers positive impact he has on this location itself. I recommend this location to everyone I know, since Bobby has taken over. The professionalism and knowledge and respect he has for his customers keeps this location running. I’ve been to several other shops in the past, but from the moment I walked in the door of this location I knew I’d be taken care of professionally. Years ago before he took over, I’d heard several negatives about this shop, however since the first time I went in, Bobby has went above and beyond to make things right and bring this business to nothing less than 5 star service.. Such a positive impact on the business itself.

Went to have some wheels installed that were mounted and balanced when they arrived to me. Got them installed end of day left and noticed really bad shaking came back and the guys balanced the wheels correctly for me. Next day noticed weird shaking so I went back again. They noticed I didnt have hub rings and suggested I order some. Came back with the rings and they were installed in no time free of charge which I was really thankful for. Now my car rides so smooth and looks incredible!! Big thank you to the Staff at Tire Warehouse and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They were professional and kind as always and my car was ready faster than I ever could have expected. I am so thankful for how quickly I was able to make an appointment as well. My dad and I stopped in today in the middle of a hectic day of errands to get a drywall screw out of his rear passenger side tire. On a Saturday morning, they got the screw out and the tire patched in less than an hour. The staff were personable and knowledgeable, and it made for a great turn out to an unfortunate circumstance. I highly recommend stopping in to this location if you ever need a patch, and their tire prices seemed pretty good as well. Well run place with great staff!

Stopped there the first time because they're very close to my job & I needed air. They checked all 4 tires. I ended up stopping almost every other week needing air in the same tire. They checked all 4 tires each time with a smile and a "have a great day". Finally had them replace the tire. They had it changed & I was on my way in a short amount of time. Just recently had same issue with a different tire. This time it was just a nail. These guys are always friendly, smiling and very efficient! The place may be small compared to other places but their customer service is EXTRA LARGE! This is my go to business for tires or any tire issue. I highly recommend Tire Warehouse!!

I'm not really a review guy because usually I have nothing but bad experiences when I shop for anything. Unfortunately when I do leave reviews 9 out of 10 times they're bad because customer service seems to be a dying art. My friends and I are gear heads so we're always in need of new tires, and our tire retailer of choice use to be Town Fair Tires until they tried to screw us over sets of tires that we ordered. A friend referred me to Tire warehouse, so I went to check them out at the Elmwood Ave location in Providence and was approached at first by some rude employee that made it seem like my presence frustrated him. I was about to leave but the manager Bobby Marzilli intervened and actually helped me with the level of service I expect but never recieve. Since that day all my friends and I go there for all our tires and services. We have been dealing with Bobby for about a year and a half directly pretty much every time we go there and have never had any problems or been disrespected in any way. Last week me and a few of my friends went in for tires and not only did we receive an attitude from the young lady that was supposed to be serving us, but she was rude as Hell too. The icing on the cake was when we discussed this issue with another employee and he became defensive against us. I asked to speak to Bobby and was told that he was on vacation, and when I complained about being treated that way in comparison to how we are usually treated, his response was oh well, Bob's not here. I can guarantee you that we will never go there again to spend our money unless he is.

Went in because my tire had a slow leak. They checked it to be sure before doing any work and telling me what was wrong with the tire. Quickly they saw it needed a patch. I didn't even get to finish the episode of Leave it to Beaver the service was done so quick. Extremely quick and extremely friendly professional service! The entire process was great. I created an appointment online and ordered a set of BFG KO2 tires through the website. I called to confirm an hour later and the tires were put on very quickly while I ate lunch. I purchased the $10/wheel warranty because I feel like the team did a great job and I would like to have them rotate and manage the wheels moving forward. Thanks

Great fast friendly service! Guaranteed best installed price or tires are free! Free flat repairs rotations and rebalance all for the life of the tires and free roadside assistance! I had a slow leak in one of my tires, I called a Tire Warehouse and they answered the phone, and told me I could come down immediately. They took my car in and patched my tire right away, I was out of there in 30 minutes. Everyone was very professional the price was extremely reasonable.
