another great facility with exceptional service! I was recommended to visit this location because they had the part I needed for my wheels. I was turned down by 3 dealerships because they “couldn’t help with my tires & wheels”. Once I stepped foot into this location, the team quickly assessed & serviced my vehicle and they were able to get me in the same day, despite their busy schedule. I appreciated everyone doing their best to resolve the situation. Thanks Calvin, Danny, & Pablo + team. 10/10 recommend.

My past tire center closed so I chose to go to Big Brand for a truck flat repair. (Free I might add.) Unfortunately, I had flat come back. They said the repair did not hold for some reason. They replaced the tire same brand completely without charge. That is good customer service in my opinion. I will definitely recommend

Big Brand tires service located in the corner if 51st and Cactus Rd. The customer service is amazing!!! Everyone time my tire needs air those don’t hesitate to help you. I went today to let them check my front right tire because just the one it needed air most of the time. They checked it out and found out the a nail was getting the tire out of the air. They didn’t charge me for that. I highly recommend them.

Battery cable on my truck had stripped threads and would not connect correctly to the battery. After fighting with it forever, took it to Big Brand. Pedro looked it over, replaced the battery cable bolt while he showed me the problem that caused the trouble and gave me some great maintenance tips. Pedro was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. He demonstrated what customer service should be. Thanks, Pedro. You helped me regain my sanity. 😉👍

Heard an awful grinding noise when I applied my brakes. Brakes were checked all looked great until test drive and grind still there. They dug into it and found the problem and we are back on the road without having to take out a loan, unlike filling it up with gas 😂 Thank you Alex and all the great guys at Big Brand Tire & brakes on 51st Ave & Cactus. Update 4/30/21 Same story as before. Quality service with knowledgeable staff!!! Love this place! They are on the higher end of price but give excellent customer service! I went in to get some tires mounted and was very impressed with my overall experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on a unique alignment issue. My recommendation is strictly on quality of work and customer service. These guys know what’s up!

Amazing experience. When I called to schedule my appointment they answered all of the questions that I had and we scheduled the appointment. When it came time for my scheduled appointment I went in and they said we were just trying to call you because we need to reschedule because we're down a technician and is there any way that we could reschedule you. I appreciate them doing that for the simple fact that I would much rather be rescheduled than have unrealistic expectations of when my vehicle will be done. I went in today a service my vehicle they did a thorough check the customer service was amazing and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I could only afford 1 tire today , I don't make much and times are tough lately around the world. They were absolutely fine with my small transaction and I didn't get any sales pressure at all. When I walked in he said Hello Shelly after meeting just once before. That made me feel comfortable. When finished he let me know one of my other tires would need replacing soon but the other three are decent. Shocking most places would hard sell you until you buy more. I will be calling Big Brands soon for the bad one and in the future for all of my tire needs. Thank you for your professionalism and care. Keep up the good work stay cool.

Thank you for getting me in and out of the store in 30 minutes… I work night shift at Banner Thunderbird and walked to my car after shift and found a flat tire at 0630. I called USAA roadside assistance and they were there to change my tire at 0745 and I was at Big Brands tire at 0800 and it was one mile from the hospital!!

Quick service as they were able to accommodate an appointment for me same day. I needed my tire checked, because it had a slow leak. The cause was a large staple, which will be contributed to the “Things Found in Tires” bucket they have in the lobby. Lol! Love it! A free tire patch and I was on my way. Always pleasant staff, thanks for being a dependable, trustworthy, and a convenient place to go for all my car care needs over the years.

I’m getting ready to move back to Michigan so I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection of my vehicle. Gina was very friendly got me an appointment scheduled right away. When I showed up for my appointment at 10 AM they were already very busy but Gina acknowledged me right away and got me in on my schedule time. Danny did the oil change and inspection and he was very informative on what would need to be done to my vehicle to get ready for my trip with no pressure. Just when you thought all the good ones were gone....the folks at Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair show you that there is at least one car repair place that has integrity and really understands customer service. They do great work and stand behind it and ...they don't try to sell you what you don't need...I know - weird right? I LOVE IT TOO! Most honest place that I have been in a long time truly there for the customer excellent customer service quality of service. Immediate service I've waited 4 hours before for an oil change other places this was to get my tire changed I was there in in and out in 20 minutes and they had other cars in the bay! She had already spent money on service at a place on Cave Creek I dint like then . So. When it started again well you because it was "fixed" I said he'll No we are not going back there. Read few reviews BB Tire , we went to the one near our house at Cactus/51st Dr. He said is a lise connection on negative. Hum talking foreign to me but mk such sense that's way would start one time and the other not. They fixed . They even change my car fob battery which they do for free. Well done. Went in to get a tire patch/plug due to a screw I ran over. Service at the desk was great. The technician examined my tire to make sure it was repairable before I dropped my car off, which was reassuring. (In the past I've taken my car to get a tire plugged at other places, only to be called 2 hours later saying they couldn't repair it due to the location of the foreign object). Service was fast and my vehicle was ready for pickup in less than an hour. Very affordable and great service, especially compared to Big O tires. Will visit again next time I need tires or a repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

