The employee are always friendly and courteous.I have had several vehicles worked on and have always been happy with the service. Price wise I think they are comparable to any other shop when having car repairs done. let's face it its not cheap to keep our cars running but I know that I can always trust the work being done and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Went in for a small repair for my tire that had nail in it. Was expecting to pay at least 50 to 30 for such repair since I'm from Cali. The gentleman behind the counter mentioned it would take awhile before they got to my car. Not even 30 odd minutes later they say your car is done. Gave me my keys and said free of charge. I don't know about you but you don't get that kinda service anymore especially in this economy. Definitely recommend this place.

These guys are awesome. Bought two tires a year ago. Got a bolt stuck in one the other day. Brought it in. They replaced the tire. No hassle. Ten minutes they had the new tire on my car. I was thinking they would take an hour. Not !!! Calvin you rock. He has super human memory glands in his head. He remembered my name !!! I can't remember nothing but I'll remember these guys...true story....

I stopped at Big Brand Tire & Service in Phoenix to have them check my brakes before getting on the highway to Payson. Even though they were working on other vehicles, they stopped what they were doing to look at mine. Turns out my brakes were fine, but they discovered another serious issue with my exhaust pipe rubbing on my tire. They fixed it immediately as a courtesy. You just don't see that kind of service anymore and it was very refreshing. I highly recommend them!

Daryl and his team at the Metrocenter location are the best. I had my car serviced at a location in Garden Grove while on vacation and they said they fixed the problem but did not ($400+ and several hours later). Had a wonderful experience with the Community Tire Pros team! I was 5 minutes in to a 4 hour drive home, when I realized I had a flat tire! I got off on the first exit, and found this shop. I was dog sitting for my best friend and had a 125 pound German shepherd with me, so a long wait was out of the question. Despite their full work load, they immediately took my car in the bay and checked out my tire! I was able to wait, with my giant goofy dog, in their very comfortable waiting room while they patched my tire. The service writers were very friendly and just wanted to pet the dog 😂. The Service tech, got my tire fixed in record time, and did a wonderful job. It's been a month, and the tire hasn't lost even a half pound of air!! If you are looking for a good tire place off of the I-17, I would definitely recommend this friendly and professional shop!

I had a wonderful experience with going in and getting my car fixed with less than 24 hours. The only thing I was trying to do was get an oil change but my oil pan was cracked they were able to get the part and get it all done and in time for me to get to work. My car is doing amazing and I’m happy.

I have used Community Tire for many years and I have always had a pleasant experience. Last week I had to jump my dead battery and get it over to Community Tire in the middle of the day without any appointment. After checking my old battery to make sure it was completely dead, they were able to install a new battery in a very short time. Everyone there is always very friendly and courteous. I always trust them that they will never tell me I need something done unless it is true.

I don’t appreciate being lied to. I went in for my tire to get checked out, and he said the tires I have are wrong, and he showed me the tire that is meant for my car. I googled it, and my tires are fine for my car, and the tire he suggested isn’t even a top rated tire for my car. But their customer service was wonderful. Loved that they can take a joke. They attended to me quickly, which usually it takes a while. And they have a nice waiting room with refreshments, the other places I went to didn’t have that. My only advice is for them to be honest, and know what they are talking about. My advice for those going to this place, is to also know what you are talking about in terms of what you want. Do not rely on these guys for their knowledge.

Daryl and his team were lifesavers on Wednesday when I wasn't able to get to work. I thought my alternator had a bit more life in it, but that wasn't the case, unfortunately. I called around 7:30 in the morning and we were able to get the car into the shop around 10--it took a little bit of time, but I would much rather have the work done correctly and now the car runs like a dream. They were able to give me a ride to and from the shop, too, and everyone was so nice and personable. I definitely know where my new home shop is. Thank you so much!!

