Got a flat tire on a Sunday and they were one of the few places that were open. Drive down to them and was seen instantly. Great customer service, was able to be seen right away and was given options on how I wanted to fix it. Highly recommend coming here if you need some quick tire work. Nothing to really do in the area while you wait but overall was a present experience.

We called ahead of time to ask him if they would be able to replace a tire for us. It took us quite a while to get there but when we did the service that we received was exceptional. Even though they were helping a couple of their people they still had another employee that was able to help us right away. He brought his tools out to where we were parked at and immediately started working on the car. It was very fast, and painless to get her tire replaced. He even checked the pressure in the rest of our tires to make sure that they were adequate. The tires that we have are newer; the lower profile ones, and they were able to replace our tire for only $50. They were very thorough in making sure that the tread of the used tire was going to match the tread of the tire so we already have. Some places will push services on you or give you a tire that's going to cause you to have to change the other tires too because it creates more problems. With them that was not the case. I was very very pleased with the service that we received. Great job you guys. I would definitely recommend you to any and everyone for tire services.

Went in for an emergency tire repair, possible replacement today (Sunday) because they were the only place open and able to take me in today. I only had to wait 10 min for someone who was there before me then it took about 7 minutes for them to quickly remove my spare, repair the regular tire and put it back into the car. They were friendly and fast. Thank you.

I was SO thrilled to find a tire shop open on the weekends. That seems unheard of these days. I stopped by to ask if they could patch a leaking tire, and I was so impressed by the quality of service and the warm welcome I received. If they take that good of care for a $15 patch, that's a quality business run by good people. The patch was immediate with no wait, and the person installed my wheel and carefully checked that the lugs were torqued correctly. That extra step felt like special care in a world of people just jamming the wheel on with an impact and sending you on their way. Thanks for everything. I look forward to coming back to buy some tires!

Juan did an AMAZING job with my vehicle. Came in for an alignment and found out there were many more things wrong with my car. Got it all fixed the next day for a great deal. Looking for a used tire back in the day and somebody said this place was very honest and pretty true. No greater words were ever spoken about a small group of mechanics that really work very hard to impress you. They have decent pricing 10 bucks for a flat 40 bucks for a used tire and they jump right on the work. There's a young lady there tough as nails and she always fixes my flats. She is a very diligent worker and really quite pleasant given the circumstances you're changing dirty flat tires all day. The customer service is outstanding and their work is perfection. They usually get me in and out fairly quickly. As a hint or side note it doesn't hurt to slip your attendant 5 or 10 bucks for their hard work. A flat is only 13 I think the last time I was there. Open 7 days but check your phone first. Highly recommend them

This has always been my go to for anything automobile tire related. Hands down best prices and almost zero wait time to have your issue addressed. They have 3 open bays in their garage and the mechanics and technicians are always available. I also have seen this business stay open beyond closing to help and individual who had a flat tire and needed it repaired. I can’t say one negative thing about this shop it is amazing in all things business related and I alway recommend them!!!!

This is the ONE! tire shop you should go, absolutely the best! Had a flat tire on Sunday with a nasty nail on a tricky spot. Stopped at one shop and got a quote of ONLY option to buy a new tire (for some $350). So GLAD I looked and I found this shop (read the reviews yourself). I urgently needed a replacement tire mounted on my wheel, no one else was open or had my tire on a Sunday. We drove an hour to this tire shop after calling ahead, the replacement tire (which was in very good condition AND the same brand as the original) and the mounting was only $40.. wow! Amazing Service! Needed to get a new set of tires and had a low/flat tire, aired it up before driving into Portland. it is a Sunday and there are few places open. Started using their text option to see if they had openings, the size tire we need, and the cost. When arriving in town we parked and realized the tire is completely flat. They were dang near waiting for us when we got towed in. 45 min and a killer price later we are back on the road, car drives great. Our only regret us not getting more work from them In the rush. We neglected getting an alignment which will end up costing us a lot more elsewhere. So polite and friendly, and again really really great service. Skip all the others and come straight here. i know will from now on, and im almost an hr out of Portland. 10/10 *'s

Got an affordable pair of used tires, and they mounted and balanced them for no extra cost. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. As another reviewer said "no free popcorn or fancy yellow envelopes", but they did have coffee! Haven't had experience with their other services but if you're in need of tires, I definitely recommend checking this shop out.

This SHOP in PORTLAND sells TIRES and is #1 The service was good, but the tires were overcooked and really chewy! As well as the rim job I purchased was nice and looks good for the car I guess, but was not at all what I expected?!?! They offered to rotate my tires for a small extra fee, but I let them know that I would make them rotate myself on the drive home. The mechanic was nice as well, He even taught me about this stick thing inside my car that will turn on outside lights that will continuously flash on and off indicating that you want to turn your car, even says witch way you want to turn. I don't think I am going to use it all that much, but it's nice to know!

I showed up on a Sunday about half an hour before closing with a punctured tire from a wood screw. The people working here took care of my problem in about 5 minutes and it only cost $14. Everyone was wearing a mask and practicing appropriate physical distancing. I am really happy with this place and will definitely go back to them in the future. Also, per other reviews, si, se habla Español. They also speak English.

Went for a new set of tires and an alignment. Had to wait for my tire size to be ordered and then picked up, about an hour and a half. However, when they returned they realized that they accidently picked up trailer tires. They quickly apologized and offered to resolve the problem, offering me a chance to come back later when they had the correct tires or to wait for them to be picked up again. I chose to wait it out. Eventually the right ones came in and everything was installed correctly. Mistakes happen to anyone and the staff were all friendly and ready to make things happen. Although there was a bit of a wait, that isn't the norm and I recommend stopping by this tire shop.

I stopped in here on my way from the airport when my tire light went on. Never been here, I’m a Les Schwab girl. But, I’ve been trying to get a used tire through them for 2 months - Trusting they’ll take care of me. When I rolled in I was greeted right away by one of the 3 women working there. She said they would try to fix the tire first. They were unable to due to placement of a wire and S hook. The 2nd woman asked if I’d like to try a replacement, and then went to the yard (LIKE A GD BOSS!) and got me a beautiful tire. 5 minutes and $45 later, I was back on the road. I live in Multnomah Village, but I’ll go back the next time I need a tire. Also, TIP! They’re so awesome.
