With an urgent need for major rim repair on my brand new Tesla, Shadi from Wheel Doctor came to the rescue! Not only were repairs completed swiftly and with excellent craftsmanship, but going above and beyond all expectations...even with a loaner car! I had mentioned I wanted to get in asap for window tinting. What a surprise when I showed up later that night to brand new looking rims and tinted windows. A Commitment to Quality We went to Wheel Doctor to have some minor curb rash repaired on our 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance. This repair consisted of re-powder coating the wheel rather than a cheap and temporary fix like most other repair shops. When we came to pick it up the car the next day, the wheel was powder coated black rather than the OEM color. My fiancé let Shadi know, and he asked us to come back the next day. I drove the car over the next day to have it refinished, and they provided us with a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, the wheel was refinished a second time in the incorrect color. Shadi rushed to refinish the wheel a third time that same day and I picked it up that night. The end product met our expectations and would take an expert eye to distinguish any difference. Thanks for standing behind your work and committing to doing what it took to make it right. Bring cash to avoid a credit card fee (around ~$25 in our case).

I brought in my Tesla Model Y for a rim repair. There was significant curb rash and even some parts of the rim chipped off. I contacted Shadi Yasin at Wheel Doctor and he let me know that he could take care of it and make it look just like new. He did not disappoint! Shadi did an amazing job and brought my rim back to looking brand new. Not only that, but he also got the whole job done within 24 hours. Shadi is an honest man and goes a great job!! My first experience at Wheel Doctor and it was an absolute great experience. The owner worked with me during lunch time and took the time to work up a fair quote and suggested different options that were better than we had originally discussed. Once it came time to schedule the work he gave me options even when I had to re-schedule multiple times. He continued to work with me. The end result was amazing and was a surprise for my son where updating some stock rims with curb rash to a premium look. Within 2 days of driving around, we had over 5 offers on that car. Honestly, Mo is a magician. Long story short a rouge UPS driver sent my S4 into the curb and my wheels were so deeply gouged and chipped I thought I'd have to buy a new set. But then Mo and team erased any evidence it even happened! They fixed the gouges, chips, un-bent my rim, corrected the color, and even fixed the sensor. I would highly recommend them.

Let me just say that I went to this place based on the reviews, how I was treated during the online estimate and over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Fernando who made me feel totally welcome and at home. We looked at my vehicle and he said “No problem Nick. We will fix you up and have you out of here!”. The waiting room is comfortable like a living room. The staff kept coming by and checking on me. I had a great experience. Now for the service....I curbed my Buick Regal’s beautiful wheels at 55 mph. I was devastated. I can’t drive my car looking wack like that!!!! When Fernando took me out to see the car I was blown away!!!! They do beautiful work!!! Looks as good as new!!!! My mom called me in a panic after she curbed three of the four wheels on her 2019 Acura MDX. I knew the wheels would be tricky to repair due to the machined faces but the cost to replace would likely be nightmare fuel. I gave Wheel Doctor a call and they told me to swing by so they could take a look at the damage. They confirmed they could repair the unique machined faces of the wheels so we left the MDX in their competent hands. 24 hours later the car was back and the wheels look brand new. You cannot tell where the repairs were performed. I cannot recommend Wheel Doctor enough!

Top notch. Dinged a wheel on my new set of alloy wheels. I called around a few places but these guys sounded the best. Some wanted me to drop off the wheel for 3 days. At Wheel Doctor I dropped the car off the night before and picked it up the next afternoon, they restored the wheel to new condition and the price was very reasonable. Best customer service I've experienced. Had a wheel I thought was done for good and got it back rolling again. They will go above and beyond for you. Gave them many challenges considering it was a stretched tire. We ran into a issue where my wheel was accidentally skipped for welding and they went the extra mile to have someone come in the next day to get it done. Shady is a true pro. I wanted to have my vintage wheels powder coated. I brought them in and he explained the process of how it would be done. I was unsure of the type of finish I wanted. He took time to show different coats and wheel examples in the shop, and let me take time to make a decision. When I got the wheels back I was very happy with the finished product. The quality is top-notch. They look great! Among other wheel services, if you want to powder coat your wheels, Wheel Doctor is the place to go.

