I like the way this place operates. They wait on you and you sit for a few minutes and you’re done. Great system. Everybody’s in and out. I called to have some new tires mounted on new expensive rims. I was told to bring the tires and rims in. Brought them to Bay 7 Wednesday the 2nd 2022 and that guy was great . And also the guy that put the tires on the rims was also great.. this will be my new place.. thank you

Brought my Durango in for all four new tires this morning, in and out in 35 minutes amazing service, just an all-around, family, orientated friendly business. They even took care of boxing up my old rims and carefully putting them in my car for me. They are seriously the best around! These guys were amazing. Came out to a nearly flat tire, pumped it up and took ot over ti them. Thought i would need a brand new tire, it was a huge nail in my tire, they found it, patched it, and had me in and out on less than 15 minutes. I was so pleased and delighted. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Tire City went above the mark. I had a slow leak in my tire and it was fixed. The tire indicator light would not go off. I took the car back today to have them turn off the light. They found another tire that had a nail in it! They fixed the tire and I was on my way!!

My whole family has been going here my entire life and before I was born. I myself get tires atleast once a year and sometimes I have to get one or a few more through out the year. I use my car for work and put alot of miles on it. I went in and got a screw and leak plugged. Was great as always. Then I noticed it still felt Like a rock in my tire. There was a giant glob of rubber like it was not trimmed. So I go back next day to have It trimmed. Or done again. I waited an hour to pull my car in, then another 40 mins and I look back and my tire and rim are still leaning on the same pole it was 20 mins earlier. I waited and watched and it wasn't touched. So I asked if my tire was ok. Office guy walked back and talked with tire guy, then the guy started putting it on. At this point its been 2 hrs, I mean what ever waits happen. however, I leave and car still feels like it has a rock in the tire. I pull over and check. The same blob of a rubber plug is there and he filled my tire up to 50psi. When 36psi is the rec. Really?. So my time was wasted. Not happy. Now I have to take it some where again. Probably should look for another tire shop, but I will give them another chance when I get my next 4 tires. I don't know what's changed since last year, but noone seemed happy.

We have been using Tire City my whole life! They not only do quality work and have great customer service, but they are literally the best tire place in all of Bucks County! We love that if we have a tire problem we can roll in and get it checked and worked on without a worry and sometimes the work is comped because we bought our tires there! Have been here many times and they are always fast and honest. They have made lifelong customers of myself and family with friendly and reasonably priced repairs. This particular review prompted by a bad experience elsewhere. I was having an issue out of state and on hours tire city wasn’t open so against my better judgment went somewhere else. They kept me waiting a very long time and tried to sell me 4 new tires (having just replaced one 2 days before I know this was untrue). I left and went to tire city when I was back in the area. Despite having literally 20 people already there and waiting they had me in and out in under 30 mins and had plugged my tire. THEY ARE AMAZING. Thank you!

I came in with a flat tire that I caused by hitting a curb. Without me saying anything they replaced the tire . I was willing to pay because it was my fault. They told me the tire was under warranty for a year. After 63 years they still have the best prices and service . I remember my parents buying tires here when I was a kid.

Well, today I got married. First let me say that, Rich and the entire staff at that establishment helped me out in a awesome way. I have NEVER bought new tires or rims for a vehicle that I have ever owned, and I had plenty of them. So I decided to go there after driving by that place for many years. They were AWESOME SAUCE. After I told them quietly that " this was my first time buying tires and rims, they went above and beyond to assist me, patiently giving me my options based on what I needed. So the day I went to get the service done I was absolutely in love, they were happy for me and I was overly joyed with the service I received. Oh and when I went in to make the appointment I told them that I wanted. some "SEXY" rims lol..and lo and behold that's what I got. When they do charge the price is beyond reasonable. The work is always solid - they've also been able to repair damage that other places could not.

So let's start off with the negative, the wait time. I waited about 1hr after coming in to request a tire plug. Then an additional 40min to get the tire plugged. The tire plug only took about 15min. The positive the environment was welcome. First with the seat spacing I felt comfortable sitting inside. 2nd I left after waiting so long because I loved only 4 min away. The person I talked to said he threw my slip away after I called to see if they forget about me. Instead of an argument or a refusal to service. The person was really kind and said come on in you'll be up next and well I was up next. When it was my turn they took off my spare filled it with air, plugged my tire for the low, low price of free. With all things considers this is a really great business. I would recommend this to more people.

I been coming here for tires for a few years now. Been served 3 times. Always fairly quick service. About 40 minutes wait. That's about standard. About $100 a tire. Installed. That's a little cheaper than most I been too. I haven't had any problems here. I just walk to the gas station next door and kill some time there drinking and snacking. I go back to the shop. Sit for about 15 minutes. Pay and I'm on my way. I haven't had any issues with the installation.