If I could give the shop a 10 star rating, then I would! They went above and beyond in every sense of the term. They worked around my schedule and even provided a ride for my toddler and I. I have a strict schedule because I pick up my twins from school and I work from home and only have a certain amount of time on my lunch. I was able to get my tire changed and they even called me about my AC and offered to fix that too. I was so so grateful for them! I did not have to worry about anything with the shot. I passed my emissions test and I was able to get my registration renewed and a matter of a day. Some thing I have been putting off for months because of my schedule with my children. This is a solid shop. I got new tires here and the staff is professional, the service was good and the price was what they quoted me for. Actually saved almost $100 going here as opposed to the other place I was looking into. Oh, I also really like their rewards point system they have. I was a first time customer and I don't think I got the $25 off that was advertised but again, I can't complain about the prices for their tires. Overall it was a positive experience and I would go again.

I went in for a basic full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I showed up early and they said that was great and would get me in soon. I went to she grocery store next door and came back about 45 minutes later to find my car was still not in the bay. It was now taken back about 45 minutes after my appointment time. I sat in the lobby while I watch a team of 1 put out a ton of fires (very impressive) but he had a few other guys there who could have been helping him. It was very chaotic and extremely unorganized. I have no idea if that’s normal for this shop since it was my first time there. It’s now been another 45 minutes or so and I haven’t had any update but I need to leave (I called ahead and let them know I needed to be out of there at a specific time). He then let me know if I wanted the other inspections done on my car it would be almost another 2 hours so I declined. Then I was charged for my stuff- a different price than I was told over the phone earlier in the week. He also told me I need tires and gave me a few options and that was it. Overall it was just ok, I’m not extremely impressed like I thought I would be.

I had Community tire replace my engine and many other worn out parts of my vehicle. Pat took the time to consult with me about pros and cons and details about the different work that would be done, warranties, etc. My vehicle has been running great now for a couple months. I am very happy with the work they did. When I have questions, they are willing to give me time and good explanations. They continue to give me very good follow up service that comes with a replaced engine. The mechanics at Community are knowledgeable and do good work.

These guys are awesome. They finished my repairs on time and even stayed after hours to make sure I picked up my vehicle. Update: Just bought a truck and needed tires so of course I went to Community. Set up an appointment for 3:30 online but dropped it off in the morning. They were done with it by 2:30 and there were 2 little teddy bears in my girls' booster seats waiting for them. These guys truly put costumer service first.

I've purchased tires from them twice and they've been quick and fair priced each time. Truthfully though tires are easy (should be - so another point for them). Here's what makes them great though: A few months ago my AC blew out and I had no idea why. I took it in for a free inspection and they found a crack underneath my AC compressor. For reference, this meant they would either have to have the car on a lift and look thoroughly or look through the tiniest nook to find the crack. They did this for FREE. I ended up doing the repair myself but here's why they were so important. Had I just come here first, I could have saved myself $200, time, and the trouble of being lied to by my Honda dealership. I work on my own cars, as well as family, and friends. If there's something I don't know about or can't do, I always come to and suggest this place. Their prices are reasonable and they do great work. But most of all, they're honest. They don't try to scare you into repairs you don't need, inflate problems, or suggest things for the sake of a quick buck. Do yourself a favor, big job or small job, let these folks take care of your car.

