Today is about the 3rd or 4th time I've gone to Lovely Tires & Wheels. Each time, it's been a low level emergency with my tires, in one way or another. And each time, I've been treated with such courtesy and respect, it just humbles me. Their prices are excellent. The quality of work is excellent. And as I said, the customer service, is amazing. 100%, the best tire and wheels store in Portland. 5 stars all the way. Thank you Lovely Tires and Wheels!

Super glad I found these guys. They were one of the few people in the area that actually picked up the phone. That alone or in my business. Then when I got there they were super super fast come out like they did it in less than 15 minutes. They just changed out one tire with a used one. It was extremely affordable and I highly recommend. Take a pass at the Les Schwab tire guys or anywhere else, go with these guys for sure!

I made the mistake of buying tires from Costco because I didn’t know any better. Getting anything repaired there is a nightmare unless you’re retired and have all the time in the world to waste. My boyfriend bought tires from Lovely and highly recommended that I check them out if I needed a repair. Not only did they fit me in last second, but they pulled a nail from my tire and repaired it, with no charge, in less time than it took me to drive to the closest Costco. I will definitely buy my next set from them as everyone from the person I talked to on the phone to the man who fixed my tire was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!

If you know what tires you want, and dont waste their time, this place will order it, install it ASAP, (one day in my case) and be cheaper or equivalent to any chain. Plus, you're supporting a small business. Win/win. "Ear schwab" is cool and all, but i prefer this.

I've been coming here for 8 years now. Every interaction I've had here with John and his staff has been nothing less than excellent. He always gives me as good or better than any other store can offer, but even better is the follow up service once the tires are on the car. Rotations and small things like nails are always treated like VIP service. You won't get that treatment at Schwab's or Firestone's, even with the additional coverage plan. I won't even bother shopping elsewhere if Lovely Tire is an option.

Overall a great experience. I had a flat and was not sure if I would be able to get by with some patch work or needed a new tire entirely. They told me a razor blade was in the tire, fixed the puncture and put the tire back on my car within 10 minutes. When they returned my car, I was about to go inside to pay and they said it was free of charge. I wish that I had cash on me to tip them, but their customer service, promptness and honesty was hugely appreciated. I will be back and highly recommend.

These guys are great. If you want lightning fast service call ahead and let them know when you want to drop by. Otherwise usually a bit of a wait, but they have the best prices and service in town. My grandma kept getting ripped off for tires always being told she needed a new set and she didn't know any better. These guys here at lovely tire and wheel have never up-sold us for more than we wanted, and have been very honest. Thanks again, keep up the good work. Lifetime customers here. These guys are fabulous! I had gone to a shop prior that was telling me I needed to purchase a new tire. I didn't agree, and decided to check out Lovely, because of their great reviews. They confirmed that my tire was fine. I just had a small hole that needed repair. They fixed it and had me on my way in about 10 minutes! For free! Super nice and honest.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. First time I went here they gave me new back tires for a price I didn't even know was possible. But the second time I came was because my front tire had been leaking air (2 weeks before its flat) and no mechanic knew what was going on. It used to be very very slow for several years, no mechanic picked it up even when rotating. I popped that tire, the guys who put the new one on didn't figure it out. I had it looked at I don't even know how many times. TEN MINUTES with these guys and they figure it out. I was ready to buy a new rim, turns out gunk had built up and was pushing air out. I had the tire looked at THREE TIMES by the place that gave me a new tire and they NEVER noticed this. These guys are amazing and actually know what they're doing. They charged me $10 for it, that was it. These guys know what they're doing and actually care about their customers. Never going anywhere else for tire stuff again. Can't praise or thank them enough.

