Worked with Zach as my sales advisor for new wheels/tires on my 2015 Audi R8 and he did a great job! I had selected a particular brand/design I liked and he did analysis to ensure they would fit correctly onto my car and clear the carbon ceramic brakes, etc. I did a 1" upsize on the wheels which required a bit different tire sizing as well, but Zach ensured all that came out correctly as well. The wheels took about six weeks, as they are custom manufactured, but they were shipped in individual boxes, carefully packed and on pallet, so they arrived in perfect condition. I did the install on the car myself, which was a bit of a wrestle (20" rears weigh in at about 60 pounds each!) but I managed it with just a little sweat and a cold beer! Anyway, they came out just great (see pic attached) and I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Element Wheels and Zach if you want great wheel choices and excellent customer support!

I had outstanding service from the moment I called until I received my order. Zach was awesome and answered all of my questions (I had quite a few.) The prices at Element blow the competition out of the water! Before I bought my rims I brought the invoice to three shops in my town. The cost of Element’s rims with tires, tpms sensors, AND ceramic coating (and free lugs) were still less expensive than the other shop’s wheels alone!!! Great job guys. I had many choices of wheels to choose from. Rotiform, vossen, hre, and Rays were some of the finalists. In the end it always came back to variants customer service and personal touch that made me go down the variant street. My car a 2003 audi rs6 is a difficult car to fit wheels on and they offered to have me come down and check clearances before purchasing. Absolute professionalism!!!

Element Wheels is a top notch company with amazing customer service. I ordered custom made set, which were supposed to ship in 2-3 weeks however it ended up taking more than 4 months because of the manufacturer. Element stayed in touch with regular updates and even offered to let me chose something else or cancel the order despite the fact that their policy states once the manufacturing process has started on a custom set you cannot make changes. Next time I’m in the market for wheels Element will definitely be my first stop.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Element Wheels. From start to finish Mike helped me with straight forward, honest answers and they delivered! Initially I purchased my wheels from fitment industries and that was a biiiiig mistake. I was lied to multiple times by various people, anytime I was able to speak with someone nobody could give me an answer. After 2 months of the runaround I finally got my money back. Called up Mike at Element Wheels and got my order placed and they delivered faster than estimated! Within 3 weeks my rims were on the car whereas with Fitment Industries it took them 3 weeks “just to get the tires”. Save yourself the headache and get treated with respect. If you’re in the market for rims, tires, or anything Element provides just go straight to them. You’ll actually get what you pay for, great deals too, and be respected properly whether you’re spending $100-$5,000. Any and all future purchases will definitely be with Element Wheels!

Top retailer. I bought a set of chrome Raceline wheels from Element. They had them at a good price. Fast shipping. Great customer service. Element should however end their relationship with "Route" (shipping protection). I paid extra for it. Not only is it useless for tracking, but Route funds "green" anti-motorsport causes.

I found Element Wheels online after supply issues with a major online wheel and tire dealer who kept delaying my order week after week. I found a set of wheels on Element's website that I really liked and actually much more so than what the other online dealer had for options. I was pleasantly surprised that Element has a huge selection and the prices are very reasonable. I added the wheels and tires to my cart and then checked out the online reviews which were very positive. Because I knew nothing about Element Wheels, I also checked the Better Business Bureau. They are very much accredited and have no open complaints, nor have they really had any. Five at most and the complaints didn't seem legit because the customers obviously made errors on their own. The other online dealer had hundreds. Five means that this is a solid business that very much believes in great service and comes through, which they did for me. Since I'm still a little hesitant with trusting my own choice of wheels, I called Element and worked with Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable, and helped reassure me about my choices. I could have just ordered everything through their website, but instead, I ordered through Mike because of his friendly and thorough customer support. I live in NH, and this organization is in AZ, but I would easily work with Mike and Element Wheels again for my next set of wheels and tires. My wheels and tires arrived within a week and a half, even during this Covid-19 crisis where there are shipping issues across the country. Well done Mike and Element Wheels! Thank you!

I was in the market to upgrade my wheels and tires on my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. I knew exactly what wheels I wanted and Element Wheels appeared while searching online for a distributor. Upon researching their business I found negative reviews based on shipping, service, etc. that was steering me away. But after speaking with Mike from Element wheels over the phone he put my mind at ease and assured that customer service was a priority. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a set of 4 Play 4P80s 22x10 -18 offset wrapped in 33x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Mike was also able to help in obtaining and price matching a ReadyLift STT 2in Leveling Kit. If it wasn’t for Mike, I wouldn’t have made a purchase from Element Wheels. The communication, customer service, packaging, shipping and turn around time far exceeded standards and my expectations. I would definitely recommend Element Wheels to other Car/Truck enthusiasts who are looking to modify there vehicle.