I can't even begin to describe how great my experience was with Community Tire Pros. Wow! I had had a 12 hour day working and when I got done I saw I had a flat tire. I called several places and none could take me anytime within the next few days. I called here and they were more than friendly and told me to swing by. I love this place. I've taken my cars here for 8 years and recommend it to all my friends and family. They will let you know if something needs fixed urgently or if it can wait a little longer before it needs replaced. As a bonus, you earn points each time they service your car! Took my traverse in early in the morning to get my check engine light checked and my car was shaking when I braked. They called me back just a couple hours later with a quote. They had my car done in time for me to pick my kids up from school. They also have good financing options which is great when you don't have the money to pay right up front. Oil change with semi synthetic. Dealership charges $10 more for full synthetic. Had a steering bushing problem. Daryl stated the bushing cannot be replaced. The whole right steering needed replacement for a cost of $1800. Vehicle under extended warranty. Dealership replaced bushing. I have full confidence in Daryl Layne and the crew and I will continue having Community Tire take care of my vehicle needs.

I had a coupon for oil change and complete inspection. It was done on time, but I'm not sure that any kind of inspection, other than tire pressure was actually done. I was hoping to have my brakes checked also, but never got a clear answer on that. Just that the tire pressure was good and everything was fine. There was no printed report on the condition of tires and brakes, as I would have hoped for, since I'm going on trip tomorrow.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! They really make you feel like family here. I called maybe 30 minutes before they closed because I got a flat tire and they said bring it in will fit you in. When I got there Larry was most helpful along with the other gentleman up front. I gave them my keys they went out fixed it and had me out the door by 5min after 6pm which maybe took 10 -15 minutes at the most in total, to fix my tire. They were so kind. I would definitely refer my friends and family here because it's an honest business that treats all their customers well.. the waiting room is very cozy and nice to with a charging station for electronics and a large TV.

Definitely one of the best spots to go! I Stopped by on my way to work at first to get air in my tires. The guy that helped me very nicely told me that I needed tires. When I looked completely lost, he took the time to look at my tire and tell me what size I needed and even took me inside and wrote it down for me (because I literally know nothing about cars). I came back and spoke to a gentleman about getting new tires. He proceeded To talk to me about all of my option but also told me what tires would benefit my situation best. He helped me find the perfect tires and booked an appointment. I came for my appointment after work and I was taken back 8 mins before my appointment! This place is so amazing! I went to Discount Tire last week to get two new tires and they completely F’d up my car. It Immediately started swerving, and wouldn’t break well it was really scary. I took it back TWICE to TWO different Discount tires and no one could figure out what was going on (it had never did this until they changed our tires). They were very disconnected from the whole situation and acted like it wasn’t their fault and didn’t want to help. We decided to just bring it into Community tire to see if they could help us and Darryl was sooo amazing! They were EXTREMELY helpful. They looked at our car and even took it for a drive to figure out what was going on. Discount did not balance the tires correctly, or rotate the tires like they should have with our car. Which caused the car to swerve and be off balance. They fixed our car within 15 minutes and it is working great! They were all extremely nice and helpful. I’m so thankful for this place! And on top of all that we did not pay a DIME! What a blessing! I absolutely recommend this place. Especially over Discount Tire. :)