They were able to get me a quote, put the tires on, and process my payment, all under 10min. It was also cheaper than anywhere else I've been. To top it all off they offered me a free donut too! They were so helpful and got me taken care of even though they were already helping someone else. Friendly fast and helpful staff (John). I called for a quote. Lowest one by far $100 under everyone else. Ordered my tires same day. Was in that afternoon. Even though we ran into a hiccup (he misheard my tire size) he was able to get my tires the next morning (on a Saturday) and install and have me going by 1pm on a Saturday. Thank you. I've bought a lot of used tires from this business over the years and I've experienced nothing but amazing service, recently I brought in a tire with a puncture, I had called ahead and they had a match, the bro who was doing the work told me the tread was better on my tire and patched the hole at no charge rather than selling a used one. We had two tires that were so badly worn on the inside that we couldn't drive the vehicle. The owner found two replacements, sold them to me below cost and put them on without charging me for labor. Bought a set of winter tires and wheels for my car here in late October, 2020. On April 30 it was time to put the summer tires back on. No charge for rebalancing and replacing the tire/wheel combo for the car, and insuring the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System was fully synchronized to the wheels and tires that went back on. I will not go anywhere else to have my tire repairs or replacements from now on! No one could find an exact matching tire to the other three on my Subaru Outback AWD. I wanted an exact match because of the AWD, and because I was informed by tire salesman from a different shop that my remaining tires were 9/32. The new one was 11/32. I called John yesterday afternoon. He immediately found the exact match, ordered it, and said it would be at the shop by this morning. I get to the shop this afternoon, and both guys (John wasn't there) already knew about the Goodyear tire for my car. Probably less than 30 minutes later, the tire was balanced and on my car and they had the spare donut back where it belonged. Both young men working on my car were very informative and polite. I spent a few days calling about a dozen different tire shops around town, and just about every one told me some BS about one thing or another (like needing 4 new tires). Lovely Tire & Wheel is the place to go! Great service. Great prices. No BS.

Mr Lovely is very honest. He fixed a tire for me once for free when I thought it was shot and I'd need to purchase one. Also, he'll sell you tires cheaper than Firestone any day of the week. Firestone had given me a big sales pitch to purchase four all-weather 50K tires, on sale only over Labor Day, for $375. Mr. Lovely sold me four 70K name-brand all-weather tires for about $340, and he let me think about it for a week without any sales pressure.

6-18-19: Just wanted to update my review of Lovely Tires. I have now purchased tires for my Prius as well as my classic '66 Aladdin travel trailer plus a spare and then most recently my utility trailer with split rims. If anything, my opinion of this place has only gone up! Best tire place ever! GO HERE! (and no, I'm not related, a friend nor a part owner) You're welcome future tire customer! - Todd Came here after Les Schwab refuse to fix my flat due to what they said were unsafe tires because of weather checked tread. They then tried to sell me a new set of tires for around $1200. I have been going to LS for years and never remember feeling like I was being hard sold to. I got on Google search and looked for something near work with decent reviews and Lovely Tires came up; thank freakin God! They took a look and agreed that the weather checking was bad but fixed the flat (for free and it took 10 minutes and not 45) and told me that while they wouldn't take any huge trips, I wasn't likey to have a failure and die in a fiery crash on I-5 which was the dire warning from the Les Schwab guy. Long story short, they had better mileage tires at 2/3 the cost and included mounting an balance so I bought them there. I have had two flats since due to the parking lot at my work being full of screws and nails and can say that sudden service is still around but it has moved to Lovely Tires. Go here for honest and prompt friendly service............even if you live across town!

Ryan at Lovely Tire helped me out. These guys are a life saver! My car was broken into some years back and the bastards stole my small spare tire out of my trunk! I got another at Pick a Part back when it happened. Cut to years later I get a flat tire, but the holes on the spare tire rim don't line up! Slightly off from my car! Had to get a tow to the tire store by my house. Problem is I still needed a spare to have in my trunk. The guys at Lovely tire had a rim and used tire on hand that fit my car and they even tried it on my car to make sure the holes line up. Of course this all happened on a record breaking heat day, but they were so courteous anyway and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this gem of a business!

This was my third stop of the day after finding out the vehicle I purchased in December did not contain the lock key for my lugg nuts. I could not be happier with the way they helped me. Right when I pulled up a guy was there to ask how he could help me. Les Schwab wanted to charge me 60 bucks or more to basically tear up my wheels. This young man Zackk not only replaced all my lugg nuts and gave me a new key for a very very very low price, but then they patched my tire for free! All while my kids were in the truck I didn't even have to take them out and chase them around I was there for maybe 15 min. and then on my way. I will be bringing my business back here for sure Thankyou so much for having the right equipment.

So, four years ago I rolled in here with a flat, no appointment. The manager had someone patch me up, and then sent me on my way no charge. Honestly I thought he had mistaken me for a regular customer and accidentally forgot to bill. I pulled out and figured I was just lucky. Well, today I had another flat and decided to test my luck and rolled back in. Fifteen minutes later I'm patched again, and the same guy won't charge me a dime. Drove over when they opened for a punctured tire. The gentleman inside asked for the key, brought the car around into the shop, and had one of the mechanics pull out the screw in my tire and fixed it in like 2 minutes. Then they handed me back the key and told me I was good to go. Had some cash on me and was able to leave a tip, but otherwise they'd have just been happy to help out. Well I know where I'm getting new tires next time..
