Always great quality and great service at discount. I had a constant leak in my tire and had to air up the tire everyday which was caused by a nail or some sort of metal penetrating the tire. Took it here to discount and they always plug and repair tires like that for free which is a very generous. I'm very thankful for there consideration for giving a service like that for free, so convenient and very professional!

I had an alarm because my tire pressure was low. I went to the closest discount tire and they didn't let me down. They aired up my tires and told me which one had a nail that needed to be repaired. We made a plan to get it fixed in the easiest way for me. And it didn't cost me a penny.

Had an appointment at 11:45 but I was already out and stopped in. Came in 15 mins early Connor was outside abs instantly came in to see what service I needed. I have been a long time loyal customer of discount tire for 25 plus years. The staff are always friendly courteous and provide great customer service. They provide free tire pressure checks and inflation. They can repair a tire puncture from a nail without having to replace the tire in most cases. Just want to say Caleb is sooo so great I came in frustrated bc I was working and then boom (more of a pop then ssssss really) my tire blew out with a low tire pressure light to follow!! Apparently I rolled over what looked like a wrench or something. I couldn’t see it fully bc the rest of it was in my tire, by the time I drove the 2.4 miles here it was completely gone and shredded the whole thing. Anywaaayy, again got here frustrated the line was long and the lobby full but Caleb greeted me quickly I told him what happened and prepared to be handled but that didn’t happen AT ALL. Caleb’s whole energy is calming so it calmed me, even after he told me how long the wait will be but lol Just wanted to show my appreciation some how since you turned down my Starbucks offer lol Have a good one! ✌🏾 Had to go back two weeks later bc one of my tires caught a nail, just wanted to say this location has a great team overall. Sawyer kindly fixed my low pressure problem and Corey who remembered me from last time came over and spoke (🌭 lol) This is definitely my go to discount tire now, they advise well and I always feel taken care of and not like I’m being sold something. Has to be the best call service ever , I called today to get a quote of some new T555 tires i got greeted by Conor and right off the bat he was understanding and helpful given that this is a extremely busy store i recommend to give them a call first if your tires are in stock and SCHDULE A APOINTMENT this is a busy store its fast pace if you don't know what size your tire you have search it up online you have a phone for a reason but if your still not sure call the service line and ask for conor , he helped me figure out what are the best tires for my Jeep SRT and even called me back to make sure that my tires are in stock and ready to go . Customer Service was 100% of how a customer should be treated. They were very busy and I was told could be an hour wait. I was taken care of and back on the road within 25 minutes of arriving, after removing a screw from tire and patching the hole. I will be definetly be returning for all my tire needs. Went to Discount tire for tire replacement and it was a breeze! Scenario: Called in Tuesday and got my slot the following day. Scheduled for 1pm and got served after 15mins in line. The guy on the front desk told me that waiting time is roughly 45mins to 1hr. Went outside to vape for few mins and I saw my car being serviced (1:34pm timestamp of the photo). After 10mins I decided to go back inside to continue the waiting game. Then few minutes have passed and at 1:55pm, guess what??? It's done!!! The guy handed me back the car with 4 gorgeous tires! And honestly, paying $500+ only for 4 tires + service!? Damn them savings! So far it's handling pretty well and I'm satisfied with the service especially the sense of urgency by these folks. They fixed my flat for free! mechanic Andrew, super hot! So I gave him some water LOL. I don't know about any of their car repair abilities. But they got me in when they said they would and they got me out by the time they said they would. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot and there's always too many people coming and going, But they kept it moving fast.

The young man who checked my air pressure was helpful and efficient. However, the place was not able to repair the tire. I contacted three other Discount Tires and none were able to repair the tire. They all suggested that I would need an appointment. I made an appointment and continued to drive on a tire that Discount Tire said needed to be repaired. I arrived at my appointment twenty minutes ago and am sitting here waiting. I am not sure having an appointment is making a difference. It seems odd that problems are efficiently being diagnosed but not efficiently being resolved.

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for many years. Some of their locations are easier to access than others. This location is busy but they work well with their neighboring businesses to handle all the vehicles. What holds me back from a 5-star review is that their systems are a bit cumbersome when one is trying to use their sister brand "Discount Tire Direct". I have a performance car with staggered tire sizes. This generally limits the availability of tires in most shops. More often than not, tires have to be ordered. I use Discount Tire Direct because that platform provides a wide range of tires that will fit my car. The problem is that you have to manipulate the Discount Tire Direct site if you want the tires delivered to one of their physical stores. Since they are owned by the same company, you would think they would have an easy way to guide delivery to the shops that can do the install. As I indicated above, I have a performance car. It might be different if I had a pickup truck, but there is zero chance of fitting tires into the car. Therefore, home delivery is NOT an option. If they had a simple way of guiding delivery to one of their shops, I'd give them a 5-star review.