The Staff at Community Tire Pros at 51st Ave. & Catcus Rd. are awesome. I had a tire that could not be repaired due to a nail in the sidewall. Pat was able to order a tire for me and get it delivered same day. My tire was installed on my vehicle by Pat himself to get me on my way and free me from the donut spare that same day. For safety reasons I could not drive freeway speeds on the donut spare. Pat and his two coworkers all had a hand in getting my tire issue resolved. My 3rd time with Community Tire. Went in thinking it was a repair covered by their warranty. Bad starter that was replaced by them 1 year before. They replaced the starter twice over 2 days (under their warranty) before zeroing in on defective wiring. New wires run and no charge for the new starter. I appreciate an honest shop that honors their warranty, even though that wasn't the problem. I highly recommend them and I tell everyone I can.

Absolutely an amazing job that this team does! I have a Nissan Frontier that has been to dealerships and they couldn't figure out the issues. Mind you, this truck has 268,000 miles on it! It was running rough, I spoke with Pat, explained to him that his company has taken care of some of my vehicles I had in the past and could they diagnose it? They did, replaced the MAF and had a broken EGR..So I went and picked up the truck! Well mind you, I bought this truck knowing it had headaches..Truck ran great when they fixed it..The AC was also having some issues, so I took it to back to them..They sent me pictures of the issue, explained to me what it was going to take.I agreed to the repair, and the next day, went and picked up the truck! They are an amazing team! Great Service, and Great Communication! I highly recommend this company and team!!

This business, particularly Pat Young, deserves a 10 out of 5 possible stars. Here is why: My son, who lived in AZ attending ASU, was using my California registered Toyota Corolla 2004. The check engine light came on, and he got an estimate for repair at one shop, but I insisted he get a second price. Since he trusted Pat and Community Tire Pros, he took the car there for a better price to do the repairs. Among other things, the car required a new catalytic converter. The part and labor just for the catalytic converter came out to $1100. Total repairs and other maintenance costs were $3200. When dropping off the car, my son informed the mechanics that he would need the car to pass smog in strict California soon, because he was moving back home. They noted this request in the documentation for the repair. That was completed without issue in December of 2020. In June of 2021, it came time to take the car back to California and we went to Community Tire Pros for some new tires. I was immediately impressed by one of their technicians who walked out to the parking lot to assess the tires and give advice about what was the best and cheapest way to be safe on the road. He not only told us what was recommended but WHY the recommendations for tires had changed - we were relying on some outdated advice. He was very knowledgeable about the technology of tires and road conditions. Well, fast forward to December of 2021 after driving the car for one year, it came up for California registration. I took it to be smogged here in Oakland and it failed. My trusted California mechanic said that it would have passed in any other state, but the unit they put on would not be acceptable in California. I instructed him to put on the correct converter which cost me $2400. Having looked up the documentation for the repair done in Dec 2020, we found proof that my son had told them about it needing to pass CA smog. (I should note that my son did not keep the receipt for the repairs, he looked it up on the Community Tire Pros handy website. He had taken the car there before and was a regular customer of theirs. So, a plug for registering with them as a customer.) I asked my California mechanic to save the incorrect converter installed by Community Tire so that I could try to sell it or possibly get some refund. That is when I started working with Pat Young. I called and calmly and respectfully explained my situation. He initially said that I should have gone to another Community Tire location in order to get the additional repairs done there under warranty. This did not really occur to me, mostly because I wasn't feeling too trustful of the organization at that point. But soon, Pat and I agreed that I would send him the old converter ($24 through UPS) and he would go from there. I was thinking that I would feel lucky to get a few hundred bucks from them if that. But I was dead wrong. After a few more phone calls, verifying that the old converter had arrived to them and letting the holiday break pass, Pat called to inform me that I was going to be given an entire refund for the part and labor for the catalytic converter installation that they did in December of 2020. WOW! I just checked and $1100 has been credited to my credit card account. I was so happy and grateful! I have been telling my friends about this feel good story - there seem to be so few of them these days. I want to spread my appreciation and respect for Pat Young and Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair of Glendale, AZ. While I wish the repair was done perfectly the first time, Pat made this process very manageable and efficient. When I call them, they are pretty nice. A lady is always nice on the phone. Always check coupons on their website before you go in! Car is serviced by the promised time. The only improvement I would like to suggest is…. Can you please acknowledge us when we come in the shop? My husband had to stand there like 5 min with no acknowledgment. I do not come in and just walk up to someone’s desk. I have learned it is rude so I always wait till I’m called. I don’t feel welcomed every time I come into this shop. The only shop I trust in Arizona. They took great care of us when buying tires. Their warranty replaced my tire when I got a screw in it. They are honest with oil changes. We went to pep boys to get our brakes checked and they wanted 500 to replace our rotors. Community tires took a look and charged us 27$ and said our bolt for our control arm was coming out but our brakes were fine. We will never take our cars anywhere else

