I have to give a five star review to the guys over here at big brand tire. I tried to fix up a car and was having some trouble so I asked them to take care of it. It was so difficult they were mot able to fix it either. But Paul was really nice and wiped off all the labor cost on the vehicle. The service was very impressive and I must give a big thumbs up to the manager for being such a wonderful man. I’ll definitely try them out another time if I have the chance.

I highly recommend these guys. I brought my car here on the recommendation of a long time customer after a previous mechanic failed to fix the issue. Not only did they fix the issue but after something broke while they were working on my car they went out of their way to make it right. That's not something you find often.

I recently went in for an oil change and everyone there was super nice as well as very informative of their pricing and deals they had. The dealership said I would need to leave my car overnight whereas community tires got it done in 1:30 hr and at a cheaper rate. I thought I needed a part, turns out it was just an adjustment. Have used these folks for years and just last week, once again, they did not disappoint. My 2019 Colorado needed new tires. They showed me all of the options for tires, including pricing (actually showed me the pricing for all of my options--very cool) and they noticed an awesome tire that was on sale for about 40% less than the price of the tires I had selected. They mentioned it and I ended up selecting the sale tires. I had them swap out my battery, too. Within an hour, I was back on the road. Honest folks, great service, great prices. Gotta love it!

Community Tire Pros and Automotive is the place to go! Matt that it is behind the desk is very nice and very easy to work with, he treats you with the most respect. I drive a 2007 Ford expedition with 247, 000 miles on it. May of 2020 I took it in for a full tune up which included eight new spark plugs, one coil and boot, two different flushes and a few different Little things. A few weeks ago my vehicle started acting about the same way as it was last year. And the day before I was taking it in it overheated and was leaking through the radiator. Within a few hours they had called and said I needed two more coils and Boots, one of which they covered under the warranty, and I needed a new radiator and hoses so it have to stay overnight. They kept me informed and updated all day. When it was done they took it for a test drive, and it still was not running the way they wanted it to be. They took the spark plugs and one of them had actually melted a little bit so they replaced them all under warranty. When I went to pick it up my boyfriend went inside with me to hear what they had to say, as I was getting in my car to leave my boyfriend said he would take his vehicle there the next time it needed work on. And that was because of how honest they are. Thank you guys for doing such a great job on my car and being a great and honest place to get work done. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Overall pleased with the service and facilities. I was offered Keurig coffee and cold water while waiting. Talked with staff as well. Good people working there I gave them the wrong tire size smaller and the store manager Howard kept the price quoted the same as the smaller tire. Who does that? Community tire center. All in all cold a/c and a work station very comfortable waiting area they had my repair done timely and professionally. I know why they were voted top shop.

I'm planning a long road trip and wanted an oil change. They not only were able to fit ne in before a holiday weekend, they checked my car completely as a courtesy service. My dad and I always come here by default because they deserve the business. They’ve been very honest with pricing and saved my dad a lot of money around Christmas time with their honesty about a $700 part they later realized wasn’t actually necessary for his car. I’ve been to a few places that over charged/pressured you into fixing everything right away but they’re very fair and understanding. They tell you what you actually need ASAP and what can wait until your financially able to fix. The customer service is great. Tim helped us yesterday, both my father and I had car problems in the same day (it was a bad day). We were in and out within a few hours with a new part and set of tires. Truly made our lives easier and days better. We are always happy and in good hands with them!

They were amazing from start to finish. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The front desk customer service is awesome, especially Amanda. She explained everything very well and did all she could do to save money. When I called at 10 AM to see when my car would be ready the next day, she said close to closing. I needed spark plugs and the boots and a 2 point flush job. I have a 2007 Ford Expedition with 243,000 miles on it and they have never been changed. They are very hard to get to on my Expedition and it's no easy task, and they had to do some major cleaning since they had never been done before. I told her I really needed the car by 3:30, for plans we had. At noon I got a call it was ready! They put two technicians on it to get it done on time. It now runs great again. No shaking like before and all the power it has is back. They are now my go to mechanics. Thank you for the great work and doing all you could do to have my car done on time.

I started coming to Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair about a year and half ago. In my opinion, their customer service and prices are unparalleled. The first visit I made to them was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was also in the market for some new tires soon and wanted to check them out first. A gal named Chris who works there took great care of me (still does to this day!) and I genuinely left excited about finding a car repair place I love. I never thought it could be so fun to get work done on your car! I've been servicing my car there for oil changes and normal maintenance for a year and half now and I've purchased tires from them as well as had a door handle replaced and the cooling system in my car serviced. They always do a great job and I always leave happy. I highly recommend this location and their car services!

