Billy and the crew and extreme wheel have been taking care of my family vehicles for years now. From installing a new set of all weather tires on my wife’s Hyundai last week to installing my huge 26” tires on my custom vehicle I’m building. The prices and service are hands down the best I’ve been able to find around. Anything auto accessories related I need the boys at extreme have always been able to take care of me. Very reliable and professional will never go anywhere else!!!

I’ve been going to extreme wheels for a very long time now and every time I have been satisfied! Chris and his other tech’s I really cool people. I just took my Camaro in to get bags installed and it took them a little bit because they had to do a lot of fabrication and no other shop in the valley would’ve done it. The final result ended up being phenomenal and I am very satisfied. I highly suggest going to stream wheels for any of your cosmetic needs. Thank you guys!

Had my own wheels and tires and was recommended to this place by my new mechanic at Pep Boys off of Baseline, Loc, who did not want to damage the rims while putting the tires on them so he called Billy and let him know that he would be sending me his way. Billy only charged me $35 per wheel for mounting and balancing them and it only took them about an hour to do. They look remarkable and even though the rims and tires were not theirs, I credit them for making my car look good!!! Will be going back for all my rim and tire needs!!!

Billy is a great example of how customer service should be. I ordered 4 wheels, the wheel manufacturer made a mistake on two that they had to custom machine, and they didn't fit -- called Billy and he was immediately on my side and did everything he could to make it right. He had the company send me another pair of the correct wheels in half the time they took the first time, and at no cost to me. Extremewheels were also the cheapest I could find, and I am massively impressed by their customer service. Don't hesitate to order!

We tried to purchase tires online from Extreme Wheels-and at no fault of the shop the company discontinued the said tires. But the shop was really good at communicating with us and also the tire manufacturer. They helped make things clear, and quickly refunded us. If we were local we would definitely work with them! Starting out with this company I did have a really awful experience to begin with there was little to no communication and what I would say; a BIG mistake possibly misunderstanding. HOWEVER after getting in touch with a customer service agent I was able to explain my experience to them and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and the communication was excellent from then on. They gave me the deal I was originally looking for and credited me an additional $$$$ off my wheels and tires. I’m very happy with my new sneakers and I’m happy with the level of support they offered to make me feel good about doing business with them. A bit of a rocky start but in the end they made it all right and I would buy from them again.

The people here are the best! Very professional in the work they do and very friendly! I took a set of 2 piece volk racing wheels to them back in April- May and man did they did a fantastic job on restoring them. The wheels were pretty beat up previously but they were able to take on the job no problem and restore/powder coat them right back to original quality if not better. The wait wasn’t too long and they didn’t go past the time frame they gave me which I really appreciate. Its hard to find a good company these days. One you can trust actually sending you product instead of stealing your money. Extreme wheels goes above and beyond. Their customer service is top notch, willing to price match, and the shipping speed is ridiculously fast! They even have a weekend chat service with a real person responding. Which is great but still shouldnt be working weekends. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Just ordered another set of tires after being so impressed.

So long story short, I needed tires badly and found this company online with great prices compared to other places I’ve looked. I had different tires sent to me that weren’t the ones I ordered and I got in contact with the company through Facebook messenger, Sydney helped me get the whole situation fixed and I will have my new tires on soon and ready for action! Extreme Wheels and their team are professionals. I came to them for a hard to find set of wheels mainly based on the color choice. They were back ordered with no eta. They reached out to me during the wait and informed they found a set. During that time, they weren't just sitting around. They went far and wide searching for my particular wheels. We quickly secured the last known set and they were able to fit me in in their busy schedule the following week to get these wheels mounted and fitted on my new GR86. It came out absolutely perfect. The team are also perfectionists, ensuring tires are carefully mounted on, center caps aligned the same way on each wheel, and psi to the decimal. I highly recommend them, and will be going back to them for future needs.

Make sure you double check pricing. Ordered a set of rims online, extreme wheels and tires were the best price I could find online (by a very small amount). However, later that day received an email stating the SKU number has changed and the new cost went from $1246 to $3300!! The sickening part is how much more expensive they are then even purchasing directly from the actual manufacturer. $1700 from manufacturer, $3300 from these guys! Don't waste your time with them, and at a very least double check the price with a quick Google search, you may be surprised at how much you're being overcharged. UPDATE: Called by Shawn regarding price discrepancies and apparently the supplier had wrong information. He was able to get me a discount from what I found elsewhere and make it right. They seem reasonable if you have an issue they seem like they will try to rectify it.

