Stopped there to get new wheels and tires. Best price in the area. I’d like to mention that the service personnel was very friendly, Noah, Gabe, Cole, they are the hard working guys there., and many others. The salesman Steven met me and helped me out as soon as I walked in. They deserve a 5 star. Absolutely will return for future service here. Strongly recommend this place!

Excellent service! My Ram 2500 needed a change of tires. The manager Koby was great and was able to order the correct size of tires for me. The new tires arrived the next day (less than 24 hours). He also ensured I had good service, maintenance, and timely care. I would recommend this place.

I came in last minute they were about to close needed a tire mounted to a rim to get me out of a sticky situation dude was done in <3 minutes. Busy place but never felt it compromised the service or quality of work done. Everyone that works there is very polite and professional. Glad I bought my tires there a couple years ago, recently they took two nails out of my tire and fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend them!

This place has an awesome staff, each time ive had my tires worked on they have been speedy, friendly service, they’re worked with me in financial situations such as this past weekend, Saturday i had a sales associate member help me out in a financial pinch to get me a new tire before mine went out, he went above and beyond to help me. I can’t remember his name but seriously man thank you. This store always has good employees, never have had a bad experience here. I plan on continuing to come here for future issues with my tires. I had a specific tire in mind and finally had the resources to purchase them. I drove in, they checked me in, and I sat in the truck while the salesman discussed options with me. We then went inside and ordered and paid for them. A few days layer they arrived. I scheduled an appointment and went in on time. It only took about an hour to install all four tires on newly painted wheels I had brought in. They look fantastic and I am grateful to the team at discount tire.

The place was busy but I didn't have to wait long at all. Chris was extremity helpful especially since I know nothing about tires or what's best for my car. He have me multiple options and was just genuinely friendly. I'll be recommending this location on the future for sure.

Very happy with my experience here. Staff is top tier. They answer questions and will order tires. I was able to get some Grabber ATX tires on a very tight unannounced schedule. I've come here about 3 times, and willingly go out of my way to go to this one. I'll be coming back in the future as well.

I am very satisfied by the professionalism of this discount tire. They really do take care of your every need and request. I am a little more needy than most customers with my specific requests for my mount+balance (gotta love car guys). They were able to accommodate me with: -mounting the lightest point of the tire to the valve stem. I am very ocd about this. -not nicking my new rims -using adhesive weights Instead of hammer weights. -installing my center caps (my center caps require a few extra steps than just popping them in) -torquing my wheel nuts in with a tq wrench and not an impact gun. I’ve very glad they were willing to work with my requests. Will return specifically to this store (and I live 140miles away in Washington). I bought 5 tires this visit.

Great staff, who make clear their priority is getting you up and running in a timely manner. I had a morning appointment and came in for a rotation and what I suspected was a single punctured tire. They found a puncture in each of two tires, plus an impact bubble. I'd purchased road hazard protection, so the replacement was free, but I was impressed when they said the replacement would arrive by late afternoon and that I could make a second appointment for it that day, while still leaving with the car and running errands that I'd planned on. Great value and never a painful visit (I do recommend that you schedule online, though; they seem to get pretty busy).

I had an amazing experience at this location the other day after a horrible customer service experience with Costco just hours prior. Noah helped me and was so kind and quick to check my car and give me an estimate of when to come back. I wish I knew the name of the guy who worked on my car because he was really nice, helpful, and went out of his way to answer my questions so that I understood. I will never go anywhere else, the customer service here alone is 10/10 and they got my car done so fast considering I just walked in. Thank you!!

These guys are pretty good. I've been going here for a while because they always make things right. The guys out in the shop are super nice and I appreciate them a lot. One star deducted for the time I had to argue with the manager about the work they did that he claimed they did not. Even though he saw that it was done right on the computer screen.

As an automotive mechanic who does everything except tires in our shop, I have found no better place for tires and service. Better prices and faster service than "LS". Customer service is very good. I can't recommend anywhere else to my regular customers for tire service.

