My son and I were on a 2000 mile trip to Michigan and our 1st night's rest was in Oklahoma City. Lo and behold we were exiting the freeway and hit some debris just a mile or 2 from the hotel. Got a few hours sleep and was headed to the tire shop that opened up at 7:00 am the next morning. Pat's turned us away saying everything was by appointment only. He recommended searching for Discount Tire. Freddie's Discount tire came up with a 7:30 opening in my search. I spoke with David the salesmen when he came to the shop and he assured me they would fix me up. Relief. They went and got the replacement tire from the warehouse and had me back on the road by 8:45 am. Real nice staff who kept reassuring me it would get done and it did at a very reasonable price. These guys are tops and I am very thankful for their dedication to great customer service.

Stopped by today without an appointment. Explained the problem I've been experiencing with my front tires. Right away they took a look at it. Returned about 15 minutes later. Explained what they discovered. Thankfully no pressing issues. They made some adjustments and with no cost to me I was on my way. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service, didn't try to sell me anything and was very efficient with time. I will most definitely be going back and will be sending my friends and family!

I called up a few days ahead to let them know what I needed and why. Dennis answered all my questions and was very friendly. He gave me a price quote on the phone and I told him I would be there on Saturday. I came in and they sold the tires which they quoted me so they gave me the next best tire that they had. They were so friendly and bending over to help me. I live out of state and bought a teardrop trailer which needed new tires. I wanted car radial tires for my trailer to which they bent over and gave me fantastic service. I highly recommend them to any one that wants bend over service. I wish I were closer to them for they would be my go to tire shop!!!

My family has gone to Freddie’s for years! I went yesterday for a tire losing air, and they gave me a temporary one until today when I could get it aligned before putting the new one on, so it wouldn’t rub the new tire. When I arrived this morning, they took me to work and then had it done by my lunch break, picked me up from work and brought me to the shop to pick up my car, free of charge. They have the best customer service and I greatly appreciate everything done for me the last two days!

I am in a hurry. I came in with my donut on. They had me In and out in 20 mins. They found a big nail in my tire. They did not try to sell me new tires. I highly recommend them... when my car needed brakes I was ready to replace all 4, and after they inspected all 4 brake pads, they said I only needed the front. They saved me from spending unnecessary money and were honest - you can't find that at many mechanic shops much anymore, so they'll definitely get my business and recommendation again.

The appearance of this place does not do it justice in comparison to their work. They are professional, and have an open maintenance bay with cameras to watch work being done wile you wait inside or chairs to watch from outside. I went in for a balance and left a satisfied customer if anything arises with my other car I will definitely bring it to them first.

We were passing through Oklahoma City and our tire pressure alarm warned us that we had a flat. I got off the highway and searched for the nearest place to get it fixed. I'm so glad that it turned out to be Freddie's! They were super friendly and took care of us immediately. Our flat got fixed for a good price and we were on our way in less than half an hour. As a bonus the store was clean and tidy and the waiting room was comfortable. If I have to have another flat tire I hope I'm near Freddie's!

They truly understand customer service and because of that I have now just scheduled a wheel alignment for two cars. They take the covid-19 serious as well by disinfecting the shop all around. Its every bit of what these people has said about the place, friendly, timely, and professional in every aspect of this repair shop. I had both sides of my front inner and outer tie rods replaced and even done my breaks and an alignment in approximately 3 hours flat. I will be using them more often in the future. They saved me around three hundred dollars today. Freddie's Discount Tire has proven themselves to me. So let me add to the positive feedbacks for them because they really have showed me that it can be done faster and cheaper then the rest.

A lot of times you go to places and they assume because you don't know about cars or they think you don't know about cars, you're dumb and they can charge you outrageous prices. I found the workers at Freddie's treated me with respect and helped me find the best solution for what I needed not for what would make them the biggest sale. Will be coming back again next time I need my car serviced.

So we are from Montana, and are in OKC for a horse show. My truck starts making a loud popping noise under the front passenger side. Only occasionally, then more often. Then by that evening, it's bad. So I got online and looked up places with good reviews, and Freddies is the best and super close to the fairgrounds. The next morning it is grinding loudly and seems unsafe over 30 mph. We fed the horses and were waiting there when they opened. They said no problem, the front end guy would be in at 8am, would check it out and call us before doing anything. They gave us a ride back to the fairgrounds! Got the call at 9am (bad hub bearing- $460 total) and the truck was done by 2pm. They even came and picked us up! We are not the mechanic type and they could've taken us for an arm and a leg if they wanted. GREAT PEOPLE- GREAT SERVICE - WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visiting OKC State Fairgrounds for The Morgan Grand National Worlds Championship Horse Show. Wrapped up a big week, packed the trailer and was about to head home to Ohio when I noticed my trailer wheel had some play! The mechanics at Freddies were super friendly, proficient and adjusted the wheel hub bearings for free! No appointment and had me in and out in 15 minutes! On our drive to OKC from Colorado over the weekend and our tire started wobbling. We discovered that our used pickup we purchased was missing one crucial piece of equiptment for dropping the spare tire under the pickup bed. We came into Freddys about 11:30 this morning and about 45 mins later we are leaving with our tire changed and they gave us the missing part to the tire change kit to boot! At no charge!

I had gone to firestone and told them my car was shaking and they fixed my tire. Well I live pretty close so I didn't feel it shake until I was driving 35 plus to get to work. I went to Freddies on my mom suggestion and I will be going back to them. They not only balanced my tire but told me my tire had fallen out and that was the cause of the shaking. He said he didn't see how firestone didn't see it he found when he looked at my tires and it was bad and noticeable.
