Scott was extremely helpful from the beginning to end. I honestly can't say enough about my experience with him. I started out going to Ford on the Blvd (where i purchased my vehicle) they were god awful! Ride from the start. Not helpful and take you for every penny possible. I decided to go to Eppies to see if ford was ripping me off. As I suspected they were, BIG TIME! Eppies will be my go to now.

This service reminded me of my hometown repair shops back in Russia, it is pretty cluttered and appears dirty and old. But do not jump to conclusions. Tech there are friendly and always willing to help with advice. The young kid that helped me with my wheels deserves a mention. (I forgot his name, unfortunately.) Scott, the service writer was brief and on point. No hidden fees, everything was communicated properly. We agreed that I will come exactly a week after I requested service and my service was complete on time. One thing that could have been better is that I gave him two light alloy wheel discs to repair but only one was repairable. I found out about it only at pick up and he agreed to dispose of them at no cost. This whole operation is being run by only 4 people which is astonishing, considering the amount of customers they get. Overall a great experience and I hope things will go uphill for them so that they could declutter, expand their operation and renovate their business. With giants like Amazon and Walmart closing in on the automotive service industry, these small shops that honed in their craft to the level of art are a dying breed that should be cherished and appreciated.

Came all the way here from NJ since no places carried my Yokohama tires. Scott and the rest of the team was great! Called Thursday and was told they could have my tire ready by the next day and I out in 30 mins! PLUS, they fed me pizza and saved me $30. Friendly and great prices

Found this place since its only one who mounts 22 inch tires. My both cars has 22 inch rims. And regular tire shops refuses to mount them. Epies always does good job. Not a single scratch on rims and usually job gets done while u waiting. This time they even stayed longer after work hours to mount tires on my 22 inch wheels for audi q7. Highly reccomend

My tire unfortunately blew after running over a large nail on 95. I found this place on the internet and came right over because the reviews were extremely positive. After my experience, I can see why everyone has nothing but positive things to say. The guys were honest, quick to service my vehicle on such short notice, and did a great job. I ended up just replacing all four tires because their price for tires and installation was too great to pass up. I highly recommend this business!

Went to eppies today for my vehicle inspection and once again left a happy customer. I recommend this shop. They are always friendly and fair. And they get you done pretty quick. I had some minor work done and yearly inspection and they got me out in less than 2hrs! Thanks Scott, Kent & the guy who did my inspection (I'm sorry I don't know ur name!).

These folks are beyond belief. My brother has been going there for years and told me about them. Extremely customer oriented. Very courteous and you will not find better prices. My car dealer wanted $400 to replace a single tire. Their price $188 total. TIP: call early in am with your tire specks and they will order it and tell you when to come in. This will save you the wait. Deservedly so they are very busy. Can't recommend them enough.

EPPIE'S IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT!!! They provide nothing less than quality service with unmatched prices even in the pandemic. Kent and Scott are so friendly at the front desk and provide the best customer service in the area. Over the years they have always come through for me to the point that I've recommended friends who now travel out of state because they only trust their work. Also note: Eppie's currently requires mandatory masks in the store with a limited capacity to keep everyone safe! I highly recommend them.

The price was right and they did a great job! The staff was very friendly to. I did have to wait 3 hours for it, but that was at least partially because one of the two tires they'd ordered was sent to the wrong location. There was also a mechanic banging on a wheel in the waiting room at one time- that was kind of annoying.

I knew I needed 4 tires due to all kept loosing air too frequently even before the cold weather. I went in today, first time ever, alone. I decided to joke with the man behind the counter. I spoke up with a joking tone and said Hi, I'm a nervous female with limited funds, please, don't take advantage of me. I laughed, he smiled and proceeded to help me with a more than fair deal. Can't explaint it better than saying I am not naive and did research on tires and a male friend of a friend helped me prepare what would be a decent deal. I instantly trusted I was being respected and treated honestly. A great relief. The only better feeling was driving away on four strong new tires. I was refered by a male friend who really knows cars and tires but my personal experience totally backed up the referral and more! Great place! Even other employees at service and the tire mechanic were pleasant and great. Oh, after I paid, then in further conversation with the gentleman behind the counter, that's when he mentioned he is the owner! Great place!

Eppie's professionalism and kindness was a calm in the storm. Recently, I was driving from Florida to my home in Boston when I encountered, at high speed, a car sized pot-hole on Rte. 95 in Philadelphia. I lost three tires and two wheels were damaged. Being very shaken from what could have been a fatal accident and being stranded on the Interstate very far from home, we happened to call Eppie's. They were so easy to talk to, they gave us exact instructions for the tow company, they received us so smoothly as we arrived on the flatbed. They had already lined up the tires we needed and arranged for the wheels which came shortly thereafter. They prioritized our work as they new we were on a schedule.Then the staff at Eppie's went above and beyond and checked the undercarriage etc. to make sure the car was safe to drive the rest of my long trip home. They charged a very fair price and even directed me to a nice restaurant to visit afterwards.We left there feeling safe and well treated. They were the perfect solution to our bad situation and we highly recommend Eppie's for your auto needs.

They did what needed to be done BUT I dropped my truck off at 8:30 with a scheduled appointment and I had to call there many times to find out why I had hear anything regarding what they found or an estimate of the cost b4 doing it. At 4:10pm I call again to be told it was just taking back to be checked. So waiting 8.5 hours isn't good enough to rate it any higher.

I had/have an issue with my car that is not a simple fix. Several other mechanics have tried and so far no one has been able to figure it out. After some painful hurdles Scott and the crew at Eppies were kind enough to take my car in for a free diagnosis of the problem where they think they have boiled it down to one or two issues. This is a work in progress but I am pretty impressed, even surprised, with the engagement and willingness to see that the customer is satisfied. Not typical for NE Philadelphia in my experience. Once we get everything (hopefully) figured out to everyone's satisfaction, cost-wise, time-wise, and so forth, I will post some more news online, but so far, so good.

I went to Walmart for tires at 645am, but they only had one rep. Being the third person in line I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. Decided to go to Eppie's and the price was better than Walmart the service was complete in 45 minutes for all four tires and I got a free slice of pizza! Family businesses are the way to go!

Initially they didn't have all the tires I needed. They told me what time to come back and that they would have them for me. They wound up calling me before 10:00 am to let me know the tires were there and I could come now instead of later if I wanted. I got there about an hour after our conversation and was in and out in 20 minutes. Great help. Very fast.

Had a flat in the sidewall. Called all over to get a replacement to avoid riding on the donut. Eppie was the only place I called that had it in stock, and, they were cheaper then the others. They told me to come right over & replaced the tire in a half hour. Great place to go. Will even go there in September for my inspection.