UPDATE: Not sure why it had to be all wrong 4 months ago, but when I visited them to service my tires and fix a flat, it was done quickly (walk-in) and politely. They can when they want. Thus, I am improving the rating from 2 stars to 5. Thanks! ________________ What was the point of setting up an appointment if you take way too many walk-ins and make clients with set appointment wait for over half-hour? Your technicians are great guys - polite and professional while administration needs to be overhauled. Not a happy client today - I had to take loss at my work by leaving early just to wait in your lobby and I still had to go with no service because I was late for the next appointment.

Super happy with my experience at this Discount Tire! It seems like a high volume shop, especially on a Saturday, but the staff was friendly and professional at all times, and I was pleasantly surprised they were all wearing masks and wearing them correctly (no dinglenoses hanging out LOL) in accordance with the indoor mask mandate. Discount Tire advertises that the average wait time is shorter when you buy and book your appointment online, and they're not kidding! The walk-ins ahead of me were being quoted a 2 hour turnaround. I was told one hour, but the job was already done when I came back in 45 minutes. Great tires with a great warranty at a great price!

Bought tires online but they weren't delivered by date of appointment. Got rescheduled for the next week, but FEDEX still hadn't delivered them all. Discount Tire upgraded me to better tires that were already in stock for no additional cost. In and out of the shop in less than an hour. Great customer service.

Over the last 15 years we have bought at least 5 sets of tires for our vehicles from Discount Tire and every time they bring their A game to provide great customer service. Throughout those years, we have had few issues come up and every time Discount Tire not only makes the issue right but goes above and beyond in order to make a happy customer. Because of this type of customer service, we will continue to only buy tires them and recommend to others. The Sunnyside location has great customer service and is always willing to rotate our tires, change tires to our winter tires, and price match when we find the brand of tires we want for less. In my opinion, they definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

If you don't currently own tires, never shopped for tires, nor ever bought tires before, then this is the store for you! Everyone guy here has tried to mansplain a part of the process to me. I didn't drive 13 mi away, passing 3 to 4 other locations to test the durability of fix a flat. They happened to be the only location with the tires I wanted in stock. I know it's a busy time of year with winter tire changes, but I didn't plan for a piece of glass to lodge itself in to one of my tires. Once I arrived, they advised me it would be a 3 hour wait! This is where the bad review ends. The boys in the front welcomed me in, my car was done in 1.5 hours, they helped get my account number for the financing offer, and were all quite the gentlemen in person. Came back to change my review!

Because I needed air for my tires, I decided to go to Discount Tire (in Clackamas), after reading in Via, the AAA magazine, that AAA has partnered with Discount Tire Store. Due to it being the day before Christmas Eve and the possibility of snow coming, they were extremely busy. I had to wait a very long time. However, the fellow who checked me in let me know it would be a long wait and why. I had no where else to be, and my tires needed air, so I patiently waited. I watched all those guys working very hard to get their customers all set with their tire needs. Everyone who spoke to me was polite and respectful. I will definitely go back to them for my tire needs.

I had a flat tire & problems with the spare but I finally arrived here 5 minutes before closing. A man checked me in & asked me to pull in the open bay. I just sat in my car while they removed the spare, repaired the tire & returned them to their proper places. The car was lowered down & I drove out of the bay about 15 minutes after I got there. I've NEVER had such fast service at any of the Discount Tire locations I've been to. The employees were focused, straight forward & speedy and the same can be said for the service. Luckily I purchased warranty certificates with the original set of tires so I spent no additional money for the repair or labor. I have been a customer of DT for years and purchased my last 4 sets of tires there & I don't plan on going anywhere else. I'm still a happy customer after all these years. I highly recommend purchasing those certificates with your next set of tires. I've found myself in a position where they have been very helpful and saved me money in the end! This location seems generally pretty busy but I was in and out very fast tonight. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance though in the event I got stuck having a long wait. I've also found that the prices of their products and labor & very competitive, if not the best in many cases.