Always a great experience here but this time Shawn and Darrell went above and beyond. They checked my warranty information, provided options for replacement tires, updated my user file and even gave me a ride home while they serviced my vette. We found them through Costco. We're fairly new to the area so we're looking for a "home" to take care of our cars and haven't had the best of luck with other places. Though it was a drive they had great reviews and Costco recommended them so that's big to us. Loved that they're open all day on Saturday so we dropped off my car then. Got a call Monday morning of what was wrong and it was done that afternoon. My 10 year old car is running like new again. Two pretty big problems (in my eyes) and both fixed. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been there twice so far and have had the best experiences with them. The male manager who is at the front is amazing. The female manager that I picked up my car from was amazing! I can't think of another time that I have received such awesome customer service. After having such a bad day with my tire blow-out (a tire that was old and that I did not buy from them), I was lucky to have had my 2 tires replaced previously by them and now I have a third! After getting the unnecessary run around from the ford dealership who wouldn't even look at my van for about a week(I'm from out if town paying every day for a hotel room. Ford originally told me that they would look at my vehicle 2 days after it was towed to their place and it ended up that they weren't going to get to looking at it till sometime next week).I towed my vehicle to this place and was delighted to be fixed and out of the shop within a few hours. This Shop will make your vehicle and situation right at any cost! I strive for honesty and accuracy (but I too am human) so I will start by saying that I had a bad experience. When management found out, I was personally contacted regarding my experience. I was very hesitant to even let them make it right, but they will do right by you. They worked out all of the logistics around my busy schedule, had another location in the East Valley for me (they have 6 locations) instead of the West Valley much further away, they sent out their specialist who handled the vehicle personally from there. Ultimately, they got my ‘97 Geo Tracker to pass emissions, which other mechanics weren’t able to do before, and they even took and returned my Tracker to with past emissions themselves instead of me having to. It can be simple to have a good experience once or twice, but a company’s true stars show when if they rectify a bad experience and persist until its been made right; to me, any relationship in life can start and go well, but true character shows when inevitable adversity hits: how do you handle the challenge? This is the best and only shop i would recommend!! I am a huge believer that every business is going to make mistakes however it is how you react after the mistakes are made which makes the difference. There was some miscommunication with the amount of time it was going to take to finish putting the rims on my tires and when i found out i reacted as anyone would who needed to be somewhere at a specific time and was stressed to the max. So I had a tire under warranty for a national plan. The warranty wasn't that great, they would only pay for a specific tire and I had to wait for the guys at community to get it from the warehouse...then wait some more while the warranty people decided what they would and wouldn't pay for. Tammi and Jesus were awesome, though, they kept me informed every step of the way and even though it took about 4 HOURS to finally get my tire taken care of, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable wait. There was even a changing table in the *gasp* clean women's restroom for me to change my 4 month old. ALSO, I left my kindle on the table by mistake, and Jesus kept it safe in the drawer for me. It sucked to wait 4 hours to get my tire fixed, but it was way less annoying because of the constant updates, communication and comfy seats.

I had just purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle because I was taking a road trip soon. On the Friday, after my work shift, the night before I was to leave, as I was driving home, my low tire light came on. I called them up and they said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. I get there and they find an object in my tire and couldn’t just repair it. I would have to have a new tire, which they didn’t have in stock at their location. Knowing that I was leaving first thing in the morning, before their shop opened, they located a tire at another location and went and picked it up and replaced it that night. I pulled into CTP about 2 weeks ago with a broken cv joint/axel, something or other. Not a real car savvy person and fear mechanics rates and having any car work done. They kinda put my financial worries at ease with their many ways to get on a payment plan. That’s what pulled me in for more work. Now, I was quoted $700 from another mechanic to fix my AC so when I heard $1200 I absolutely cringed. Again, not having much experience with cars or AC systems I was scared. But once I filed for SNAP financing I was instantly approved and had the work done. Then I’ll added up to well over what was quoted, I wasn’t too happy about that, but it was a gentle and smooth transaction, the work got done and so far the AC is running great! Now if I can figure out why my car is still overheating then maybe I’ll be 100% happy, but that might have been overlooked, or it might be another issue all together. So! I’m happy with what’s been done, it I think there is still lots more to do.

They didn't try to sell me a new tire or upcharge with something I don't need, they just gave me good service at a good price! And they did it on my lunch break. Ok so I was going to give these guys a bad review but read this and you'll understand why you should give them a chance. (Long story short) You get what you pay for and they're fair. The Longer Version: My car had a power steering pump, oil sending unit, a window regulator- all broken, I had a major a/c unit issue, and my oil needed changed and my car needed a tune up. So i spent $1780 for every thing which was pretty fair. I go to pay and the guy tenders cash when I was going to give him 2 cards to split the payment on. It took him over half an hour to figure out how to take my payment and STILL cant figure out HOW to split the payment so i give him one card and say Charge this one card since you cant really figure out how else to pay. I drive off to the car wash... My car breaks down. I call them and ask for a tow- it was going to take 3 hours so I have my bff come jump me and I drive home (maybe a block or 2 tops) the check engine light pops on. 😒 I was a little mad but I decided to just go back the next day. The shop manager was there and had been there the day before when his other counterpart had taken for EVER (I was nice the whole time, even after breaking down) so he has them run my car for codes and the code was "Low Voltage" so he has my battery changed for free and apologized for EVERYTHING and was a real nice guy. They are hard working, fair people who know how to do business, so even after all the mishaps...they still have a customer with me and my man (who bought some sweet truck tires with some killer warrantees for $400)

