I have been to Pep Boys a couple times now and I did have an appointment which they got me right in and got to working on my pick up. Their work was very good and fast. They gave detailed information on what they had done and explained why they couldn't do a service. They offered coupons and discounts that I wasn't aware of to try and keep my cost down a little. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And I like that a woman is the manager. Good job and a good experience having my truck worked on.

My partner recently had a flat tire and Pep Boys was one of the only places near us open late. We arrived at the location only 20 minutes before close and weren't made to feel bad whatsoever. Alejandro, and the nice woman working the front desk, got our car into the garage immediately and stayed late to get the new tires put on. Prices weren't too steep, service was fast, and staff was generous. Would recommend, and will definitely be back!

These guys are great. Mike figured out an issue with my F150 very quickly. I had to go on a trip this week and the service manager Kimberly went above and beyond to makes sure I picked it up the same day. I did find a cheaper part locally and they had no problem using it for the repair. Fantastic service!

I went to get an oil change done because they were the only ones to stay open late on Sundays. They got me in right away and got the job done for me! I always enjoy talking to the lady at the front desk she is awesome at what she does and makes me feel right at home! They performed an amazing job and even let me know I had some thing I needed to fix on my vehicle and offered to take care of it for me. I didn’t have the funds at the moment but if I did I wouldn’t trusted them to take care of it for me!

I had an awesome experience everyone was so nice and they gave me a good assessment of what my car needed in additional to what I originally brought it in for. Everything they requested I should do, I know I needed and it was not just a ploy to get me to spend more money. They even helped me find some coupons to lower the cost of my service, which is something they did not have to do, but out of their own kindness did so anyway. My mechanic's name was Mike and he did a great job with my car. I will definitely be back when it is time for more service on my car. I also don't want to forget to mention Kim who was a blast to talk to while I waited for my car to be serviced. She was not only the cashier, but she seemed to know her way around vehicles as well as she explained to me what and why the techs suggested I get done on my vehicle.

I was worried that I would have to spend all of my money on a tire but they took care of me and let me know about some issues that need to be looked at. Manufacturers makes it nearly impossible to change the headlight bulbs on the vehicle, the crew did both bulbs in the amount of time and cost that was estimated.

I’m definitely going back to this location 🖤 Kim, Daniel, and Mike were all lovely and even stayed past closing to make sure my car got finished. It took longer than projected due to unforeseen circumstances but they put their all into getting my car road safe again. And Kim is the store manager and couldn’t of had this great experience anywhere else. She helped me save as much money as she could due to the workload. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a shop before until I went there. The place has gotten bad reviews but I think it will definitely be turning around very soon 😇

Was lucky to have my battery die in the parking lot next door! Even though it was right before they closed, Tylor (the service manager) helped me get jump started and installed a new battery. He also took the time to clean my corroded battery leads and even topped off my washer fluid. Great store, great service, happy customer!

Very honest and professional people. Would highly, highly recommend this pep boys over not just the other pep boys (I have visited them all and this location is the best) but any other tire shop.

Came in for a oil change and this place is great because while doing the oil change they saw that my brakes were getting low. I"m glad they saw that because we caught it before it got into the brake rotors so I told them to replace them and turn the rotors. I have to give it to the service manager Nick he has a great group out techs.

I've gone here a few times, and things went smoothly for me. Once I got there a half-hour before they closed, and really needed new tires before I left for a trip the next day. They got me in and fixed them quickly.

Got my car in ahead of time, so that was nice. Accurate pricing (as far as I can tell) Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is they were not friendly. In my business experience when a customer is paying you hundreds of dollars, you engage a bit more with them. A simple "how is your day?" Never hurts

Educate To be Educated

I had to give these guys five stars for their excellent work and for being being honest. I'd just left jiffy lube from getting an oil change and was told my tires were fine but my brakes needed to be repaired after telling them my car was rattling at highspeeds. I went to Pep boys to price brakes and learned my tires were actually bald. Tyler was so patient with me as he was explaining the charges for replacing all four tires. Kevin has an amazing heart the way he tried to explain to someone that it would take a little longer to repair their vehicle. I've never witnessed anything like this before. I These young men are honest, hard-working and caring mechanics. Where will you find these types of people in this industry....at PEP BOYS ON NW EXPRESSWAY!! Thanks for your hard work in our community guys!! YOU ARE APPRECIATED

Some of the crew were friendly, some weren't. I had to call about three times for one appointment. They also installed a tire incorrectly, and offered no compensation beyond correcting their own mistake a few days later. Prices are decent, but you must use their coupons to get the deals.