Great service! Just got my tires rotated. Lobby area was changed, no water bottles or coffee. A little sterile, might sound odd, but felt like homey place, I really trust Discount Tire, was a Master Technician for many years. This company has always been on spot! The best deals on new tires in the entire Portland Metro, Low pressure sales (I have been to several other competitors who use predatory cross sales / upselling tactics) makes for a great experience in purchasing one of the most critical components of your vehicle. Tip: Buy Online and set up an appointment. Be prepared to wait! They're always swamped and their staff is hustling from the time they clock in to the time they clock out. Your patience results in a stress-free adventure.

Fantastic service! This will be my go-to tire shop from now on. Great prices, professional yet fun staff. They charged me incorrectly (under-charge) but just took care of me anyways. I've come a few times in the last 2 years for my set of warranty tires purchased here. Yesterday was the first time I left here and drove away with my tires properly balanced! They're always busy but they do a good job trying to get you in & out and get everyone helped. When I first came a few years ago, more than once, the kid that helped & another one of the guys were arrogant towards me. Over $1200 on new set of tires +4 certificates. Tires were still anywhere from 1-2oz off on all four tires two or three different times I left and came back. Brought my boyfriend after my 3rd visit of not getting the right service and got a completely different treatment. Came yesterday and workers this time seemed friendly and helpful. Look forward to continuing to come here now.

I do like getting my tires here. I used to get them at Les Schwab’s but no more after I went in and got a nail puncture fixed and they told me I needed all four replaced as it wouldn’t be safe to drive very far. Took it to 2 other places and they said I still had 75% tread. Have never had a problem at Discount Tire. Friendly service. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that they don’t set up their appts correctly. Last two appts we had they didn’t even get my car in until an hour after the appt. The reason I make appt’s is so I know when I can get in and out. Waiting an hour just to get my car in the stall and another 30 to 45 min. Is just not acceptable. Please Discount Tire, work on doing better at scheduling.

If you ever have gone to a Discount Tire anywhere you will always find friendly people who greets you. Not only the guys at the front counters but also the guys who are doing the heavy work in the garage. Everyone kills it with customer service. We called to order new wheels and we were told that the price for each was more then what we were quoted at another Discount Tire store. Luckily, we took a picture of the screen with the price we were given initially. Discount Tires recognized it was a supplier issue and honored the price we initially were given and took the picture of. We arrived to a very busy lobby and after being warmly and professionally checked-in, we were told it would take upwards of 2 hours. And, that's what it took. I would have given them five stars but the restrooms were worse than a Chinese restaurants. There was feces on the seat. There was no toilet paper on the rolls but luckily there was extra in the bathroom to grab. The bathrooms are shared with the crew who rightfully have a lot of stuff on their hands. I suggest to take one of the two bathrooms and turn it into a customer's only bathroom where a watchful eye should make sure that it's as welcoming and CLEAN as I know Discount Tires would want it to be.

I went to Discount Tire a little before my 9:30am appointment and got the same experience I've come to expect from them. Tires for my truck are over $200 each, so I wasn't surprised when they quoted me $260 to put a new one on to replace the one with sidewall damage (a screw right in the shoulder). What I didn't expect was for them to offer me a road hazzard warranty on all four tires, rotate and balance the others and get me a close-to-OEM replacement for $171.25 out the door! I don't know how much more I can say about DT. I'll never go anywhere else if I have the option.

Ive bought at least 20 sets of tires and at least 10 sets of wheels from Discount tires of Clackamas. Jeff P is awesome and has always been very professional and honest. I almost rushed at buying a cheaper, lower quality tire as it was in stock but Jeff steered me in the right direction and ive been happy with my BF Goodrich KO2s. Allo of my interactions with other staff members have always been pleasant. These guys know their tires and always install tires without damaging wheels. Forget Les Schwab. Was a Schwab customer but when they charge you to put air in your tires, rotate your wheels, replace 1 damaged lug nut for the cost of a full set, and to repair a nail in a tire when Discount Tire has done all these for me for free whether or not I bought tires from them speaks alot for the business.

