The guys here are very helpful, quick AND professional when it comes to service! These guys are very friendly and willing to make sure that you're taken care of period. Long story short, my family and I was on our way to pick up my sister's boyfriend and on the way there got a flat tire, almost a blowout and these guys were on point with EVERYTHING! Made sure we had a great tire put on AND made sure all the tire pressure on each tire was set correctly. We chatted for minute while paying then headed out as they wished us the best on our travels.

As a shop owner myself I strive for excellence and everything about east valley is top notch from their customer service to their quality of work! I highly recommend these guys for any of your tire needs, I brought in some very high-end custom 19.5 wheels and these guys were able to handle the job. They didn't use balance beads like 95% of the shops use they actually weighted each wheel for a smooth ride from 5mph to 90mph these this are like butter! Give them a shot I'm sure you'll be pleased. I brought my car in last week w/o an appointment. My car’s computer showed one tire had low pressure. I was immediately taken care of and the tire was repaired in a short amount of time. These guys were great! They are also Veteran friendly! Can’t beat that. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great !!! I was disappointed at first because I sat in my car for a good 10 minutes before anyone helped me and they weren't that busy but when they did help me, they sure did help. I had three staples in my tire and just knew I'd need a new tire, but the guys patched up my tire and got me on my way. Told me my tire was still good and just needed to be patched. I appreciated their honesty and them not trying to oversell me something I really didn't need. They have a loyal customer in me !!!

I have been going here for a few years now. They have low prices for used tires. I pay about $75 for 80% tread which is wonderful. I always get worried when going to car places since I’m a female and very easily steered into spending more than needed. But they had been straight forward with me and never made me feel pressured. I told them I didn’t want to replace one of the tires and they took that with no issue… most other places will pressure you into spending more money.

This is a good shop with polite people and great service. It’s an old school tire shop with employees that know what they’re talking about, which is a nice alternative to the sales-centric chain stores. Better than average selection of used tires as well as new. They even have a shop dog, Toyo, who is a little sweetheart and makes waiting for your tires that much easier.

From Senior to Bobby to Zack all the staff there are phenomenal. Found them by accident we were at a business across the street from them. Needed rubber . 6 yrs ago went in there and just fell in love with the service and there dog. Takes me about 40 minutes and I’ll probably pass 35 tire shops on the way. I called this morning and spoke to Jason and Bob for tires on my Mazda. Jason saved me over $140 from discount tire, Big O and Firestone. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for new or used tires. They are absolutely fantastic, customer service is top notch and both Jason and Bob took great care of me and I will be sending business their way. I pulled in to East Valley Tire, and inwardly groaned. I didn't love the area that it's in and I was the only woman in the place. But the two friendly guys that greeted me were kind, welcoming and very helpful. I felt perfectly safe and comfortable despite being the only woman around. They were fast, and inexpensive. I will definitely be going back, and I was reminded not to judge a book by it's cover...or a tire shop by it's location or lack of female customers.

Needed one tire for an older truck but didn’t want to spend a fortune on it. Emailed the guys and they responded within a day with a quote for a used tire. Got there and Mike Gill helped me out. He explained the differences in the tires and was very friendly and non-pushy. Tire was installed a few months ago and everything has been awesome, looked like new for a fraction of the price! What can I say, these folks are great people and run an efficient, customer oriented business. I drove up in a brand new Ranger, just leveled out, with four 33 inch tires to have put on. They looked busy when I pulled up. Assumed I was going to wait a bit. Which wasn't a problem. To my surprise, I was not sitting in the drive up lane for even 30 seconds and one of the guys started to wave me in. Before I even had my vehicle in park, the tailgate was down and they were pulling the big tires out. WOW!! That is amazing. The vehicle they were now working on, only had 145 miles on it. They took precision care of my wheels, which I greatly appreciated. They then proceed to dismount and remount. They went above and beyond in balancing. It is more difficult on a larger tire such as this. But they took the time, regardless. Even though I was holding up their production lines. I took the truck out on the 202 right after the mounting and balancing and the truck drove great. ZERO vibration from it. None. No scratches on the wheels. And on top of all that, their pricing is fair and more importantly they care. Great team you all have there. I enjoyed talking to all of you. Thanks!

The best deals on tires I've found in Mesa by far. I go here whenever I need tires. They always have the sizes I need for my vehicles and work with me on price if I'm tight on cash. Most of the staff is very nice but there are a few who come off a bit rude. I suppose that comes with the trade because this tends to be the case at every car related service. They also start off their employees at minimum wage so that probably has a lot to do with it as well.