I called the day of to get two new tires. They ordered them and had them same day. Great price! I had shopped around so I was happy they were fair. Then had to get two more tires the next week. I had been putting it off. Called in the morning, same thing. Ordered and delivered same day installation. Had my brakes done. Fair price. Have never been pressured about having unnecessary repairs made in fact was told this time my brakes were beginning to wear and more than likely would need replacement next time I needed an oil change, even given an estimate on the cost so that I could have time to budget for it. This place is awesome. I took my truck in because I had a screw in one of my brand new tires. They took super great care of me and I was in and out way quicker than I thought I would be for not calling ahead. While I was in the lobby waiting I over herd the staff talking to several people over the phone about various problems and I was really impressed at their level of honesty with their customers. They didnt use vague terms like "service" or "fix" they gave detailed descriptions the problems and what they would do to fix it. Definetly taking my truck here from now on!

Went into this location after visiting the Community Tires on University Dr. and having a decent experience. This location is no different if not better, great above and beyond service of your vehicle without the pressure to take care of repairs needed all at once. They even did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and discovered a nail in the rear driver's side tire which they took care of for me using my "High Mileage Club" coupon. I really don't see myself taking my vehicle anywhere else for service in the future, especially with my barber literally a block away! Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed.

Seeing as how our mechanic, who we've been going to for 20yrs is retiring, I figured I would give them a try. I scheduled an oil change (free w/ coupon) and an alignment. They informed me that my alignment wasn't really off that much, and since they check it anyway, there was no charge. What a blessing! They could have easily charged me for work that really wasn't needed, but they didn't. They just proved that they are trustworthy and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Both Lorenzo (Manager at Greenway/32nd store) and Jeremy R go over and beyond what you would expect from a store. I was having issues with my tires on a branch new vehicle. The road noise was driving me nuts. I decided to check out Community Tire and so glad I did. They treated me like I was their only customer. I got new 22 inch tires and didn't like them and they have a 30 day ride window. I decided to get smaller tires and rims and that solved the issue. Honest and friendly. Before coming here, Costco and discount tire company had told me there was no way to fix my run-flat tire and that I had to get a new one. A friend had been to this Community tire location before and suggested we try it. Ended up taking it here and they fixed it within an hour, for FREE. I insisted in paying for the service but they said that joining their rewards program (which is free and only requires an e-mail address to join) includes flat tire repair. I ended up saving 300$ for a new tire. Thanks to my service advisors Kris and Jason for taking care of me. Will be bringing my BMW here for my next service.

Communtiy Tire has always taken good care of my vehicle maintenance along with pointing out the proper maintenance schedule needed for both my vehicle as they differ in the upkeep and items needed to maintain. They have always gotten my vehicle back in the road in the time or before that they told me it would take..! When we started bringing our vehicles to Communtiy Tire they of course found a lot of items that needed to be addressed as most auto shops do but the difference with Community Tire is once we were able to afford to get a lot of those items fixed and repaired, we now rarely have issues with leaks break downs ect. & now enjoy not having to bring one of my cars in every few months to get something else fixed because Community Tire has both of vehicles in good shape mechanically so we don’t worry when it’s time to take a road trip..! This place was amazing. I brought my 2016 Chevy trax in that is a total lemon!! This is the 2nd time I have had to bring it in, this time because my turbo went out. I've always received fair and honest service with this shop. Being a woman, I'm always concerned about being taken advantage of by auto repair shops, but I've never had that happen here. One year they replaced a water pump for me and the following year I had my car at the dealership, who informed me that the water pump needed to be replaced but it was still under warranty. I called Community Auto and told them that they had replaced it the previous year and that I had since learned that it was a part that was still under warranty. If I could make this review a 10 star I would gladly do it!!! My experience with Community Tire Pros ("CTP") was the best I have ever had with any auto repair shop I've been to. I am a recent widow and have chronic health issues. I am supporting my daughter who also has chronic health issues and her infant son. One day a couple months ago I was driving home from a dental appointment when my vehicle engine (2012 Hyundai Sonata) seized up. AAA delivered it to one of their facilities and informed me of the problem the next day and quoted $5,000 "or more" as their quote. I didn't know what I was going to do. I was distraught at work and a co-worker/friend told me about CTP. I called and spoke with Kevin F. He was very gracious and helpful on the phone. He talked to me about the things that could be wrong and we arranged to have my car picked up the next day and delivered to the shop. Once we had determined that, yes, it was my engine, I gave them the information for my warranty company and Kevin had Brett S. call to inquire whether they would cover the repairs. The warranty company refused to assist us. Now at this point any other auto repair employees would have stopped there, but not them...they got online and began to research my car and tried to find another solution for me, knowing that I couldn't afford what this was going to cost. In doing so, Brett discovered that my particular VIN No. had a recall on it, and the amazing part is that the recall was for the very issue that my car had. I was not an original owner, and so had never received the recall notice. They then contacted a Hyundai dealership who agreed to look at the car and determine if it was their issue or not. As it turned out, the engine was covered 100% and not only that, but every other recall on my vehicle got repaired all at no cost to me!!! Because of the wonderful people at Community Pro Tires, Kevin and Brett, I received a brand new engine in my car, full rental covered by Hyundai, and a list of other things fixed for absolutely nothing. I had to write this review to let these gentlemen know how appreciated they are for going the extra mile and ALWAYS putting their customers first!!! I encourage anyone who wants to be treated fairly and wants someone in their corner when it comes to their vehicle repair to make Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair your place of business. Thanks again Kevin and Brett, you're the best!!!

