Normally do a good job. I was trying to see why tire pressure light was on. He gave me air said it would go off in 15 minutes. Did not happen. I actually need a new tire. Which I bought at Hibdons.

They advertise tires on sale for under $20- $25 used tires. That was so false. But without the dishonesty the customer service was the boom!

I had a flat tire on a sub zero cold day. My tire wasn't airing up and I thought I had to buy a new tire. Unbeknown to me, my valve stem was broken. They had every opportunity to rip me off and make a quick buck but instead they came out and froze their fingers off to air up my tire and replace the valve stem. Sent me on my way free of charge. An honest business right here folks!

I took my damaged tires to work hoping to get one replaced and one repaired and expecting a long wait and big expense but I passed Tom's as I have for 8 years but this time I pulled in and within 10 minutes I was headed home. i'm a Senior citizen a Veteran who's had multiple Head traumas also on Oxygen. So even the simplest things like Airing up a tire are extremely hard to do anymore ‼️ These younger men are always always Respectful Courteous Polite Helpful Friendly and kind to me whenever i show up needing sumpin like tires checked for Air pressure or maybe water level in Radiator. Good experience because they took care of people the right way and they explain to you what's wrong with your tire but also knowing that I can't always be with my mother and she always sometimes has problems with her vehicle no one that Tom's tires will always be honest loyal and go to their customers I will be coming back

Super quick. Every single time I go there, regardless of how busy they seem, they are extremely fast. I've been coming here for years and always have great service and their tires always last longer than expected. The only reason I give 4/5 is due to their fluctuating prices. I sometimes feel like I receive a better deal when I drive my clunker than when I come in a nicer vehicle. There's been as much as a $10-$20 difference buying tires here before.

I went there because I was told they check your tire's air pressure for free. I waited outside in the heat because their small waiting room appeared dirty, unappealing & the door leading outside was open, so no air conditioning. When my tires were checked I was charged $5 (it had to be cash) & was told it was because they checked all 4 tires but that it would have been free had they not checked them all. Now that I know I will go somewhere else where they offer better customer service!

They provide decent used tires at a reasonable price. I've bought several tires here and have been pleased each time. They offer a short warranty on their tires and I have had to take advantage of it once. They didn't give me any grief and took care of the problem right away. I'll continue buying tires here.

Tom’s was only place that’s carry my truck tires size 265/75/r-16 I purchased 3 tires at a really good price and since this was my first time doing business with them I will definitely be a repeat customers .Good selection and customer services .

Pretty good place. They're quite helpful, have a waiting room that's heated, and they offer cheap prices, which is great. Personally I've never driven a tire till it wears out, so I'm not sure what the selection of tires are though, I stick with cheap.

Don't expect too much and you won't be let down. This place and its employees are no frills straight to business guys. If you need a cheap tire, and you need that tire put on your car in about 10 minutes with no small talk or BS involved. Pull in, Pay, Pull out. Would recommend to anyone.

I've used Tom's Tires since my first car. Helps with repairing flats, inexpensive tires, locations around the Metro, diverse employees but I've always gotten quality survive at a far price. Going there first to see what's available and how they might work with you could save you a lots of stress, time and money. Places like this are a great resource for everyone in the community, see how they help and hepl them. Safe Tires improves road safety and helps people with transportation to medical appointments, kids to school, grocery stores and work.

Jessie helped me. Feel good about quality of tire and price seemed cheap so I tipped him an extra $5.00 total time in and out was 7 min 32 seconds. Will be going back. The real test comes when i send my daughter in for new tires.

Good tires for decent prices. They need to change their sign as they dont have a single tire for $5, $10, or $20. They are all $35 and higher, but still much cheaper than brand new