I arrived to Discount Tire after making a trip to the Lexus dealer in town who told me I had a tire that was not repairable, and they did not have the tire in stock. I was prepared to buy a new tire from Discount, but unfortunately they also did not have the exact tire in stock. They informed me it was important for the type of car I have to keep the tires the same in order to avoid damaging the drive train. I am from out of town and needed to drive 3.5 hrs home the next day, so the staff stated they would put something similar on my car so I wouldn’t have to make the trip home on a spare, and then would order the correct tire to my home Discount Tire store. They then asked me what was wrong with the tire and I stated it had a nail in it, and it was in the trunk. They asked to take a look and then directed me into the bay to get started. To my surprise they actually repaired the tire and had it back on my car in under and hour. When I asked who I should speak to in order to pay, they informed me “flat repairs” were free! I was shocked, and almost left the store in tears. This was the first time I have ever visited a service location and not felt taken advantage of for being a younger female. Thank you so much Discount Tire, I am so grateful.

Three people worked on my truck, fixed the flat, rotated and balanced the tires and put the spare back on. This one young guy almost stripped the lug nuts on the passenger side because he kept running the impactor trying to grab the nut. Then he forgot to lower the front end after doing a walk around, off the two Jack's that if I had gunned it backing up would have dropped the front end on the Jack's and destroyed it. My family and I have gone to this location for years because of the service and quality experience and training the employees seem to have bit now I'm not so sure.

I've been going to Discount Tire for more than 30 years. When I moved up to Oregon 5 years ago I had to find a new location. I went to Discount Tire here in Clackamas and spoke with David O'Donohue and was great to work with. He has been taking care of me and my family's cars. It's over a 30 minute drive for me to get here, I get the best service out there, I come to Discount Tire here in Clackamas off Sunnyside. Ask for David O'Donohue!

I've been coming to this location for years now and have always had a great experience. The team here is doing a great job physical distancing, wearing masks, and providing curbside service to prevent spreading germs. I actually really like the new appointment system as it allowed me to schedule a time that works with my schedule and no wait. Before covid-19, Saturdays could get really busy, because it's their only weekend day they're open. Shout out to Dalton for checking me in and helping me get the tire swap done. He was super knowledgeable and over the top nice. His face mask which looked legit too, and he didn't touch his face. Seems over the top, but so important right now. Ammon did a really friendly checkout, which was nice. The rest of the team (as always) crushed it too. I feel like I'm in really good hands when I'm here.

I've been going here for years. The staff is always extremely helpful & laid back, prices are very competitive, and it doesn't smell like burnt rubber and popcorn. They also don't try to scare-tactic upsell you on services, which is a huge selling point itself.

I had a slow leak in a tire that I had bought as a set from a Discount Tire in Florida. I brought it to my local store here thinking I just needed a plug. Come to find out it had a large staple stuck in it, but even worse there was a knife type cut in the firewall. It needed to be replaced. I bought it a couple of years ago but because I got the warrantee they replaced it with a newer model tire AT NO COST! I was super happy to leave without paying a cent! Money is tight these days and I was kind of sweating the thought of buying a new tire. Definitely get the premium warrantee if you buy your tires here. It is well worth it. Went yesterday to get one tire replaced due to worn tread and a screw in my tire. On my one hour break I came in and asked if they could replace just the one tire in less than an hour. The kid at the counter said yes and that he would let them know I needed to get back to work. When I got there there were only 2 people in the lobby and the bay was only half full and few cars in the parking lot. After my break was nearly over my Jeep had just been put into the bay. Which wouldn't have bothered me except that I had watched countless cars go in and out of the bay before my Jeep was even put into the bay. After 20 minutes late over my break I saw 2 people working on a truck that had just come in and my tire sitting there unchanged. I was nearly about to ask for the manager when I saw my tire being balanced. An hour and 45 minutes later I'm back to work for just changing one tire with a near empty bay when I arrived. Very dissatisfied with the service. I would give them 2 stars except the fact that they were willing to change just one tire for me. Probably will not be returning to your store.