Please read carefully. This review is not due to bad service, or a bad job performed, but rather a story. Company sits on a busy intersection of grand x olive to sell tires. After a friend having an emergency flat, I took her there thinking they would have a temporary replacement with a standard car tire. The cheapest option they had was a brand new tire for ~$90 We thanked them for their time and found a llanteria (Spanish tire shop) who had one used for $30 literally a mile southeast on grand. This was our initial intent, and this shop offered both new and used. The lesson: unless you are buying brand new rims or tires, or have the intent on doing so, look elsewhere.

The entire team is professional, kind, and above all honest. I walked into Community Tire about a month ago, concerned about a few things, my engine light was on, another shop that I went to previous told me I had a leak that would cost me $180.00 to fix. The friendly guys at Community Tire ran a diagnostic and all I needed was a small part replaced and I did not have a leak like the other guys told me I had. The car was in and out in less than 24 hours. Another time I went back because I smelled something burning and they showed me where I had a plastic bag stuck underneath my car causing the smell. They could have said I needed a new belt or some other reason to charge me more but they didn't. There were multiple opportunities to charge me extra and they always only charged me for what was actually going on with my vehicle. Kris Gordon and everyone went out of their way for me - their diesel mechanic diagnosed the problem and as it was a lengthy repair they kept my truck stored inside the shop for 4 days until I could make arrangements to get it home. However they were still able to do a rotation for me. Durring this process they discovered my tires had separated and were severely cracked. Back in January I had an issue with a blown head gasket on my 3 yr old Hyundai Sonata. Not knowing where to turn, I had my car towed to Community Tire Pro off 32nd St merely for convenience and proximity to my house. It was there that a certified technician diagnosed a very serious issue. From there, the Community Tire Pros team was gracious enough to explain everything to me that gone wrong with the vehicle (let's just say blown head gaskets are migraine inducing and money draining). Also, I was even given the opportunity to talk to the manager Lorenzo, who was nothing short of helpful in taking the time to work out my options that would fix the car and always returned my calls promptly. Additionally, it was also Lorenzo's advice that I call my vehicle manufacturer to learn of any warranty opportunities. Being the secondary owner of said Sonata, my knowledge of said warranty was limited at best. But I now happy to say that Hyundai would cover the repairs required to fix my care. It was the team at Community Tire Pros saved me a lot of money. Needless to say I will be returning there very soon.

I have taken two of my trucks there. I first brought them My black 2011 Nissan frontier. had them install a lift kit on it. The price was extremely fair and their turn around is quick. When I got the frontier back from them the front passenger side was a bit loose on the front suspension. Mishaps happen. It was a loose boltthat may have forgotten to be tightened. However I called and spoke with Calvin the manager. He had me bring back the truck and apologized. They corrected the problem took total accountability for the mistake. So that saying earned them a return customer. A month later I brought in my prized truck. 2013 lifted chevy Silverado z71 monster lift Trophy truck. Let's say I sumerged the truck in some deep water sucked water into the trans and front diff and transfer case. It was a bad situation. Again I called Calvin brought my truck in asap. Made time for me. They did an amazing job took care of my baby. Cared for it as if it was their own. Flushed and repeatedly flushed my system. Needless to say the truck is brand new again saved me thousands of dollars. You know what they didn't dig my pockets either. The work they did for the money I spent I feel I took adavantage of them. So if y'all want a reputable shop with honest fast friendly service and not get raped on price but still get top shelf quality of work then I highly recommend you go to this shop give Calvin a call and watch him and his staff work. My daughter bought a new Nissan Vera in 2015 which has had problems with the brakes for as long as we’ve had it. The master cylinder was replaced 4 times by the dealer and the car’s computer reprogrammed several times in addition to other attempted repairs. She finally agreed to have the car checked at Community Tire on N 32nd St in Phoenix where I have my truck serviced. After hearing the history of the problem and thoroughly inspecting the brake system they were able to find a small leak in one of the steel brake lines running to the back wheels. After a major job replacing that line the brakes are working great- better than they ever have. We are very grateful for the expertise of the technicians and manager Jimmi at Community Tire for their skill, honesty and professionalism in finally solving this problem.

Can't brag enough about this shop and their knowledgeable Technicians! They don't price gouge!! When I received a quote from another shop for $4k in repairs, I took it to CTP for a second opinion. After CTP diagnosed my vehicle, not only was the original quote exaggerated and overpriced, but CTP helped me prioritize the repairs; taking the time to explain what needed to be done first and foremost, and what was unnecessary from the original quote. They also didn't treat me like a 'number'. In the end, I paid around 1/4 of the original quote from the first shop. CTP repaired my car quickly and efficiently, and even took my vehicle to emissions for me!! I'll always take my car here in the future. The peace of mind they gave me is priceless.