Well, no problems with how the oil change I came in for was handled, in and out in under an hour, much improved from my last oil change. But, before my van was ready I was informed that the mechanic working on my van was recommending 4 new tires due to insufficient tread depth and sidewall cracking/checking. The rear tires were purchased less than 2 years ago and have 20,000 miles on them. The front tires were sold and installed by Community on 9/10/20, just under a year ago. They have 14, 248 miles on them. If the mechanic says they need to be replaced should we be having a warranty discussion? There is absolutely zero cracking and/or checking on the sidewall of any of the 4 tires. So I'm puzzled. Anyway, have used Community since arriving in the valley 2 years ago and will continue to do so. Overall great service and fair competitive pricing.

I needed an alignment done on my truck after buying some new tires. I could tell something was off in my front end as it was pulling to the right and made some funky noises on bumps. They we're able to fix my front end and get the alignment done for me in about 2 days which worked out great as they were my days off. They initially told me 900$ and when I showed up it ended up almost 200 less so that was a great surprise. I'd certainly use this shop again!

They were nice when I first went in, they found what I needed for my Teardrop trailer and made sure it would hold the weight on the trailer. When I went to pick up my trailer they did not put the space tire back up under the trailer, when I asked they said they did not have the tool. The tool is a 4 way just like what I/we use to take off a tire. Because that is what I used when I got home to put it back up. Also they changed me $11 for tire disposal, when I loaded both tires up and took them with me. They did not disposal of anything. All in all I learned a lot so I guess I can thank them for that.

Tire quote on phone wasn't noted on file. Tire that was put on was a better tire I'm sure but not notified of price change because quote was not on file and quoter was on his day off. Price was negotiated to half the difference. Witch I was ok with. But then I noticed that there was no nitrogen green stem covers on the valve stems. Now I have doubts if the tires have nitrogen in them. I have been coming to this store for over 25 years and have always been very satisfied with there honesty and professionalism. I'll just chalk this visit as a bad day and hope it goes better next time.

NEW REVIEW- I just visited Community Tire and Pro on 2/23/2021. Google doesn’t allow me to post a new review so hopefully you’ll see the difference between my most recent and last visit. Community Tire and Pro are one of the only mechanics that I’m aware of that has a point system which is one of the main reasons Income back. They also have some of the most reasonable prices and each month they have specials which I try and take advantage of. I was very satisfied with the work they did on both of my cars and plan on taking my cars back in the future. OLD REVIEW- The good news is that Community Tire and Pro is very customer friendly and they do value repeat customers. The bad news (at least from my experience today) is they miss things. I had an oil change and air filter replaced and my tires were checked. Tires needed to be replaced however they didn’t have any in stock for my van. I went to Discount Tire after I left and found out that the tires they recommended weren’t for my van. Also in waiting room of someone is playing loud vulgar music on their phones you’ll have to wait for them to leave before any staff says something to customer (I had to speak up which made it uncomfortable)

I was on my way to pick my fiance up from work when suddenly I heard the ticking of what I thought was a nail in my tire. I inspected the problem only to find that a chunk of some road debris from the recent construction had lodged itself directly into the tire. One of the first calls I made was to Community Tire Pros which happened to be fairly close. Upon calling I was greeted with a friendly tone from a woman who kindly asked what services they could provide for me. After telling her the issue, she told me to bring it by and that they would repair the tire for free the first time; granted I fill out some simple contact info. I kindly obliged and slowly made my way to the shop. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, and although they seemed busy, had no problem diagnosing my issue on the spot. I was told they'd have it fixed in no time, and sure enough, about 15 minutes later it was. No issues since. I have to give this place 5 stars for helping me out, and free of charge no less. I have no problem giving them repeat business in the future. Very professional and prompt service.

It was my first time buying tires and this place definitely did not disappoint. I of course did my research on other tire shops to make sure I was getting the best deal and they were $50 cheaper than anyone else. I also am able to get my tires replaced with no questions asked if my tires are unrepairable. Discount wanted to charge an extra $20 per tire for the same deal. I will definitely be returning for future tire purchases.