Great service and work. Body detail removed major clear coat scratches along rear passenger side. Scuffs from the curb we’re completely removed. Painted the rims black, calipers red, and white F Sport decal on the brakes. They even detailed under the hood. Technicians found an egg in my front tire and they ordered and installed new tires for me at just the cost of the tire (no additional charges for labor).

After Discount Tire had me in tears after ordering the wrong rim and leaving me high and dry for a car show the next day, I was able to find wheel doctor who got my wheel fixed in less than 2 hours and it looks amazing! My local tire company told me two of the aluminum rims on my Miata were too bent to balance, and I needed new wheels. I decided to try getting them straightened, and contacted the Wheel Doctor. After a few texts, we set up an appointment, and I showed up in the Miata, wheels and tires mounted. They quoted me to cost to straighten two wheels (less than one new wheel) and I could wait and use their WiFi. 45 minutes later the car was done. Only one of the wheels was bent, the other was just out of balance - so they charged me less than the estimate. The rear end shake is gone, the price was more than reasonable, and I'm a very happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Wheel Doctor to anyone to fix your rims.

This place is incredible! First of all everybody is so nice. They scheduled an appointment over Christmas break. My wheel looks brand new! While I waited for them to pull my car around, they seated me in a beautiful lobby and served me a glass of wine while I listen to French music and enjoyed burning incense. When we first called, they answered immediately and were very helpful and friendly. The work they do is amazing. Our car had two wheels that needed fixing. One was just surface scratches and the other one had much deeper abrasions from curb damage. On that second one, the work they did was so good. It looks practically brand new! The Wheel Doctor team did a fantastic job refinishing all 4 of my wheels. Originally a dealership damaged my wheels after a tire change, the dealership then outsourced a cheap refinishing job that was really poorly done. Called Wheel Doctor to the rescue and they stripped them down to properly refinish the marred surfaces/damage, perfectly matched the OEM gray metallic flake I was looking for and Ali was communicating with me throughout the day with updates. Dropped the car off in the morning, picked it up end of the day. Ali even stayed late at the office while I fought traffic to pick up my keys. It was as simple as calling for a quote and sending a pic and the truck was in our driveway the next day. My wife was very pleased with the job and also thankful for saving our factor wheels. The dealership gave us a quote for $2780 and we had then repaired for a whopping $375. We got curb rash on our brand new rav4 with less than 1000 miles. My heart was broken.I called The Wheel Dr. in the morning, sent a picture via text and got a quote within 5 minutes. I dropped the car off and the wheel was finished and back on the car later that day. I honestly can’t tell where the scratches were!! I’m especially impressed because it’s a 2-tone wheel requiring some painting as well as fixing brushed aluminum. I’m really happy with the service and craftsmanship.

Coming across the I5 bridge I got a flat. My spare rim did not match the lug pattern. Called Les Schwab and was told it would cost 105$ an hour for labor if they came to pick up and swap trims. Called the wheel doctor who does not offer mobile tire repair, but after explaining that the tire was off we just needed to switch rims the owner himself came and picked me up and took me to the shop swapped my rim and tire and returned me to my car. Huge thumbs up for going above and beyond. The whole experience definitely put a smile back on my face. Friendly and caring staff and great prices. I definitley recomend the wheel doctor...

NW Wheelcraft wanted me to facilitate the dismounting and drop off of my rims, which was an extreme inconvenience. A sad Friday in my life consisted of me being late and having a hard time parking DT, well long story short was me nailing the 2 passenger wheels on my car parking. Just got my wheel balanced at Wheel DR, very pleased with the service. Was told by another shop that my pass front wheel was bent but they didn't straighten wheels. Took it to wheel dr to get it straightened. Come to find out that wheel was fine but the driver side had flung it's weights off and was way out of balance. After les Schwab had stripped the valve stem on my 1k BMW wheel and me spending $750 on 2 new tires, Schwab sent me on my way claiming that they did not strip my rim and me walking out their door with a brand new flat tire.