Like the drive through service for tire air pressure. Every time I need to go inside the building for anything as small as balancing, they try to do a suggestive sale for a whole new set of tires. Since my tires have a lot of miles left, it seems a little unethical.

Awesome!!! Came in 2 minutes until close (I know, I was "that guy") but there was no other time. I was up at 3am heading to work, straight to school afterwards and discount tire still wasn't my last stop of the day. I had a serious leak on almost brand new tires that was only getting worse and taking freeways back and forth wasnt giving me any piece-of-mind. Zach was awesome. Great customer service and a great attitude. They're fixing the leak, and as always no charge for the patch job. They really came through when I needed them. This company will always have my returning business!

The service itself was fast with an appointment, and their work with my new tires was superb. Knocking one star off for their odd handling of COVID. You scan a QR code to reserve a place in line to avoid crowds in the small front office, but people lined up in there anyway. Also, after the website saying to make an appointment to "avoid the line", the whole QR code thing was confusing. Still, one of the employees was very helpful and moved one of the chairs outside into the shade for me and my car had 4 new tires in less than 30 minutes. Worth it!

Passing through on the way to California with my parents when their truck tires needed to be balanced. Ryan was quick to take a look at the truck and got it in line to be serviced immediately. With one other customer in front of us, our wait was only 30 minutes. The service is excellent at this location! All of the guys are very personable and the wait time can't be beat. If we ever pass through here again and need tire service, we'll definitely be coming back!

Went in to replace a flat tire, knew I had to get a pair. Pat was very helpful and told me all my options. He informed me of what he recommended and when I said I didn't have the funds he didn't press for another low priced set of tires. The service was done extremely fast, around 35 minutes. Very cheerful and pleasant employees. The place was busy! Phone kept ringing and people kept coming through the front door but everyone stayed cheerful and greeted them as they came in. Came in with a bad tire on my trailer and they went right to work! I love the friendly and knowledgeable service. Discount tire is my go to for tires. I have them on all of my vehicles. They even do free air pressure checks and will top off your tires. You don't even have to leave your car! Definitely reccomended for all your tire needs.

Been here 2 times. Bought a single tire the first time and the second time I came in for a tire rotation. They rotated, balanced, and aired up the tires for no cost. What a service! Good prices, quality work and competent staff. However, be prepared for a hassle at this location. The parking lot is simply not navigable with delivery trucks and, on this Tuesday, some 13 cars waiting in line for free air which largely blocks the driveway. Anticipate a wait at least 2 hours, perhaps slightly less with an “appointment.”

The wait was abysmal. It is a busy site. I had called at time of open and thought I had scheduled a time to have the tires replaced on my car but apparently it was not scheduled for that work. Had to wait about 2 hours before they were able to get the car on the rack and do the work. Their time estimation software of when they think it will get worked on is accurate. They did a good job to get the tires I needed from the other discount tire shops in the valley. Once on the rack the work was done quickly and effectively. It's best to drop your car at this location and get a ride to where you need or want to be or be prepared to wait in the lobby with other waiting frustrated customers.

Discount tire (especially manager at this store) have the best customer service! I had a repair done at dealership and was told it was due to over tightening of lug nuts. Went to Discount and the manager stood behind their work. I was at dealership for 4 hours and at Discount less than 30 minutes. These guys are awesome! Professional, kind, courteous. I ran over a nail this morning on my way to work and nobody else around could "fit me in" for a repair. These guys took care of it for me, free of charge, with smiles on their faces. I will definitely be coming back when I need a new set of tires. Great and fast (always been there with appointment) and friendly service. Buy your tires with warranty. My father-in-law made me do this and at first I thought it was a waste of money. After a flat that could not be repaired and needed a new tire I ended up paying $19 for new a brand new tire. Lesson learned, warranties are good.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years now. These guys are personable, professional, and will never try to upsell you. They are a strong team that stays busy all the time. The added features of free tire rotations, tire pressure, and warranties are the best. There are a few times here in Phoenix that I had gotten flats tires or nails into the side walls. Service was incredibly fast and efficient. You pay a little more at the beginning but the road hazard insurance that comes with the purchase is worth it's weight in gold. I will replace each tire at least once after I purchase a new set. So you have to take the price that you spend, divide it by two and that is the true price you pay. It's worth it, I promise.