This is my favorite place to get tires. You literally get to pick your tires from the back depending on what you want to spend. I got 4 almost brand-new low profile tires for $300 for a 2016 Nissan Altima. Also, they are very nice and always willing to work with you to get you the best tires for your budget. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was so happy with the honesty and service from this company I felt I had too! After finding some sort of staple in my wife’s tire we take it to discount. Tire. They informed us that it was non-repairable and that we have to buy a new tire. Then they told us we were better off getting a whole new set a tires. We were a little concerned because the vehicle is pretty new and only has 19,000 miles on it. So we decided to take it to these guys for a second opinion. After a quick look at the tire they told us they could fix it! In and out in 15 minutes and didn’t even charge us!! I could’ve have been more Happy and pleased!! This company has earned a customer for life!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

This is the best tire shop in the valley in my opinion. So much so that I live in North Phoenix, but my mom lives in East Mesa, I will put off any tire related issue I have until the next time I go to my mom's because I've had nothing but good experiences with those guys. From the owner, who will come to your car and grab you a tire himself, to the shop manager who has been there everytime I've come in for the past ten years. The prices are great and they'll give you the right tires for your vehicle, even if they're less expensive than the ones you were planning on buying. And they're fast, I've never seen those guys slacking off when there's a line of cars. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE! My opinion about East Valley, even though yes I used to work there, yea I feel that this tire shop is one of the best shops in the valley. The entire crew is awesome, Bob the owner is a great guy and was a great boss to me. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about the tires and accessories. Your satisfaction guaranteed, for bein a tire shop the area is clean and organized and well maintained. I went to a much larger tire than stock so the guys made sure they would not rub. It was a far better experience than I have had in the past with other shops and there is a 30 day warranty on used tires. I will go back again for my next set.

We had a great experience at East Valley Tire today. We needed to replace a flat. They had several used tires for us to look at. The other places didn't have anything decent. You would think minivan tires would be more common. We were not treated well at Discount , or Big O... So we tried East Valley. We are so happy with the friendly staff. Quick service, and we got a tire that looked almost LIKE NEW ! Mounted & balanced $50. The other thing that was nice is that they had covered parking area to work on the tires, and big industrial fans making a comfortable breeze on a 95 degree morning. Park benches to sit on while waiting. We were done in about 20 minutes! Awesome job guys !!

Amazing service! My car needed 3 tires after the 4th blew. I got a tire at discount tire, but it was a little rich, so I came here. I was planning on getting 3 used tires to accommodate my wallet, but ended up getting 3 new tires all cheaper than my one from discount. Very professional, kept me informed, and had a friendly dog who would let you pet her if you wanted, but wouldn’t bug you if you didn’t. They also gave me correct lug nuts that a previous shop had charged me for, and weren’t for my Honda. Very appreciative and they just traded me. Couldn’t recommend enough!

They didn’t try to up-sell me or pressure me into something I didn’t need, and they even took care of the tire pressure monitoring sensors which had dead batteries, replacing them for me while the wheels were broken down, again, saving a bunch of extra money and work. Bob, Jason and Doug as well as the rest of the team were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the way my truck looks now. Customer service was exceptional when I got there. But I had talked to a guy on the phone about a few tires I needed. He said he had 2 for $55. So I drove all the way down from globe to find out they were $55 each. The tires were good but too expensive. I got a basically brand new tire one year old for $40 at another shop. I'm a business owner and their customer service was perfect. I arrived at East Valley Tire looking for an unusual tire for our Class A. I was driving with 2 tires on the passenger rear and only 1 on the driver side due to a damaged tire. I was told that they were able to order a tire and have it delivered to their shop by 3:00. I live near 19th Avenue & Pinnacle Peak and wasn't able to wait. Jason was exceptionally helpful with getting on the phone (I didn't even have to ask) calling other tire shops on our route back home. He mapped out our route since we couldn't get back on the freeway and found another tire shop that had the tire in stock. Awesome! Most places would maybe suggest another competitor - but not make the phone call to see if they had the tire in stock, get the pricing and explain the best way to stay on in-town roads and not go over 40 mph. He also wanted to make sure we understood the route and asked if there was anything else he could do. I got a flat on the freeway. I put on the spare and went to East valley as the closest tire place. They had a tire for my brothers car for $40.00 mounted and balanced, with lots of tread left. I have been buying tires here for at least 7 years. Top notch service every time. I have bought used and new truck and high performance car tires at outstanding prices. I have never had a single issue even with their used tires. They even installed and recalibrated the flat sensors on my Mustang after I installed upgraded tires and rims. I had went to Horne Ford two times and they were unable to do the job. Faster service than the big chains and none of those stupid add on fees for tire disposal, balancing, etc.

