I had some issues with my truck's alignment after getting new tires installed and after doing a lift/level kit myself. I had taken it to Les Schwab (twice) and each time they said it was fixed when it clearly wasn't. I took it to Kalberer and in less than 20 minutes my truck was aligned perfectly and for half the price. I would 100% recommend them!

I just brought my Tesla after a tire blowout over the weekend and the tire company recommended an alignment. I came in as a walk in to have the alignment done. Working with Dean, the inspection took 10 minutes and he said I may have had a faulty tire but there’s no evidence that shows the car needs an alignment. I was very appreciative of his honesty after spending almost 2K already for my tire blowout. I wish other companies shared the same honesty and worksmanship as Kalberer! I scheduled an appointment to get my wheels aligned because we keep going through new tires so quickly and didn't know what issue was. He not only saw and fixed issue and said he doesn't feel right for charging for something that he fixed so quickly. I couldn't believe how honest he was especially an auto body shop. I had just hit a phone pole a few blocks away... had my front wheel 90° outta alignment & struggling to stay in the road. Pulled in obviously looking stressed & frantically desperate. Amazed that he stopped working on the project he was to diagnose mine. Discovered only a quick, easy $45 fix would do it! Then after fixing... let me take my truck & leave without paying, since I was broke. On everything... over 2 whole years later, I went back in to have work done on another vehicle. He didn’t recognize me, but vaguely recalled the story when I gave him an extra $60 on top of payment for the current work. Probably because he helps people often. It stuck with me though & driving by for 2 years finally drew me back in to settle up. Good people! Thanks!

If I could give Kalberer Frame & Line-Up a thousand stars I would. Vance from Discount Tire recommended this place to me after someone tried removing the lug nuts off my front passenger tire. This could have been a terrible accident since my front tire only had one lug nut on it. I spoke to one of the owners here and he was able to get me in the following day and called me within two hours of the business opening to let me know my car was done and ready to be picked up. I asked what the cost would be and he said it was free - parts and labor. Other places would have charged me $200 to even look at my car and another $200-$300 for the parts and labor. Free isn't a word you hear from auto repair shops. This is one of the most honest auto repair shops I have ever been to in my life. I asked the owner if I could bring him a gift card, donuts, coffee - anything. He said all I ask is that you tell your friends and family. I will only go to Kalberer Frame & Line-Up and will continue to spread the word. Thank you so much!

Very honest folks at this business. I came once before to get a stud on my tire repaired and returned yesterday to get an alignment because I was in a minor accident and thought the steering felt off. The technician told me he didn't really see any misalignment at first glance but he thoroughly checked it out anyway and even test drove my car. He could find nothing wrong and so he did not charge for their services. I'm thankful and impressed by this honesty and I will most definitely be back.

I just bought a new set of tires at Discount Tire and asked if they knew any good shops for alignments. I was recommended to come here and was even able to get in the same day. They have great prices and are fine with working on lowered cars. My alignment was fine but the steering wheel was ever so slightly off center, but they adjusted it for me for free. Will definitely come here again if I need an alignment.

I had went to Les Schwab to get an inspection and a possible alignment (Schwab charges $90) They refused to do the alignment due to multiple (Spendy) issues. I got ahold of Kalberer for a second opinion (I live in Tigard) and showed his the paperwork Schwab generated. The Gentleman who assisted me (Tony?) took a look and told me he could do it. (I was feeling like I could have been rooked by Schwab.) 45 minutes and $45 dollars later everything was trued and I was on my way. Nice to know there are honest mechanics out there. I will likely return in the future.

When I got there they greeted me right away and looked at my car. 5 minutes later, the gentleman returned and told me that I didn't need an alignment.i don't know anything about cars, so they easily could've taken advantage of me, but they were honest. I was recommend by Discount tire. Called and came in for an alignment on my jeep and it took about 15- 20 minutes and it was only 48$ cheaper then any other place I've called. Although you will have to go elsewhere for tire rotation which is no big deal, but obviously it is kinda a nuisance to go to two places.