Ryan was really great to run out and check my pressure while they were busy with a full house and a 3 hour wait. Previous experience at this location was also good. Some locations would’ve made me wait to find I just needed some air. (Thought I had a nail, again) Definitely a busy location! Only walk in if you have to, otherwise make an appointment.

The staff here is PHENOMENAL. I have gone to this location on several occasions and with different vehicles. They have always been extremely accommodating, friendly and great quality of service. This time around I had a blow out and was right down the street. I explained the situation to Sam who helped me with setting up a tow to the store. He was not only very friendly but assured me that once we got my car to them that they would take care of it even after they closed at 5pm. Once I got my car there I spoke with another gentleman (I cannot remember his name) but he to was extremely nice and assured me that they would take care of my car by the end of the day. The shop called me promptly at 6:30pm and everything was complete. Thank you for not only accommodating me after the store had closed at 5pm, but also for your hospitality. I've been to Discount Tire four times this week with three cars. Is this a record??? Kudos to Ryan Castro the manager at the very busy Thomas Rd store who runs a great shop. My first trip here was after I ran through a bucket of nails on the 202 in my tiny Honda Fit and he helped me out. The great service made me proactively bring in my Honda Fit to get checked out. Between price checks with here and Costco I got a nail in my tire and Discount honored their written bid which included a refund. So I headed back when car #3 had it's tire light come on! Nice guys that work hard. Even Costco sent me here. Shhhhh! Don't tell anybody.

The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of five is because they didn't check the air on the other tires, didn't reset the sensor, and didn't put on the lug nut caps. I also specifically asked if they checked the air and they said, "yes."

I went here once with a suspected leak in one of my tires, and they fixed it for no charge (plus checked the other tires). With that kind of customer service, I knew who to bring my car back to when I found a screw in my rear tire this week. Superb customer service, and great work done super fast. They replaced my the tire for me in no time, and didn't only try to sell me their most expensive options, they showed me all my choices.

I’m moving back east and made Phoenix a stop along the way. I got a screw in my tire. Luckily it was covered under warranty so I only had to pay 45 for installation. Apparently I’m an unlucky person because I had three flat tires all at once. In addition to the inconvenience, I was worried I’d have to spend a fortune getting all new tires when my current ones are only a year or two old. Brought my car in without an appointment during my lunch break from work, and was able to drive back to work with all three tires patched up. The best part was, it was free! Put spare on and found it was flat. I was stressed but then one gentleman offered to come get tie to see if they could fix. I thought that was awesome. Got air in spare and was able to drive there. They have the best customer service. I've been buying my tires here for over 12 years. You have to buy the tire warranty every time. I had a screw in my left back tire. They told me I needed 4 new tires. BUT, I still had my warranty on my 2 back tires. So I got 4 new tires for the price of 2. I was so happy! AND, even if you don't buy your tires there, they still out air in your tires for free... One time my little low pressure tire light came on. So I drove up & said my little low pressure tire light is on. The Discount Tire guy (I wish I could remember his name) said, "well do like most of you women do, put a little paper over it so you don't see it". I could not stop laughing!! They said that they would give me a discount on my next set of tires but then conveniently had no record of this when I came back in for the next set. This location has exceptionally friendly staff. I made my appointment on time and when I arrived I was accommodated almost immediately. I was there for a flat repair and left with my fixed flat within 30 minutes of arriving. I also left my satchel there by mistake and they found it and stored it safely and I was able to retrieve it the next day safe and sound. A couple of cons, the entrance/exit is very badly designed and cumbersome. I was almost hit by people trying to enter the location while I waited to leave. While it's not discounts fault by any means, it is something to be aware off when entering or exiting. Also the guy who drove my car into the bay was exceptionally aggressive doing so. He sped into the bay and hit the brakes hard enough to have the front end pitch forward violently and for me to hear the squeal in the lobby. He pulled into the first bay which I had a direct view of from my seat. My car is older and is in need of some tlc with the forward suspension so this type of driving adds to it's issues. I can't speak to every driver's skill and care only to what I observed.