I was then told that I could get a ride!! It wasn't far at all, but it was really nice of them to offer a ride! What? Took my dodge magnum in for a misfire. Paid $655 for plugs coil and intake gasket, and a week later I end up with a burnt valve. ???????? I'm told $1800 to have repair done or $3500 for rebuilt motor. They took care of any and all problems after my initial visit. They always remember my name, even after a long period of time. There have been a few times that I chose to go another route when they informed me of an issue and quoted me a price to fix. I was not harassed or pressured to have them fix it which was awesome, many other places use intimidation, especially since I'm female. I can't stand that. So Community Tire confirmed what the dealer said but charged less plus they charged my air. They worked financing with me and I have 100 days to pay. True lifesave. My air started blowing warm so of course I took It back comes to find out I needed two shrader valves they charged the air and I'm rolling in comfort again. Thank you!

I’ll start with the positives of coming here. The staff is very friendly and personable, dealing with people who seem like they care are is a big deal for me, thus far I’ve dealt with Daryl and Larry. When discussing problems about my car I need addressed, it always feel like I'm talking with someone that's very knowledgeable. While describing problems with a car they'll actively give suggestions of what may be causing them and why, which I love. The location is clean and well maintained. Best of all the work is done very quickly. I had brought in my 97 miata for a valve cover gasket replacement and master clutch cylinder hose replacement and it was knocked out the same day the parts arrived. They also did two things that really made my day. One, they held the door open after closing for an extra 10 minutes for me to pick up my car. And two, prior to any work being done I had forgotten my wallet to pay for the inspection they did, when I asked to take the car and go get it they allowed the whole bill to slide (sweet). Now some of the negatives I experienced. The staff can be neglectful/forgetful. After having the Miata repaired they left air in the clutch lines which made it nearly impossible to shift, so I had to return the car and have it bleeded again (at no charge). I had been assured previously that the car was test driven before being given back to me, so I was pretty bothered by this. I also felt bothered when I noticed they left the Miata unlocked with the passenger window down overnight, while waiting for the ordered parts to arrive. Another downside is that they will only warranty their labor if they use the parts they pick/order, because they “want to guarantee the quality of the repair [they’re] performing”. As reasonable as this sounds it doesn’t make sense. A mechanics ability to install a part, shouldn’t be effected by the quality of the part. The process to install a new clutch is same whether you use a low or high quality part. So, when I needed a clutch kit installed in my RX-8 next, I was left to decide between possibly risking paying for the repair more than once, by giving them my OEM clutch kit (purchased for $330), or going with their clutch kit that was nearly 300% of the value of the OEM clutch kit I wanted to use. Since neither of these options were financially viable for me, I explained to Larry, that I couldn’t afford it and was thinking of going to other shops for an estimate. He asked me to give him a minute, and after maybe 10-15 seconds, he said he could do a clutch kit for around $540, instead of $974. As thrilled as I was to hear a $400+ price drop, it really upset me that I hadn’t been offered this in the first place, even after I had stressed I was in a tight financial situation. So I decided to look elsewhere. Thankfully, I found someone to warranty their labor and install my part, saving me $200 . I asked this mechanic what he thought about other shops not guaranteeing their labor for parts provided by customers, and said exactly what I had been thinking; “They could deliberately mess something up and charge you for the repairs again”. Too funny… I actually ended up calling Larry back afterwards to see if they could show/email me the original $974 clutch they had wanted to use, and although Larry said he’d oblige, I never received that email from him. Considering how amiable and personable they are when I come in and visit them, I’d like to assume he made the simple human mistake of forgetting, but after he/the staff forget to roll up my passenger side window to the Miata, forget to look its doors, forget to call me when the car was done, and forget to remove the first clutch hose they ordered from my repair bill (because it didn’t fit), it really starts to becomes inexcusable. It starts to make one question how much they care about their customer’s cars and finances. Overall, I felt my experiences I’ve had here are pleasant, and I would recommend others to come her for relatively minor repairs or maintenance, but maybe do some extra shopping should you have more major repairs.