I was in the area trying get a mail on my tire out and had googled nearest tire repairs because the garage i stopped at couldn't help me Tire City was a block away. I waited in line a few mins and spoke to the lady at the counterand explained my situation. She was very pleasant and kind and assured me to drive into bay one and they would take a look at it for me. I didn't even have to leave my car as the gentleman lifted the back and in 5 minutes he was done. I was under some anxiety thinking for all this service I would need to pay quite a bit since i am on a retired budget. As i went to pay four the written the lazy begging the cone countertold me out was a small nail and there was no charge. I was Moore than happy to day three least. They turned my day that was starting off wrong into a positive experience. I want to thank the people from tire city and would recommend them with 5 stars.

Tire City has my business hands down! I will be going here for all my tire needs. They are very friendly, helpful, and delightful! My tire was constantly deflating so I went to Goodyear to have it checked out. Goodyear said that I needed a new tire so I called around to inquire about prices for a new tire. I called Tire City and Terry found the tire I needed and was able to get it the very next day. All the other shops told me I would have to wait a few days. When I arrived, the ladies at the front desk were very nice. I can't remember the lady's name who helped me( sorry) but she saw I had my hands full with my 1 and 2 year old sons so she filled out my paperwork for me and had someone pull my vehicle around to the shop. As we were waiting she even came over and handed me two Tire City shirts for my boys. They started working on my vehicle right away and in no time Terry called my name and explained to me that he could repair my tire and that I didn't need a new tire. He was honest with me and did not try to get money out of me by offering unnecessary services. It is hard to find honest and friendly mechanics and customer service these days, and Tire City has both. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Thank you!

Exceptional service, amazing employees! I came in today for a new tire for my Jetta. I spent more than I wanted to, but to be fair I am on a very VERY tight budget. Regardless, their price was still less than anyone I called in the area. Only costed me $91 bucks, and even though they were busy, I was in and out relatively quick. Their staff from the front desk to the garage was extremely friendly and personable! Thank you all so much! Should I ever need another tire, you bet I will come back without a second thought.

In my opinion this is the best tire stores / service station, prices are great I always by my tires their, usually Coopers because they are very reliable and an excellent Tire. They are great performance tires and no matter what happens to the tires they will fix them and they will fix them for free. Even the tires they don't sell to customers they still give an insane cost for fixing a flat. And it's great service and they stand behind everything they do. I mean you wouldn't believe it in a million years how cheap it is!

I showed up today (5/28/2020) with no appointment to get a tire replaced. In NO MORE than 35 mins, I was checked in, serviced and paid out !!! Really kind employees and quality work done. They even helped me save a few bucks instead of the opposite, as many car shops/tire shops try to over sell you items/seevices when they know you have minimal knowledge on vehicles! I'll DEFINITELY be back for my complimentary tire rotation (when you buy a tire this is given for free! ) ALSO, I only paid $101 for the entire process as MAVIS quoted me over $200 for the same service and same tire.

I've bought a couple sets of tires from here over the past 10 years. Their prices are fair and their customer service policy is what keeps this place going strong. There is a small wait on the weekends but they keep things moving. My car had a problem with new tires being out of balance after they installed them. They fixed it right away with no hassle. Very good place to go for tires. They are nice on the phone and in person. They have always worked to save me money but also help me choose the best tires. I've gotten lost in the shuffle when they were swapping in my winter tires and it took longer because of a communication breakdown between the shop and the office. If it seems like it is taking too long, just ask them for an update. But that was once in a dozen times. It is a very good place to go overall.

Insanely fast service to change, mount and balance 4 tires and the prices were very competitive. Name brands tires too and not some knockoff brands. I think parking to payment or might have been under 40 minutes with no appointment

I'm down from NYC visiting my friend in Philly to celebrate my birthday. I was heading back home with my girlfriend, dog and a trunk full of stuff when I blew a hole the size of a quarter in one of my tires while headed north on I-95 around exit 37. Horrified and devastated would be understatements. My spare was flat w a huge screw in it and I felt abt the same as my spare...screwed. Luckily I found Tire City online and they ended up coming out, plugging the spare and replacing it on the side of the road. BUT GUESS WHAT. They did it for free and believe me, I insisted and tried to give them something. Everyone else I called was trying to tow me for a starting $65. WHAT?! After getting patched up and wished a happy birthday, I needed a new spare so the only thing they allowed me to give them was my business. They waived the various balancing, weight and installment fees. I literally only payed for a brand new tire. The people here are great, this kind of hospitality makes me miss living outside the city. If I ever get in this condition again, I hope I'm somewhere in their vicinity.

I went there today 9/5/17 with a pre-existing slow leak in my tire. I had paid another tire company to repair it two times and it still was leaking. They suggested replacement but didn't carry Michelin Premier Tires. Every six weeks our pressure sensor would illuminate prompting me to add air. They found that it was the tire stem that was leaking not the tire and repaired it without charging me. I have four vehicles in our home and will just go to Tire City from now on.