These guys did an excellent job today. I set an appointment a few days in advance (highly recommended. There was a long wait otherwise.) was promised to be in an out in 45 minutes. That’s exactly what I got. True to their word. Purchased basically a brand new tire for my Acura MDX. Cost was $130. I found that to be very affordable. Justin and Vance were great with helping me out in finding the the specific tire I needed and getting it shipped here from CA. I highly recommend this location.

So....I had a problem with couple studs on the drums. Many people have said how easy they are to change/fix. None stepped up. Jared couldn't put new tires on unless they were. He directed me to a shop to fix them. I've been trying to for the longest time. So when I went back to put the new tires I said what the heck...get some new rims too. I'm happy cause I paid under $675 for new tires & rims fresh out the box. I'm very grateful for that company's workers. Tell them your budget and they'll work to find you something. I initially ordered and paid for a set of tires at Discount Tire online and scheduled my appointment for later that week. I called to confirm my appointment, at which point the gentleman at the Sunnyside/Clackamas location told me the tires wouldn’t be there at the expected time. So we scheduled for the next Monday, the day I was supposed to be driving out of town. Well I show up first thing Monday morning for the installation to find out the tires have not even arrived yet. The guys at the Sunnyside/Clackamas location were super cool and came up with a nice solution to make up for the shortcomings of the shipping company and/or the store shipping the tires; they temporarily set me up with a new set of comparable tires so I could at least make my trip out of town, and when I returned to Oregon they replaced those with the tires I actually ordered. Sure, this wasn’t an ideal situation, but the point is they improvised and took it upon themselves to right someone else’s wrong so I could safely travel out of town in the middle of winter. These guys provide excellent customer service and I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on. Thanks guys!

The prices are great if you don't mind slow service. They seem to take longer than Schwab, but for half the price i don't mind too terribly. Last time took almost two hours... 45 minutes of that was "test fitting" one tire to make sure it would fit under my expedition. They made me late for a meeting. I was irritated, but the guys there are really nice. I'll still go back, but next time i might just drop off my car and pick it up later.

I went in just to have my tire pressure checked because the light was on. It was verrrry busy at about 11:30am. I thought for sure it was going to take awhile just to get something basic done. I went there on a Saturday right before my wife was going to drive a ways for some event. The store was swamped. I had a screw in my tire and they had a 2.5 hour wait. I offered to take the tire off and leave my spare. The person helping me, Leonard, said that would be OK. So I went to start getting the jack out and ran over and said he had talked to his manager and if I drove it to the last bay he would take the tire off. Found a nail in the side wall of my tire. Came in pretty pissed off. The gentleman helping me was very friendly and informed me that we could trade my tires in for four used ones of similar quality. Cause VW likes to put tires on their vehicles that no one carries! So he hooked me up by letting me know that. Turns out it was only 150 installed for all four! And I was able to hit the road in an hour and get to Bend still. Can't say how grateful I am at the professionalism at discount. Definitely recommend!!!

Great service. Price matched Costco on a set of Michelins plus additional discount for military members. On my second set of tires for my 2004 Volvo from them. Just wanted to the the time to thank these guys. I came in today and Adam and Cameron/Camden(?) both did a great job. Their attention to detail made sure I got rid of some unsafe tires. I found myself with a flat tire last night. We pulled in to Discount Tire in Clackamas 15 minutes too late for help. I was in the parking lot strategizing what to do next. It was cold, dark, and rainy and I had been sick all day running a fever, and had my 6 year old granddaughter with me. Wasn't looking forward to tackling putting my spare on in those conditions and feeling crummy with fever chills. I pull out my spare from my trunk and soon heard behind me "do you just need to throw your spare on?" One of the techs had seen us and offered to put our spare on as a courtesy, even though it was half hour past closing time at this point. Naturally I accepted the kind offer and appreciated not having to spend an hour in the cold and rain changing my tire while keeping an eye on the little one. Thank you, sir. I'll be back today to replace my tire.

