Some people would call me difficult and hard to please....I cant say enough good things about the people at Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists. I had been wanting to get all four of my wheels redone, as they had been previously done incorrectly, and the finish was coming off. Everyone at the shop was fantastic, attentive, and super friendly. They got me four new tires, and installed them, along with refinishing all the wheels. Everything looks fantastic. I even got a phone call a couple hours before pickup that the tires were less money. A+ all around, and I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their wheels redone.

Definitely come here if you need a car rim repaired. I had a bent rim that I needed to get repaired on my vehicle. They provided same day service, in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. Not sure if this was a family owned business but there were two sisters who were managing the checking in of customers. They were so nice and also hilarious LoL. What I really appreciated was how welcoming they were. When you pull up there is just a big parking lot and then a repair shop on the inside but they make you feel like you are visiting family. There was a small area for me to work while I waited through their wifi. Great place.

The best wheel repair shop in the city. James, Jose, and the crew, definitely understand the balance between quality and efficiency. Rim rash and bend repair on standard sized wheels is what they specialize in. They have repaired a set of 26" Tahoe wheels, 22" Hellcat wheels, 20" SRT Chrysler 300 wheels and some bent ATV wheels. Customers are constantly flowing in and out with wheels. Still, they will always make time for you. Highly recommended. P.S. They also have a mobile rim shop for more customer convenience. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow, these guys do work. At first I was like what is up with this location? But soon a was greeted by a warm & inviting crew that took care of me as quickly as possible. I went there to get all 4 of my summer wheels redone from 2 years of built up curb rash and face bends. After about 2 weeks all 4 for looked fresh out the box brand new. I wish I would’ve thought ahead with before and after photos because they worked their magic. Not the mention very reasonably priced. Thanks guys, I hope I don’t have to come back, but know where to go if I do.

My go to wheel shop for many years. The shop has all the modern equipment to fix wheels from machining to hunter wheel balancing. Very courteous & friendly professional shop. Always very busy, so obviously doing something right! I’ve never had anything but good results on damaged rims from curb rash to bent wheels. The owner, John Walker, is an honest straight shooter. Always fair & reasonable. Rating A+.

Although my wheel was too severely damaged that I'lll have to replace it, they put a lot of effort into fixing it enough for me to drive the car home. And I had to insist on paying them! Great experience here with getting some older Acura wheels refinished. A couple of them were a bit rough with some deep gouges etc. They all came out like brand new and their price was very reasonable

This is my first trip to Alloy wheels, I took my car to get 3 rims redone due to curb rash. They did a phenomenal job of getting out the curb rash, the rims look new. However they repainted my rims and I don't like the color, it's too dark it looks like battleship gray. I understand that the color wouldn't be exactly like the 4th rim that I didn't get repaired but the new color is too dark and the rim that didn't get repaired is lighter and looks a lot better. I just had this work done on Friday 8/6 and I will have to spend more money to try and get them closer to the original color (sigh)If it wasn't for that I would be really satisfied, other than that the work is top notch and the price was right. I just wish they didn't paint my rims darker, the original lighter chrome looks a lot better

These guys are magicians. I (stupidly) got a bit of curb rash on a brand new Acura rim. I called several places and, while they could all fix it, they all told me it would take 2-3 days...but I needed it done the same day. I came across Alloy Wheel, called James the next morning and sent him a picture of the damage. He gave me a very reasonable price and told me to come in the following Wednesday. James and his team got me out in about two hours with a rim that looked just as good as when I picked my car up from the dealer. I couldn't be happier. On top of that, his team were nice enough to show me how the process is done. Great guys and my go to if this ever happens again. Thanks James!

couldn't be happier. I didn't expect the level of completeness that these guys achieved. I brought in a set of oem forged amg wheels that had copious curb rash on every corner. I thought they might be able to get the light ones out - and replacing the whole set would have cost me almost 2500$+. they were able to refinish these for a fraction of the price, they look absolutely brand new, and the car drives better than ever. highly recommend. fast, friendly, respectful, and priced just right.

I just had them repair two of my wheels which were cracked from the notorious streets of Philadelphia's roadways. I must say they are the best in town! based on the good reviews that I saw online I went there today to get my wheels repaired and they got a done in a timely fashion with also great pricing. These guys are absolutely amazing. They saved me over $600. What Pep boys would have charged for a new rim and alignment. I still purchased the tires thru pep boys purely out of convenience. After fixing the rim they also put on the new tire free of charge as well as a second tire put on free of charge, straightened the tires and did it very quick and professional!! They are in the cut of Umbria but one of the reputable places in this area!!

Typically, when getting a qoute for work that needs to be done such as to a home, car, etc it is a good rule of thumb to attain a few prices from different providers for the service required. However, when looking for a rim repair shop, I Googled five star rim repair near me and Alloy Wheel Repair was the first listing that I came across. Their five star rating did not allow me to look elsewhere. James the owner of Alloy Wheel Repair and his team are highly professional, respectable, and amazingly talented at what they do. Before going to the rim shop, I was a bit apprehensive as I did not know if the repairs would be to my liking. I thought that after the rims were repaired there would be a clear indication of where the rims were damaged. To my surprise the rims were repaired like new. I told James that the rims looked better after he completed the work then when I intially bought them. To James and the Alloy Wheel Repair team I thank you for such an outstanding job.

I had 2 shops tell me I needed new wheels because they wouldn't hold air even with new tires. There was corrosion around the bead and bead sealer wasn't cutting it. They're nothing special just factory GM alloys with a polished finish. These guys were able to fix my wheels for an extremely reasonable price, all the while being really friendly and easy to talk to. They haven't lost any air since.

Recently moved nearby and drove past here every day, wondering what exactly they did....looked up online and never saw so many 5 star reviews for any business. After badly curb scuffing my 2nd alloy wheel, (the wife did the other one!), stopped by and spoke to James. He quoted a very fair price, had me drop car off in the am, and I picked it up 6 hours later. Too dark to take pictures, but both wheels look better than new, and they touched up the other wheels with minor blemishes. What a great place to do business....but hoping I don't have to come back (at least with this car)!

I have used James twice. Once for cosmetic wheel repair after severe curb rash. Then recently to straighten two wheels that were destroyed by killer potholes on I76. The wheels he straightened saved me more than $1000.00 than had I replaced the wheels with replacement AMG wheels. I scheduled an apppointment for same day. Went to Jame’s AWRS location in Roxborough. I watched the repair process. And 1 1/2 hours later I left with two perfect wheels and my car felt amazing again. Al least now I know that when PennDot strikes again, Jame’s $125.00 service to straighten a bent wheel is a lot easier to deal with than giving the dealer $1250.00! Thank you, James!
