Initially I was going to give 1 star, but they eventually made the effort to make it right. So I changed to 4 stars. I thought this was a decent place. However as soon as I got home the air was draining as I came out to a flat tire. In order to avoid towing, I opted for fix a flat to hold over until the morning. When I arrived and explained the tire they gave me was no good, I was told “we will check it but you have to pay for labor.” After one of the gentleman noticed me recording he approached me and told me he didn’t appreciate me recording “bad business” afterwards he called the manager and she gave clearance to change the tire without extra charges. I’ve gotten a tire from here before with no problem. I hope I’m the future extra care is taken to make sure all tires new or used are a certain standard that doesn’t potentially lead to a blowout on the freeway or being stranded.

I stopped at Deer valley tire thinking I had bent the rim on my car. This tire expert pointed out it was only a bubble on the tire not the rim. The gentleman quickly replaced my tire for only 30 dollars. 10 less than the surrounding competition. When I went to pay with my ATM card I found it was hacked and could not use it. After several attempts the cashier said don't worry about it when you get the card straightened out come back it. No stress,no condemnation..... they didn't even want my business card. This business is a rare Find!!!!!! They

They have worked with me on a few funky tires. Watch for the special glaze they put on the used tires to make them look better. Had dry rot on one and started splitting within 3 weeks of driving. Gave me a new tire in return but felt like they were trying to get over a little.

05/2022 - Went Once Again!!! Got a used oddball sized tire for $35! These people are the BEST!!! 3/2021 - Took my Hummer H2 in for them to put on 4 tires I got online (mount and balance). FANTASTIC JOB. 1/2 the price of that OTHER place we all know. They do alignments too! Brakes, oil, whatever you need! Sure, it took an hour, but it takes longer than that at the OTHER place. Six Stars!

I have used Deer valley for several years now, and I have ever had a problem. The staff has always been courteous, their prices are low, and the quality of work has always been great. Their used tires have never failed me, or my family. I have brought my children’s cars here, and recommend them to my friends. Not one complaint, from any of them. Recently I purchased new tires through their financing option. Again, the pricing was unbeatable, and the application process is a breeze. If you are in a bind and just need a tire to get you over until payday, or you need to finance a full set so you can take a road trip, give Deer Valley Tire call first!

I have been here twice now and both times were great. This last trip I needed a rim and tire to use for a spare on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia and they had one! Price was VERY fair for full size matching rim and tire with tread. The tire itself was used but only needed in emergency so it worked perfectly.

Was stuck between buying a whole new set of tires and just purchasing a used one because of the treadwear being almost worn but not quite done. Went to tire shop and gentlemen was able to help me right away surskit price got me on my way couldn't have been more than 20 minutes. Thank you for good service and I'm predicting that you are going to outgrow that shop soon. Way to go Deer Valley Tire Sales thanks for helping out the people. Can be a little how to find the exact date and location of the place because of the shopping center layout and the traffic and the parking. It's good to use the Google Maps while not driving and you get to the exact spot perhaps law entering the complex a little to the West instead of to the Middle East portion of the entire complex. There are other Auto Outfitters and service people in the complex that do not seem to be part of Deer Valley tire sales and on much more of the space thereof. Deer Valley tire sales as of this post had one or two spaces allocated for their operation. Mom and pop store very nice people. I wonder if they sell and install new tires? The TPMS sensor system was not reset because I forgot to ask. But since I have to replace these tires probably within the next two months, I just wanted to remind you. I have a Toyota Corolla 2010 they seem to have quite a large inventory of good tires in the shop. I did not see any that were not worthy of being installed on anybody's car, thank God. Paid with debit card in the back office. Look for the service people, one or two, in the front garage bay door area. Plenty of parking. And I think of immigration issues that we currently have with the southern border I think that these people on this outfit shows the positive aspects their migration and contribution. I'd like to say I'd be back but this isn't the type of place that you actually want to go back to until you have to buy a new set of tires. I'm sure they'll take good care of you and that worse you might have to wait one maybe two vehicles ahead of you. And there are places to walk soiree bite of lunch if you need to wait.

Been coming here about 4 years now. My old Repo company would buy their used tires to resell our Repo'd vehicles. Their prices are better than most in the area, and I always drive 30mins round trip to go to them because they are so fast. If their single bay is full, they'll have you pull up alongside the bldg and do it outside. I go to Ammo AZ a few yards away and peruse the guns for about 15-20mins, and all four are done! They don't mess around! Good guys, good service, good prices.