Being a female and growing up with a mechanic for a father, it's always hard for me to take my vehicle to a shop. I recently purchased a car knowing it needed some repairs but for the price I couldn't pass it up. One of the first things it was going to need was an oil change, but I wanted to get up under the hood and check out everything else before I took it in. Because this was my first car in 6 years, I know longer had a shop to call home so I kept putting off the oil change. I finally broke down and decided to go to Community Tire Pro's (mostly because I had a flier for a free oil change) and check them out. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and find out that, not only did the manager help run the front, but that she was female! It took some of the tension off right away. I talked with Sissy about what I wanted done (oil change, a/c check, bumper to bumper inspection) and we set up a time for 8:30 the next morning. When I came in the next morning, Sissy remembered me and we got started on my paper work. I really wasn't prepared for how much time it was going to take to do all that I wanted done so Sissy let me know that if I wanted to get up and walk around the area to just let them know in case they needed to call me. Their waiting area was very nice and they even provide multiple chargers for your electronic devices! So I sat down and started to fiddle with my phone and before I knew it, my name was being called. The only thing that they found during their inspection that I didn't already know about was a crack in my radiator. Of course, seeing everything all sprawled out at once was a little overwhelming so Sissy had my service adviser put in order of what was most important. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay for more than what I originally asked for but Sissy told me that the prices they quoted me won't change and because I am a single mother, there are resources out there that might be able to help me. Even though I left feeling discouraged about the repairs, I was extremely satisfied with how they handled the situation, happy that they didn't push me into getting anything else done today, surprised to find that everything that needs to be done (including parts and labor) is itemized and easy to read, and relieved by the fact that I was talked to like an actual person. They even pulled my car to the front door so she was sitting there waiting for me when I walked out.

There are very few feelings as good as finding a place you can trust with you car. I've had my share of scumbag mechanics do a number on previous vehicles I've owned, all with the interest of getting me to come back to pay them for even more work. You don't want to believe that it can happen, but when someone intentionally sabotages the vehicle you rely on to make a living, it can be devastating. Which is why I'm glad I found Community. In the dead of summer, my AC does me the wonderful favor of going out. And these guys fixed it. It took two trips...at first they thought it was just a matter of replacing an O-ring and decided to get a few other minor fixes taken care of as well (all of which was more than fairly priced), but they added dye just in case. Good thing, as the problem was with the manifold. I brought it for the second time, paid a reasonable price for the replacement part and labor, and for weeks since, my AC has been gloriously cold in this mid-summer heat. They go the extra mile, in everything. They went over the diagnostic with me, showed me what needed to be done, and explained it all clearly. They gave me a solid timeframe as to when other work would need to be done on my car in the future, and they loaded me up with extremely generous discounts. The waiting area is comfortable; well air-conditioned; equipped with coffee, free wi-fi, and a charging station that can fit just about any device you may need to charge. Add clean bathrooms that my wife informed me were *very* well supplied, and it really feels like the VIP treatment. If the wait will be too long for your liking, they'll gladly offer you a ride home and pick you up when your car is ready. Its like night and day from previous car service centers I've been to before. They really put in the effort to provide good service as well as good work. And that's a rare thing. Highly recommended.

I remember the old days of free air and water supply in the gas stations, which is extinct nowadays. On my recent trip from Phoenix to Los Angeles in August 2018, however, I found such a service rendered by Mr. Mark Prestine, Service Advisor with the Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair in Phoenix. I had had a problem with starting my car after having checked out from a hotel in Phoenix in Friday morning on August 24. I drove my jump-started car to the nearest garage, the Community Tire. I tried to re-start the engine at the Community Tire to no avail. I went into the store and asked for the help. Mark went out with me to my stalled car. He toiled over my stalled car to re-start under the Phoenix scorching sun for a while but could not fix it. While sweating, he advised me to tow my car to a dealer to fix it and handed a yellow sticky with towing company’s phone number. I asked how much for the labor cost. He answered no charge. I just could not believe it. I had my car towed to the AutoNation Toyota and fixed the problem, and drove safely to Los Angeles in the same day. My heartfelt appreciation for Mark.

Went for a simple tire balance after taking it to the Tire Pros just nw of this location, that location was suppose to do a tire balance but after they were done, I had speed shakes around 60 mph. Great service, worked in car right away and surprisingly enough that I got it a few hours later, my only negative was I should’ve sought a second opinion just to assure the price point, I did get an estimate for other work and another garage met the price on my other work, now I need something else done to my car and have an estimate from one place so I know my guys here will do everything they can to beat that price, they honestly are the nicest guys and really do try their best to make me happy