Highly recommend! Very honest people! Brought my 2001 4runner that had a check engine light here after a neighbor recommended these guys. Professional from start to finish. They suspected the gas tank was the culprit. So they had a new one sent in the very next day! It was quick! After they inspected the old tank they noticed a roll over valve was busted. They immediately called me to let me know that the repair was going to be significantly cheaper. Very honest people. I first started going to this place six years ago because my uncle, who built his own hot rod, recommended it. I have NEVER been disappointed. They always have top-of-the-line service and you can count on them to be honest 100% of the time. Also, their workers stick with the company, so you're getting lifetime master tradesmen. After going to school out of state and moving back three years later, I ended up living about a 45-min drive away from them. I still make the drive to get my car worked on by them. They're more than worth it. My car is ten years old and over 100K miles and I had a problem with the engine light coming on and the accelerator cutting out, but after a few hours the light would go off and the problem was undetectable. When it came back on again, they let me bring it in, on a busy day, right on the spot when I was having the problem, and quickly diagnosed it (bad throttle position sensor -- easily replaced). This week, I had a battery that was nearing its need for replacement and had scheduled an appointment for this Saturday, along with some fluid flushes. My car didn't make it through to the weekend and died Monday night, so I needed a jump. I didn't want to be stranded again so I resolved to try to get it replaced sooner, but had such a busy day at work on Tuesday that I didn't get the chance to call them until after 5pm. They still let me bring it in, and after climbing through rush hour traffic from the other end of Phx metro, I got there about ten minutes before closing time -- and they still replaced my battery. These people are honest, they are experts, and they are all-around awesome people who will really take care of you when it counts. I recommend them to the people I care most about.

Went here because a friend recommended them. I did read all the reviews and felt good about it. Got here when they opened and was 3rd in line. One guy waiting on people. Once it was my turn I explained what I was looking for and at what price. His quote was higher than I had paid elsewhere so I was going to leave. Of course they tried to retain my business, so if I could show them what I had paid elsewhere they could warrant a discount. Mind you I had been told it would be the cost of the tires plus mounting and balancing. I produced my receipt and then I received a quote that was HIGHER than what I had paid the other company! I went here on the recommendation of a friend. I left on my personal experience . This is not a place to recommend for price. The service advisor assisting me was professional and nice. The other gentlemam he conferred with, again professional. This is service I appreciate. What I don't appreciate is when someone knows I am looking for the best price and says one thing, but after seeing what I paid the other place...quotes me higher and adds things to the quote to get in the ballpark. I see this as possibly 2 things. 1) I am a woman and so you think I can be taken advantage of , or 2) you baited and switched me after you saw my receipt. Either way, you lost my business and that of anyone who asks for a recommendation for tires. Reputation is integrity. I value mine, obviously to me, more than you value yours. I would have rather supported a smaller company, yours, but I chose another.

(i think its an age thing because younger generation doesn't seem to understand customer loyalty and building those relationships) i dropped my car off and was shuttled home. We were in town from out of state and saw that the low tire pressure light lit up on my dash of our rental car for the second day in a row. We put air in it after the first time the light lit up so the next day we brought it in. We were not familiar with any of the tire places in the area so we looked for the nearest tire shop and saw the reviews for this tire shop and had to see if they could help. We stopped in and by the end of the day we had one tire replaced and another one repaired because we found not one tire with a nail in it but two had nails embedded into the tire. I went there today and dealt w/Matt. I called in advance to see if I could get in for a walk-in oil change - he said, with some hesitation, yes. I use a special oil and filter so I brought my own. They didn't have an issue with that. I was outta there in 45min even though they got slammed right after I got there. $7.. They used a coupon that I didn't bring. I was there 6mo ago and dealt w/Pat. I called in advance to see if they could mount a new tire that I bought off the Internet to a new rim that I bought off the Internet and balance the pair so I could use it as a spare (to match my other custom rims and tires). He said $16.00. I told him we'd talk about it when I got there (the tire and rim combo are 65lbs.). I dropped it off. They mounted and balanced it. I came to pick it up and it was free because they used a coupon that I didn't bring. You just don't see places like this anymore. A gem in the desert. Thanks guys!!

