I went in yesterday, right when they opened at 9. They were super helpful and helped me save money where I could, and they did the same for customers after me. Came in at 9, checked out at 9:10, and was ready to leave with new tires at 9:45. If I had known it would be that easy, I wouldn’t have avoided it for so long. Great customer service.

Great customer service. We had visited another tire shop but were kind of on our own. When we came to RNR tire Express we were not only greeted but also came an assistant instantly. Making a set decision is what took the longest, my fault. Once the decision was made everything went smooth and promptly. I would definitely recommend RNR tire Expess.

I brought my 1999 Toyota corolla here for a wheel alignment service after new struts/shocks replacement during the Christmas break last year and could not be more thankful for the experience. The service staff of this place was extremely professional and friendly during my visit. Both of the front desk staff and mechanics explained clearly of the whole process including waiting time, estimated price, and how the alignment service was done along with the data sheet of the measurement for each of the 4 wheel + free flat tire (found during alignment) repair. I actually waited and tested my car out to make sure everything checked out before posting this review. I am really impressed with RNR Tire express at this location for offering 100% customer satisfaction at a very reasonable price. Thank you and will do business again!

These folks were very helpful in dealing with my rare model S. They let me go home with all the stuff I'd ordered and try again once I figured out that we'd need the little lift attachments for the s to sit on in order to get the car to fit on their rack. It's definitely not a standard order working with a Tesla but they worked with me to get it taken care of.

Well I wil say I really couldn't afford to charge that set of new tires and I got no good credit they gave me a chance and I've paid 3 200.00 payments got 2 more it will be over shoot they do got some nice rims I just may go for them next the store is clean the temperature is always seems to ne right on point very friendly staff as well clean bathrooms and seem to always have the soda and chip machine full and entertain with the best music that always helps I like them

ETA: Since my review, I have received a full refund for the alignment. Thank you, RNR. A few months ago, I went to RNR for an alignment. The staff was friendly, no issues there. The price point was nice compared to others in the area, that's what brought me in the door. When it was all said and done, the tech told me "We couldn't get it perfect, but it's close. It's good enough and better than it was before." Not knowing any better, I said "okay, cool." Fast forward and I start noticing my car getting really shaky. The alignment has gotten progressively worse. I decide to not take it back to RNR, despite the warranty, because I figured if they couldn't get it right the first time, why try. I go to Firestone at Tinker and they break the news to me that I need at least 3 new tires, with one of them nearly completely separated from the wall. I take some responsibility for not inspecting the tires more frequently and for not knowing any better about getting an alignment done. But you people are supposed to be the professionals. If you couldn't get it right, then don't say it's good enough. This situation could have been a lot worse than a surprise $1000+ bill for new tires. My entire family was put in danger because your alignment skills were "good enough."

I was contacted first thing after opening hours about my quote request. I was skeptical at first, but 20.00 down, and I can choose how I pay (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)!? I also, needed an alignment and that's included in the package. Unlimited rotations, balancing, and alignments are in the package deal. 48 bucks a week is a damn good deal. Will refer anyone looking for tires or new rims to make their ride stand out, and ride smooth!

Very fair pricing for great quality tires. Very welcoming. Met the store manager and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on a set, but due to shipping problems in this country at the moment it would've been about 5 weeks to get them in. They called in front of me so I could hear, not behind in some office. Very transparent business practices. Then helped me look for another set that looks great on my old truck. Highly recommend this company and the South Okc off 59th and Western location.

My wife got me my tires and rims from here and she always said it was a great place and super helpful well today I experienced first hand. My light keep telling me my tire was low and it was going up and down and we were planning on making a trip put of town and i thought let's stop and see what's going on before we leave and thank God we did there was a malfunction with my tire and they told me and orders me a tire got my a spare that will get me on my trip safely and when I get back they will have my tire ready for me and they took care of everything ... now it did take a wile and there were some hiccups but that didn't stop then they found a way to fix it and get me and my family safely on the road thank you rnr okc y'all are awesome will highly recommend you guys

Application process took a very long time and had everything filled out before I got there. Picking out tires only had one brand on hand extra charge to get different brand and couldn't get them on Saturday and I am from out of town so had to get a brand I am not familiar with. The customer service wasn't that great either had a small refrigerator with water bottles but was not offered.

This buisness and others that sell tires but under payments are ok if you are able to continue making payments or if are able to pay the whole balance after awhile. I recommend to do this as a last resort and make payments a.s.a.p. they will call you every week to make sure you are on the payment. Otherwise this is just straight bothersome that they check on you every week. Look at smaller tire stores that have cheaper tires untill you can afford at a wal mart, tire center, or hibdon tires. Imjs.