Pros: Their prices are the best in the area. Cons: They are slowwwww. Was told I would be done in 30-45min and it took them a little over an hour and a half. Location sucks, its a pain to get to. The guys working in the shop are pretty friendly and did apologize for how slow they were. I am a life-time Discount Tire customer from now on! In November 2018, I called the Clackamas store for a quote on snow tires and wheels for my VW Passat. After settling on a choice, I called back to place the order for the items as the wheels had to be shipped to the store. A few days later, I arrived for the install appointment during which it was discovered the wheels that were ordered were not functioning with my car (this was after over two hours of my walking around the little shops in the area). Instead of putting my old tires and wheels back on and sending me on my way, the staff there figured a solution that I didn't believe at first. At no expense to me, they installed more expensive (I was working on a shoe-string budget) wheels that worked with my car stating "We want to make sure this is right and you are getting good service". Yep, that is EXACTLY what I received. THANK YOU Clackamas staff at Discount Tire. We will be purchasing all of our vehicle tires from ya'll from now on.

My low tire pressure light came on as I was driving to work...never a good feeling. Took it to a tire place across the street (since there is no Discount close to my work) and was informed an hour or so later that I had a nail in the right front tire and that there wasn't enough tread to repair it. I was expecting this news since I was planning to get a new set in the autumn. They asked if I wanted to get a quote for a new set (and I thought, ok, let's see what they've got) so I said sure, as long as they had what I currently drove or something comparable (Nitto Motivo, which I got at Discount Tire). He said the closest thing they had were Coopers and Toyos...$750 and $950 respectively. Wow. I said thank you but I would be coming to pick up my vehicle post haste (and in my mind already dialing Discount, which I did right after I hung up). Not only did Discount have four of the Nittos in stock, they said I could come down during my break and have them installed in an hour. They were true to their word AND gave me a warranty discount since I was about 15K short of the 60K miles that Nitto guarantees my tire for (came out to $40 per tire) AND some other discount that brought my grand total down to $519 from the $666 they originally quoted me and that includes the free replacement and rotation for the life of the tires. Couldn't be more pleased! BTW, I love my Nitto Motivos...great all season tire in snow and rain with a quiet ride and superb, grippy handling.

I took my car to Firestone for a oil change and for a possible flat (TPMS light was on). They told me they found a nail in my tire needs to be patched. It cost me $30. The very same week, the TPMS light was on again. I went back and they told me there was another nail next to one they found a few days back and because of the proximity to the last patch, they cannot fix it and I need a new tire. I left and went to Discount tire, and they fixed the flat for FREE!!! Next time I have any issues with my tires or need to buy new ones, I know where to go...

I ordered them, but the next day they called and said that Bridgestone wasn't meeting production, and they weren't take any orders for that tire. The next cheapest tire that they had available was over $600, which was gutting. A friend told me about America's Tire, so I called and spoke with Benjamin. VERY friendly and helpful. He gave me a quote for $406 out the door and set me up with a next day appointment. It turned out to be $30 more because my tires had pressure sensors, and the sensor kit was $7.50 per tire. I also opted for the full replacement guarantee for $56 ($14/tire). Totally worth it, and I didn't feel like he was upselling me on something unnecessary... if a tire blows out or I get a bolt or something that can't be fixed with patching, they will replace the entire tire for free. Plus, the tire price includes free balance and rotation for the life of the tire. Sears and Costco offer that, too, but not all tire places do. So, all in all, it still came in under $500, which was a life saver. To top things off, they got me in and out in an hour, as they promised. Easy as pie. I will get my tires here moving forward.