2019: Once again Mike has been a saving grace! Finding me the better and smaller tire to fit onto my wheels! Getting them ready for me same day and fitting just perfect. Seriously one of the best places to go for tires. 2018: I recently have had amazing customer service with Mike! He's gone above and beyond to make sure I get the right tires for each of my vehicles. Helping me find the perfect tire to stretch in my time frame and budget, even when I came to him with only 3 days to spare for tires, he found a solution that worked for both of us! He spent several hours helping me find the right tire size and making sure we could get the tires on and rolling when I needed them! Couldn't have asked for better help! I also have gone here countless times for mounting and balancing tires on my stance boi wheels. Billy has ensured complete care over my tires being mounted properly countless times. Came here to get our 370z wheels redone. They were pretty rashed up from years of car wash brushes and the occasional curb. Worked with Caden who offered a fair price out the door. Finished product looks great. One wheel had a small nick on it, probably happened during reinstall, but Extreme Wheels is sending back out to get it properly re-done. No shoddy "touch up" here. Overall a good experience working with Chris and Korben on my order. It is tough for every company with Covid right now ordering inventory and I know for wheel companies this is very true. They answered all my questions and had to revise my order more than once due to delays from shipping and manufacturing. Even though they are very busy they still got back to me and worked with me to figure out wheels that would fit on my car but also have less of a shipping delay. Just wanted to post a review for those also experiencing delays due to the pandemic. The customer service with Extreme Wheels is doing what they can to help and that was very appreciated. I give respect to this place if you know cars then this place is home. Very helpful I order rims and tyres but unfortunately the dot on them was 1718. Called them and immediately they fixed the issue. Now this is not their fault they ship tyres from a warehouse that’s closet to you has nothing to do with their staff picking out tyres. Recently had a minor wheel bend. I was already getting the car serviced and upgraded. Thought it would be a great time to get better wheels. Get rid of my reps for some proper FlowFormed wheels. I went into Extreme Wheels for a person to person experience with Mike. Show him what I was working with, as far as fitment and space for new wheels and tires. I already had my eye on some Konig wheels. Mike helped on the suggesting Firehawk Indy 500's to wrap them in. I was a little hesitant on getting summer tires, but these have been great tires so far, and fit the car really well in design and fitment. There were a few logistic bumps in getting the wheels and tire on the car that I will say I created. Despite this Mike and the crew were able to work with me on getting the wheels and tires on the vehicle in a timely fashion. At the time the wheels were in stock and only had to wait a week to get them on the car. I got referred to extreme wheels by a friend of a friend and was ready to get my lowering springs installed as soon as possible to avoid letting them sit in my garage for too long. I’m very unexperienced with suspension installations so I had to depend on an installer and extreme wheels was the right choice. The location is very isolated, but I was told by Chris that they plan on moving to a spot where they can get more recognition which I believe they deserve. Really been needing to write this review to express how much the amazing team at Extreme Wheels has helped me and to take away so much of my stress. They have taken care or me more than once but in September I was hit and 2 of my wheels of less than 4 months old were damaged in the process. Being a huge let down being that they were a special edition color that was nearly impossible to color match and they were no longer in stock. So far working with Toyota to fight this unprofessional 3rd party insurance company was only guaranteeing that only 1 out of my 4 wheels would be covered, until Mike came through as always and called me with an idea on how to get all four wheels covered through the other person's insurance for a re-powder coat and fix our problem. Once the insurance agreed it was less than a week that my wheels were done and back on. The wheels looked amazing! I was skeptical and sad at first for losing the original color I had loved but I knew Mike wouldn't steer me wrong and I was essentially getting new wheels for something I didn't really have to fight. Again I am very happy with the results and will always trust Extreme to work on my car. THANK YOU!!

My experience is more than 5 star! I've had multiple experiences with Extreme Wheels with more than one set of wheels! My first experience was just to have some tires mounted on a set of wheels that I had, I was so pleased with how well they took care of my wheels. I also have a set of Weds Sport Kranze LXZ's that unfortunately had some road rash and well, after our conversation, I brought the wheel that had road rash down to Extreme and next thing I know, they repaired the wheel without a hint of rash!!! I was beyond impressed! Fast forward a couple months and I have now bought 3 sets of wheels and tires from them! They even helped explain what offset would best fit each one of my cars and what tire size I would need to have. I was always worried about buying wheels online... I personally love this place but Mikes gotta go! The only thing this guy cares about is his commission. My fiancé and I have made purchases several times with him and he was helpful BUT when it came down to an issue with my wheels "that's a whole different thing, that's not my problem" were Mikes his exact words. Mind you, I didn't go in there complaining or with an attitude. I was just there to ask what I could do with my wheels since I've only had them for a couple of months. I should be mad since I've had them for such a short amount of time and already having problems but that wasn't the case. I personally went in so they can check them out and see for themselves and when I first showed up a different guy came outside to take a look at them and he told me that he was going to ask Mike what they can do about it...guy walks back in, tells Mike what was going on and his response was just rude and disrespectful, like if I couldn't hear him the entire time. After everything, he said he would give me a call back within an hour or 2 and never heard from him. Next time, I suggest you close the door if you're going to be offensive towards a customer especially if you sit right next to it! Also, don't come out with a water bottle in your hand offering to come inside, acting like a fool, like you weren't just talking bad about that person. Update: Like I said, I love this place! They have officially taken care of my situation and I am happy! Thanks to Billy for taking care of everything!

I’ve been to extreme wheels a few times now for tires and such since I have a lowered car they always work with me to help me get the most amount of use out of my tires. But recently I bought a set of wheels off craigslist that were less than perfect and decided to see what they could do for me. Right off the bat they said theyd do whatever they could to help me get my wheels in great condition again. I talked with Billy and Alex a few times about all my options with powder coating Vs chrome Vs polishing etc. I was SO impressed with how much these guys knew about how to take care of 25 year old 3 peice wheels. I dropped my wheels off and let them take control. These guys POLISHED MY 25 YEAR OLD HARDWARE. That’s absolutely the coolest in my opinion. Anyways, I got my wheels back a couple of weeks later once they’d been stripped and chromed and I almost cried, they were so gorgeous, even better than I had expected them to turn out. These guys pay attention to detail and very carefully work with expensive wheels. Their customer service is out of this world as they always had time to talk to me and keep me up to date. Everyone is always so friendly and patient!! These guys are probably the best guys in Arizona to go to for wheels or tires or anything of relation.