My daughter hit a curb with her 20yr old car. After being told my another shop that she had now $1100 worth of damage I had two people I trust (not certified mechanics but working on cars for years) look at it. They both agreed I was being swindled and that I should bring it somewhere else as they both did not see anything wrong (other then it needed an alignment and maybe the sway bar adjusted). So my husband contacted Kalberer. They got us in the next day checked the car out. Gave us an alignment and stated the sway bar was really loose. The fixed it in 30mins! And it only cost $39! They told me nothing else was wrong with the car and even told me about recent work that had been done.Go to them they are great! Glad I didn't believe the first place(K &M Auto) who tried to swindle me out of $1100 bucks! IF you need an alignment or any other under carriage frame work go to Kalberer the staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been coming here for my alignments for years. They are always super fast and have never charged me for an alignment check, just for adjustment. I have a vehicle with a heavily modified suspension, and have had to come in several times over the past 7-8 years as I change components and things get out of whack. I've always had great tire wear, which is an indicator of a properly aligned vehicle. I've also brought my other vehicles in whenever needed and referred friends and had nothing but good experiences. I drive in from across town to see these guys!

My car was pulling to the right, so I initially brought it to a different shop. Despite having scheduled an appointment a week in advance the other shop wanted me to come back in an hour. I decided to go somewhere else. Kalberer was able to get me in within a few hours and get my problems addressed quickly and cheaply. Quoted me less than half what other shops did. Luckily my problem was an easy fix and he was able to adjust the steering wheel for me free of charge. Will return if I need actual work done!

I felt that Dean went above and beyond in doing the service and then explaining what he had done. Then also explained when to do tire rotations to get the most mileage out of a new set of tires. It’s rare to find a place like this with such great people. I was told I’d probably need an alignment after a lift kit and when I showed up they checked it out and told me it was just fine, to come back in 500 miles after it settles and they’ll look at it again. And they didn’t even charge me anything! I will definitely be back here for all my alignment work from now on. Good people . Simple place on the outside but never judge a book by its cover because inside it’s a gem ... hardworking good honest people.

Tire shop couldn't do an alignment and referred me here. Turns out the new tires solved my issue but they measured everything and informed me there was no need to align anything. Pushed me out (as my transmission is having issues and doesn't go in reverse) and sent me on my way free of charge even though I took 15-20 minutes of their time. An honest alignment shop! If you come in for an alignment check and everything is within tolerance, they'll send you out the door with no charge. They know what they are doing, and their prices are below all the national chain places. They also have a frame machine and can adjust bent frames if needed. I have been using them for years, and recommend them to my friends and family. The owner, Tony, is a nice fellow and is happy to answer questions or explain what is going on, and will show you if you want to see it for yourself (something the national chains will never do -- they don't let you out of the lobby....) In addition to alignment and front-end work, they also do brakes and some other mechanical work -- just ask.

This Swiss family run business has been around for generations and they really, really know their business. Loved this place! Came in hearing weird noises on my driver side front wheel and they diagnose a bad bearing. But afterwards they found out it was just a badly installed spacer so they fixed it for free! Only charged me for the alignment and was on my way out! With well over 40 years experience Kalberer Frame and Line-up are the experts in the business. This is the only place I trust to take my car to. I drive a long distance to bring my car to Tony and Dean. I've been doing business with Tony for 25 years and have never had a problem. Always professional and excellent work. They use OEM parts, are honest, extremely knowledgeable and responsible and will never try to talk you into putting cheap crappy parts on your car. Did both my Yukon XL Denali, and My 2500HD Sierra 4x4 in a very short amount of time, and they didn’t charge me because both vehicles were good on there alignment. Not many shops would let you walk without a bill after a checkup. This was my first time in to this shop and the staff was friendly and knew who I was when I came in, and that was only from one phone call I made the day before. He shook my hand at the end and thanked me, that is a lost Costomer service art. Will be back again.