So I called everywhere, went to a ton of Big Os, Discount Tire, and Llanterras through out the Valley and got pretty much nowhere for about 2 weeks after buying rims for my car, I have a 2015 Infiniti Q50. By chance, I called the shop and spoke with Jordan after pressing 3. Dude was incredibly helpful. He answered every one of my questions thoroughly and was very knowledgeable, the guys at Element definitely know their stuff and their reputation is important, Jordan helped me get Hub centric rings for my car to fit my new rims, he answered all my questions, they carry the rim I have, and he even did a follow up email and helped me out even further. This guy truly went above and beyond, he even gave me pricing and told me exactly what I needed. It seems that recently it's hard to find a place anywhere that has people that know what they're doing and are willing to help. I had to dig around for another set and that's when I found the Koko Kuture Funen Gloss Black! Of course I had to pay extra dollars because the wheel is more unique. I thought that the wheels looked different because it was semi gloss black on the picture but when the item arrived, it was gloss black and very well packaged! Bought some new wheels for my Caddy CTS from Element almost a year ago. Had a hard time getting them balanced properly from my local NTB. Issue was NTB not the wheels . Got that resolved with a different tire shop. The new shop recommended that I use some hub rings. I called Element and explained my issue. James said that I really didn’t need hub rings on a US made car but he would be happy to send some out. Awesome after sale service, he didn’t charge me and I received them In less than a week. Not only did they do an amazing job with the wheels, but I have people stopping me on the street all the time to compliment my wheels and ask where I got them. I had an issue where I curbed one of the wheels and they replaced it under their 3 year road hazard warranty as well. However, I was sent the tires and rims as a package and I was sent six Lugnuts now I can’t put my rims and tires on my car with six Lugnuts so they did not complete the package and I had to wait another 4 to 5 days for them to send me the other Lugnuts that they said on the phone they knew they didn’t send with the package so other than that great product good company I just didn’t like the wait for the rims and then the wait wait for the Lugnuts that was their mistake But in the end it was well worth the wait they look great on my car.

I ordered custom wheels that were sent ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the wrong bolt pattern was sent. Element’s response was exceptional. Jason, the man who helped me, quickly researched my order and found that the wrong bolt pattern had indeed been sent. In one phone call he assured me he could resend w correct bolt pattern and overnight from Phoenix to West Palm Beach. In a subsequent call a very short time later, he told me he was going to the warehouse himself, bringing the wheels to the shop to get the bolt holes drilled, personally calling an overnight shipping service, and instructed the service to pick up the wheels that were originally sent. I am in CT and ordered the wheels and wheels were being sent to a garage in FLA for my son who has two cracked rims from an accident. Jason understood this was a safety issue and did everything above and beyond to get the correct wheels to my son. I will DEF order from them again even w the original wheel bolt pattern being sent. This could have been a very difficult situation to resolve but Jason resolved it in one call. The Customer Service was so incredible that I have no concerns about buying from them in the future.

Great Website and Custom Wheel store. I purchased a set of wheels online for a 2022 Model X, and worked with Jimmy online to be sure they can fit the vehicle without issues. I settled on some staggered 22" BD-F25 in gloss black and put the order in online (in addition to new lugnuts). One or two days later it dawned on me that I wanted to have a bronze rim, so I called the shop and spoke with Jimmy and he was able to hold the shipment of the rims and change the rims to a matte bronze color. He talked me through a few different shades of bronze, even sending me an email with examples, which was very helpful. There is an obvious extra charge for powder coating the rims a different color but that's understandable. A few weeks later i received the rims and they looked exactly what I wanted them to look like, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Throughout the tire installation and balancing/aligment process, one of the rims was scratched up, so I asked for the paint code and/or where I can find matching touch up paint and he answered quickly. 100% 5 star experience. Great customer service and price for products.