Great service, always on-time, and they're really honest about when services actually NEED to be done. Only place in Phoenix I take my cars. My brother worked there and thought one of the guys was maybe being dishonest and brought it to the owners attention. The owner told my brother he'd rather close down the shop before he'd ever own a dishonest shop. That being said, I trust this place. The guy that looked at my van has been there over ten years and I really felt like he knew what he was talking about. And never once did he try to sell me anything other than what I can there for. This place would have five stars, however I felt like the receptionist was REALLY dishonest .I made an appointment and when I got there she said there was one person ahead of me (even though there was two separate people there) and that they wouldn't even be able to look at my van for up to a half hour. I waited for over two hours for what was supposed to be up to an hour inspection! They could have called me or rescheduled the appointment. And because of that I finally got out of there just in time for rush hour. That kind of was a bit off putting to say the least. It makes me rethink going there again.

Went in for a free tire rotation and an oil change turned out my car battery was dead so they called Napa to prorate which they agreed to even though I had purchased from a different shop. We have used them for years on multiple vehicles and always received great service and quality repairs, although in the past year or two some of the great employees have left and the newer ones did not seem as customer-focused. We decided to give them another try when we heard Howard Jr. had returned. The first time we called to get an estimate on a valve cover gasket job, they were supposed to email a breakdown of the estimate to us but didnt. A few days later, we called them again and this time the quote was different and claimed they didnt see the coupon on our rewards account, which previously they did see. After finally coming to an agreement we scheduled the service. When we went to pick up truck after service was completed, there were $150 more added to bill. When questioned my husband was told that the other items are part of the service we requested and should have been included in the quote. They weren't and no one called us prior to doing them to tell us those had been forgotten on the estimate. We paid it as we needed vehicle, but we are unhappy that they did not communicate everything properly and made us pay for their mistake. *Update* I recieved a call today from Howard Jr. who apologized for the lack of customer communication from the desk personnel or technician. He thanked me for being honest in my review as he wouldn't know and cant correct these situations if he doesnt know it's happening. He is trying very hard to work on resolving and regaining their great customer service and earn customers loyalty again. Howard also provided a credit on my rewards account for our next visit, which I appreciate and did not expect. I really hope Community knows how lucky they are to have Howard back and my family looks forward to using them again for our next auto repair.

I originally went to Communtiy Tire Pros on Greenway and 32nd St to get new tires about two years ago. I was very happy with the price and tires. I went to Community Tires Pros on Cactus and 51ave a few months ago to get a oil change (I had seen their repair shop many times because of getting groceries at Albertson’s and their shop was always busy) and I was really happy with my oil change. I’ve been putting the repair work off for my suspension for awhile but I knew it needed to be done (could hear rattling in my struts and could see they were leaking too. The motor mounts bushing were cracking too because of age from wear and tear). They recommended the struts and motor mounts to be repaired. I had price estimates from other mechanics and shops I had been to prior to getting my oil changed at the Cactus and 51st Ave. location. So because of my experience with my oil change and the really good customer service from the service advisors I decided to go to Community Tire Pros on Cactus and 51ave to have my Toyota Corolla’s suspension and brakes repaired. It was a big time suspension repair job which and brake repair (I drive a lot so my brakes were due for repair too). My car’s is like a brand new car! My brakes stop like a brand new car too! It drives amazing. I definitely recommend Communtiy Tire Pros on 51 Ave & Cactus. Their service advisors (Ricky, Shaun and Howard) were awesome and helpful too! I’ve had my car for going on fifteen years and this is my first review I’ve written for my car’s auto repair. I’m glad to write it because I’m really happy with the work done on my car from their shop.

Their prices are the best also, for example when having warranty work done on y 2004 honda civic hybrid at the dealer, they wanted an additional $1200 for what they said was totally necessary services. When i came into community tire, the $1200 dollars needed suddenly became $500. Do youselves a favor and bypass the dealer whenever you can.

My dad is a triple amputee veitnam vet. The VA pays for work done on his vehicle. Catch is the shop has to wait 30-60 days for payment. We could not find a shop anywhere here in the valley that would wait on payment. None of the Chevy or GMC dealerships would wait on the payment from the Veterans administration. But i stopped into Community Tire 1 day and told them my father's situation and it was like I was talking to family. They told me of course they help and they would do anything to help a Veteran. And they did just that. They spent alot on the phone dealing with the VA. IT'S NOT EASY DEALING WITH THEM. But they did. Not only did they do what 90% of shops wont and the dealships refuses to do Dads A/C works better now than it did the day they bought the car brand new. I cant say enough good things about these guys at community tire on 51av and cactus. Ricky thank u for what u did to help my father. You guys are amazing.