What could have been a paperwork nightmare turned out to be easy. I knew my tires are from Discount, so I directed my daughter there when she got a flat. Even though the receipts weren't in the car, and they couldn't find me in the computer (maybe because out of state), they could tell the tire was one of theirs and she got the warranty with no hassle. I went for free tire pressure check and the line was wrapped around the back with cars trying to exit the lot waiting for a space to open to get out. Insane! I think they'd do better with a back exit but the city would have to approve. Other than that I haven't had bad service here. There was one line to check tire pressure. I would suggest trying to go during a day when it's not so busy.

I'm starting to think it's better to switch tire shops. One discount offered to buy back a set of 2 tires we bought but barely drove on for 120.00, the other said 20.00 (the first one that offered the $120.00 later said they didn't have the room for them). These are tires for a 4 wheel drive that we paid hundreds for. We wanted to purchase 2 more like them, but they were not available, and they said the company may not carry them again, so we purchased 4 of a similar tire. On to our second vehicle...we had new tires put on and I thought the car seemed to be very bouncy. Once tire kept going flat, so I went in and the kid that checked the pressure looked shocked, and when I looked over at the display screen the pressure was over 50 psi and he checked the others and they were the same. The normal tire pressure is closer to 32 psi. When I expressed my concern to the manager inside, he said it couldn't hurt the tire. I beg to differ, since if I put too much pressure in a balloon, it would stretch it and therefore weaken it, and too much, and it would burst.

Their website is fantastic, the reviews are super helpful, I did my research and knew what I wanted when I came in. They didn't try to up-sell me and when I mentioned the Discount Tire in Santa Fe sold the same tires for $12 less each, these guys gave me $10 off per tire. They were done in less time than expected and the whole process was simple and painless.

They have a smaller than normal parking lot, but there was enough space to park when we went. 4 new tires for our Ford Fiesta only cost around $350 with free rotation and fixes for the life of the tire. It was a very solid deal for tires going 45K miles. They are also located right across from a mechanic shop. Pretty good for those of us who have problems happening to our car all at once.

They offer some of the best if not the best customer service here whether you just need your tire pressure checked or you're there to purchase new tires. The tire pressure check is totally free and doesn't even require one to step out of the car as it is usually completed within three minutes. Tires are never fun to buy as they are expensive anywhere you go but buying from here offers great discounts and the chance to purchase a relatively cheap tire insurance that comes in handy if something were to happen to one or more of your new tires with exceptions of course. And of course, the tires always come with free lifetime rotation and balance. Can't say enough good things about this particular location.

The place was clean and cool and "properly maintained" for COVID. But I would have to say there would be just ONE small addition to this Merry Camp of Tire Service Representatives and that would have been a Water/Soda machine and a snack machine too? Don't know if you guys tried this and failed but I could have really used a bottle of quality H2O while I was waiting. I have to admit I didn't go looking to see if there were any machines I just looked in the area I was sitting in. Outside of that THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK for being so considerate and fast! I don't have a picture at this time but they installed 2 Yokohama 225/65R17's on my Silver Dodge Grand Caravan!

I had such a great experience here. I made an appt and waited about 90 mins (I showed up 30 mins early not knowing my appt was 1:30 instead of 1) So regardless, the guys there were great. One guy went outside to look at my tire, educated me on my tire tread and when I should look at new tires. Also, showed me how to use a tire guage and gave me one to have in my car. We took my daughter’s car for a tire that kept going low. They found a nail in a different tire and patched it and checked all the others not finding any other foreign bodies or leaks but the problem tire was still losing air. We went right back and they checked again and determined that a previous patch on said tire wasn’t holding up (they had done the patch) they replaced the tire for just $10 plus taxes. Typical Discount Tire. Parking lot is small and easily passed by. Guys at the counter were pretty ambivalent to our arrival without so much as a "hello, be right with you." If going could you do everyone a favor and use that phone you're staring at get an idea of the prices? If you have questions go ahead and ask. Just don't make us in line and the poor sales guy list of prices for the car you're driving. Pro tip: the tire size is listed on a sticker in the driver's door jamb. Also the make and model if you need that too. Being prepared will make things quicker and less aggravating.

I've always bought my tires here, and I make sure I carry a Warrenty, but lately they've been real sloppy, I went in for a tire that kept getting low, the next day the same thing happens but now I have both back tires getting low every 2/3 days, it's been a while that I went in, I just hate having to go back , so screw them I spend money here, and becareful with your rims they messed mine up..just the head's up