My fiancée and I ordered Diablo Morpheus rims from Element Wheels (with help from Mike in parts) and they are beautiful! We love them! We had them installed on our 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum by the local Nissan dealership. After install, we noticed some shaking in the steering wheel so we took the car back in to have it rechecked and rebalanced. The dealership sent us back the vehicle with one rim bent and with many cosmetic damages. They proceeded to blame us for the damage, so we spoke with Noah (the service manager with Element Wheels) and he, and a few other professionals with EW, agreed that the damage had to have come from the dealership and even gave their professional opinions in writing so that we might be able to fight the dealership and get our issue corrected. If you are looking to get custom wheels and personalize your car or truck, this is the place to go!!! I was looking to get custom wheels and mud terrain tires for my lifted 2014 Chevy Silverado. By custom I meant 24 inch forged offroad wheels on 37 inch tires. AMAZING COMPANY. There was a problem with my order, my card got declined but the money was still taken from my bank account. Happened on a saturday and I immediately tried calling but noticed it was after there hours of operation. So, I left an offline message and was thinking I was going to have to wait until monday to hear anything back and within about 30min I already received email from the owner Robert saying he was working on it right now. I felt so much better about the situation. He emailed me back and forth a bit and said he needed to check the authorization and it would be on monday. Come around monday morning and I already got another email from Robert saying he was working on it. He got my order processed and upgraded the tires I bought for free since the ones I got with my order were discontinued for the rims I got. Long story short simply the best. Long story long : I bought some wheels from Ryan at Element Wheels. I phoned to make sure I was buying the right things. You know it's tough working out the offset, then the size then the tire size, even the choice of wheel nut is confusing. Anyway Ryan helped me with my choices and I ordered. Once I received the wheels I noticed a small lip inside the hub of the wheel. It looked as if this was for an insert. Sure enough, when I phoned and asked Ryan what they were he explained they were hub rings and I can fit them if I like. He then ordered for me complementary. No shipping cost, no service fee, just sorted the problem out. So I thought that was it - great customer service. But no, that was not enough! In the winter I swapped out my stock wheels so I actually have some grip in the wet. When I did so I had left the hub rings on the car. This is a bad idea for many reasons. Cops were involved and loads of scary stuff that didn't need to happen did and all because I made that stupid mistake. Correctly so Ryan laughed at my mistake, and then ordered me replacement hub rings. Who could ask for more. Ryan and element wheels took a simple customer interaction and turned the customer into a raving fan. My expectations that were met were : All parts ordered arrived as expected within delivery time expected and were well packaged. It was the customer service that has, for me, become Element Wheels brand image.

PLEASE support these young car guys. If you close your eyes and imagine the ideal car company and group of guys to make your vision come true, Taylor and his team are the ones. I have been a Mercedes guy my whole life. But, I recently bought an Infiniti Q50 3.7, and I had to immediately get some new shoes. I wasn't familiarized with the car and was torn what to get. Do I go square or staggered? I knew I wanted a 20" rim, but do I go 9, 10, or 10.5"? I knew I wanted to go aggressive, but what tire width should I pick and prevent rubbing. I'm a research guy and spent a couple weeks on the internet, Google, YouTube, and mapping my choices out. I finally realized it's all a guess. I found Variant/Element Wheels online and shot over there after work. It was the best decision I made all year. I hung out with Taylor and he took me on a tour of the shop. He finally asked what am I looking to do? I told him the look I was going for, and that I couldn't pin down the specs I needed to accomplish the look. We went step by step through the specs. So I decided to go with a 20" rim staggered look. When it came to tire size Taylor said how aggressive do you want to go? I said AGGRESSIVE. Taylor said cool! 9" 245/35r20 on the front, and 10.5" 285/30r20 on the back. I went with a Variant rim. They drill them in the shop and customize them to your car. No spacers needed with the Variant rim. The car came out perfect. These know what they are doing. They make sure it's done right, the fit is custom, and provide an excellent experience. If you're looking for new wheels, could use some guidance, I recommend these guys 100%. Taylor has his own sick car out front. They are not just selling it, they are living it. Shout out the guys at Element Wheels! I bought a set of new 4 Ace Wheels and Toyo tires for my BMW 535i from Element and the whole experience was fantastic. I live in North Carolina and thought it might be a risk to order something like this from a place all the way in Arizona especially if something went wrong. Based on the experience I would not hesitate to recommend Element to anyone. From the selection (a lot to choose from!) and ordering with Roger, to the shipment tracking, all the way through to the service follow-up with Obie and Robert the guys at Element were on their game. When I installed the new tire/wheel package with the TPM sensors that Element installed initially, my car’s TPM system would not reset. So my initial fear was coming true, I had a problem. I talked with Obie and then Robert at Element to try and rectify the problem. I told him the sensors were working in terms of emitting a signal but the BMW dealer said the car was just not picking them up (very sensitive they say) and that BMW used a lot of different sensors. Robert recognized the problem. It turns out that in 2010 BMW switched the type of sensors they used (gotta love BMW for making a simple thing difficult). My car is a 2011 but it was manufactured early in 2010. Robert then sent a new set of re-programed sensors out to me. He was confident that the new sensors would work. I had a local shop swap out the sensors and the car’s TPM system was able to reset and recognize them. Problem solved. Element reimbursed me right away no questions asked for the expenses of the diagnosis and re-install. You can tell that the Element culture is focused on customer satisfaction. Everyone at Element was very professional and they know their stuff!! Great job!!

I had the wheels installed at their shop, they noticed one was scratched so Vincent ordered a replacement which came in quickly. The wheels look great and i would buy from Element Wheels again.