I was losing pressure in the right rear tire and with the weekend approaching as I work through the weekends and drive 52 miles round trip on the highway, I didn't need to have any issues. Or have to run that stupid temporary spare that you can't go over 55 with. Anyway, they removed a 1 inch aluminum roofing nail and rotate the tires. I had bought them there about a year ago. They will rotate them every 3000 miles for you free of charge. It took about 45 mins. This shop reminds me of the places my father used to take me to when I was a kid. No frills, and they get the job done with quality and timeliness and personable. You want frills and be treated like a number, expect to pay a lot more. East Valley Tire you rock!!!!

Everytime i bought a new tire elsewhere id pick up a nail or the tire would go bad for some other reason before its prime and I'd have to buy two new tires to match the tread. Buying used tires here has made so much more sense economically. Although they sell new tires too I find it much more convenient to buy a used one that matches the tread of my other tires. They have always been quick and courteous. The last time I came in they asked if my tire was still under warranty. I honestly had no idea and told them I didn't think so but they were honest and found out that it was and covered the cost of a replacement tire. I highly recommend East Valley Tire if you are looking for value (not just cheap) tires.

Since college, I've always purchased good quality used tires - and saved a bundle. When we firat found East Valley Tire Outlet, we didn't expect the huge value Dan and the other guys give you. Call them ahead of time to make sure they have your tires in stock and to check how busy they are. (They'll hold tires for a couple of days if you ask.) Once you get there, you'll see a very efficient multi lane drive through operation with guys busily working on cars and trucks. You will be taken back to see and select the tires for your vehicle. After that, just sit back and let them take care of you. The waiting room is minimal. There is a TV and three converted car bench seats. You can also sit outside if the weather is reasonable. Although I understand why, I wish there wasn't a surcharge for using credit cards. On the other hand, they post that they can work with you ona 90-day payment plan. Here is where EVT really stands out. They tell you about other issues they see with your vehicle, even when they don't provide that service. If there is a tire, wheel, other part or service you need, they will even check around for you to find where you can go for the best price. The last time we were there, they were helping a man find compatible.tire sizes for his truck that would save him over $300. We will be customers for life!

We originally took an older tire (5+ years) to our nearest Walmart & Discount tire & they refused to put the tire on our rim due to policy (totally understand) but told us our tire was in great shape & to go somewhere else. After numerous phone calls we finally came across East Valley Tire Outlet. The nice man that helped us took one look at our old tire & said it would be dangerous to drive on and would blow out within a few weeks. He took the time to explain why the tire was bad and quickly found us a newer AND AFFORDABLE option. Service was quick & they even helped carry the tire to our car! I took my grand marquis which had two blown tires and a construction staple in the third. They were more than happy to check the car over for any additional damage while working on it. As soon as I arrived there were multiple techs available to talk with and go over what work I would like performed. The moment I brought my flat tire from my 2003 Ford Windstar, a lead guy greeted me half way and had one of his tire mechanics work on it to see what condition it was in. They let me know the tire was shot based on the side puncture of the tire. They soon were able to get me on the road with an affordable used tire. Good communication, great service, and decent prices will keep me coming back.

Got to tell you, my husband experience at East valley tire outlet was more than awesome! And what a surprise for me when I saw the new (used) tires on my car, I expected something bad but not at ALL! Bob L. assistant manager was very knowledgeable, fair, honest and very friendly despite the heat that day. My husband already paid for his future used tires for his truck and plan on going back to east valley tire outlet in the future ...not only for the price and good quality of the tires but also because of the service. GO over there if you don t want to pay $600 to $1000 for your brand new tires but more like $280 to $350 for very good used one that you choose with one of the staff members before installation . They informed me that my tired not have enough tread to be repaired. Being I did not want to spend the money on a brand new tire, due to the fact I'm selling the car soon, I started looking around for used tires. Then I remembered about East valley tire. I went over there and they informed me that, yes, my tire did have enough tread to be patched. They are very honest and trustworthy. I will never go anywhere again.

East Valley Tire has put service first, tires second, which results in my loyalty. Big O Tire wanted $126.00 to remove a damaged lug nut claiming they’d need to replace the stud and lug nut. So My daughter got a flat (nail in tire) and went to the closest place to look for a fix or tire. Unfortunately for her that was BigO. She called me and told me that they could not repair the tire and "HAD" to replace it and it was going to be nearly 100 dollars. I said Negative had them put the Doughnut on and they brought it home. Called East Valley Tire Outlet first thing on a Monday Morning and the Guy I spoke with was more than helpful on the phone and said he had several options from 40 to 60 installed and to just come on in and we would figure it out. When I got there and they saw the tire he said "This tire still has a lot of tred on it lets just repair it. He did and 15 dollars later I was driving down the road. Awesome Place, Freaking Outstanding service and could not recommend it more for New or used tires. PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO HERE. That is all.