We've gone here for multiple big ticket repairs (blown tires, new batteries, rim replacements, etc.) and the customer service has always been top notch. I don't know enough to say with confidence that they're over priced, but there have been times when they've gone with the most expensive option when quoting us, and it wasn't until we asked for a lower or mid-range price that they switch the options. They never try and upsell us thereafter however. In summary, I'd recommend them without hesitation, but do suggest that you do price comparisons first.

They were my mechanic for years and for cars that leave the state frequently, still is. (For the warranty coverage at multiple locations.) They are also good for those items that fall in the go fast sticker category. As well as more practical items too. Can't reach the five stars as the price points are a tad high and there Reward System is a joke. Maintained by a 3rd party and if you don't have your card, you're out of luck. Even though they can pull up your information.

I’ve been going here for years! The team at this store is on point, every time. Whether I’m having the van serviced or giving it doing a repair myself, everyone at this store is ultra helpful. I miss seeing Ben and Lenon up there, but Tyler is crushing it! Do yourself a solid and take advantage of those rewards!

This place is like having an Ace Hardware store available, so that those otherwise illusive accessories are obtainable. Lots of novelty item and aftermarket accessories. Everything they need to really "goof" a vehicle up. But, there's cool stuff too. Affordability, but remember that we most often get what we pay for. Easily accessible from the Expressway. A nice option when eBay & Amazon aren't an option. Convenience is mostly what we can expect to pay for.

called the day before and confirmed tires and price. went in and they didn't have all of them in stock (was told 30 min wait) and it took a total of 2 hours for tires to show up and check out (no installation), took them somewhere to install then realized they were not what i had ordered. poor customer service. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because they tried to make it right

I lost my wedding band in the backseat of my car. I went by this location after speaking to a man named Lenin on the phone. I explained that I had lost my ring in the crack of the seat but couldn't get to it because the seat is bolted down. He quickly pulled my car in to the garage and removed the bolts to retrieve my ring. While waiting I was able to see how friendly other members of the staff were to other customers who came in. They offered drinks to me while I waited. Lenin brought my ring to me and SAVED MY MARRIAGE! :) Well not really but I was so relieved he was able to find it. And he even told me there was no charge! I could not be more happy with my visit and the service I received. THANK YOU PEP BOYS!

Had to have the fuel pump and serpentine belt replaced on my 2003 Dodge Durango. In addition to this they changed my oil, rotated my tires and fixed a check engine light. I would like to thank John the manager, Tiffanie the assistant manager and especially Frank who made the repairs. They had it fixed in a very timely manner and provided updates as to when i would be able to pick it up. Final cost was what i was told in my quote.

I walked into Pepboys knowing what I wanted, but not knowing how best to explain. The young lady met me by the door and asked if I needed help. Normally I like to browse, but I had no idea where to start. I told her what I wanted and she took me directly where I needed to go. Sure enough, Pepboys had the part I needed. She asked if she could further assist. I thought I'd stump her for the other part I needed. Nope! She walked me directly to it. 5 minutes in and out of the store. Love it!

While traveling from AR to CA we had a bearing fail on us. We went to Pep Boys. Short handed and busy already with 2 hours til closing, Nick Demett took personal attention to our problem. He put our Expedition on the car hoist to diagnose the problem. Bad front bearing. They did not have one in stock. He called around and found the part. Had it delivered. Pulled guys off other jobs and took care of us. THANK YOU Nick!! Got us back on the road. He didn't have to do that but, he did! AWESOME guy!
