Very good service. Prices are very fair. The manager is very professional. The staff are very professional. My tire was repaired quickly and I was back on the road quickly. Very convenient location. Best flat fix. Closes at 10pm most days. 4pm it closes on Friday. Saturday it's closed.

These NYC streets are horrible!! 3rd bent rim within 2 weeks! Came here a week ago and met Mike. He is a magician! He fixed that rim and my car drove smoother than a baby’s bottom! Also, he sold me 2 new tires at a steal!! I paid $130 for per tire a few days before at another tire shop. Mike sold me 2 brand new low profile tires that’s was a better brand and more mileage capacity for $120. He rotated and balanced the wheels as well. A week later driving down 1st Ave in the East 60’s hit a pothole and bent both passenger side rims! It’s late and the only place open is some shop in Bk. Changed 1 tire and took the other to get fixed. The guy did a horrible job but at least I was able to drive my car home. Brought my car to Mike and he fixed both rims. Also, he took the time to teach me from beginning to end on how to change my tire! He also gave me a great recommendation for a wheel alignment. He is professional, knowledgeable, precise, fair and so lovable! This is the ONLY place I that I allow to fix my rims and tires!! If you go anywhere else you’ll be sorry!

This place is AMAZING, I’d give it 10 stars. We were desperate to get our two back tires replaced they were pretty worn out. This place was the only one open late. Great service! They have all the right equipment to get the job done. Great pricing, the guy brought out tires for us to choose from which I thought was a brilliant idea. We got two tires, they rotated and balanced the wheel and checked the air in the tire. They explained to us what it means to balance the wheel and showed us around. Very friendly, knowledgeable and prices are reasonable!

The best shop in new york!!! came in with some new tires i just needed mounted and balanced. they pointed out a cracked rim that i had no clue about. he welded it beautifully for me in only 10 minutes. amazing work and you can’t beat the prices. very friendly people, my new wheel spot for sure.

I want this tire store to get more hits, got a nail in tire at a very late time at night, I was about to drive cross town to find a 24 hour tire shop and right when I was on my way, I happen to glimpse tires through my right peripheral vision on Easter Parkway and happen to pull into this tire shop that opens until 10pm. MIKE & CAESAR are really two exceptional human beings. Really pleasant, helpful, kind, prompt and just overall blessed souls. This will be my new tire shop, massive inventory, very spacious, clean and well put away. I am actually sitting on site writing this review because their service is well deserving! I give them 5stars because it is well deserved. I called today which is Sunday told him I had a flat and had to tow my vehicle to their location. I drive a bmw x1 and I needed a runflat tire and they were available at hand. The service was exceptional in and out. They also checked the remaining 3 tires to ensure the psi were correct. We had called so many places about getting a hard-to-find rim and tire for our 1980s car, and Arturo was the only person we talked to with the expertise and sincere willingness to listen and help. Arturo and his crew are fantastic! Front tire repaired in May and still rolling with no issues. Mind you, two shops told me I needed a new tire…liars! Today tire light came on…it’s a nail in back tire so Arturo is fixing. They also see corrosion on my rim and that’s being addressed as well. Only charge is for the tire! How awesome is that?? The BEST TIRE SHOP I EVER BEEN TOO.. I have a 2019 Mercedes Benz e-class I went to a bunch of tire shop all over Flatbush, east Flatbush and Canarsie. Amazing service and help! First off I don't the reviews but my experience was so amazing I have to tell somebody. Let's start with Michelle the receptionist, who was very kind and helpful. She helped me order the tires that I needed for my X5 BMW over the phone and I received a phone call letting me know that my tires arrived the next day. That I mentioned my ties was super affordable? Mike and his team was so efficient and putting the tires on my car in only took 40 minutes. Which also included finding two dents in my two front rims and instead of selling me brand new rims was able to correct them so that my tires will fit perfectly. Overall my experience was painless, effortless and pleasant and to anyone who has had to purchase brand new tires for the car knows that to have such a pleasant and painless experience is rare. Definitely give them a 10 out of 10 I recommend Used Tire Superstore if your looking for used or new tires.

QUICK. EASY. 1000% I will be coming back. Let me start off by saying I only came to this place because of the reviews. And it lived up to all of the hype. From arriving, when I pulled in, I felt welcomed and nothing about the first exchange felt intimating or as if they were trying to get over on me. I called earlier to see if they had the tires for my car, & they remembered and had tire options pulled for me when I arrived. For the record I drive a 2006 Subaru Forester. It felt like I pulled up to a Mercedes Benz dealership with the level of service when I got there. I originally just went for 2 tires but inquired about a third. Easy, gave me a very fair price on all 3. I asked if they could inspect my break pads while they changed the tire, no problem. I knew they were kinda bad b/c I could hear them from inside when I would break. My main man Mike, did the inspection and showed me that they were in pretty bad shape. Offered to change them for me if I bought the pads. Even gave me a recommendation on what kind to get. I planned on going to Autozone and returning before the end of the week. But then comes Russel, the owner, and day saver. He pointed up the block and told me if I want to go get the pads from there, Mike would change them out for me right now. No brainer. I get 3 tires, 2 break pads replaced, laughs and good conversation and I'm not even there for 45 minutes. This was the best experience I could've asked for.

Used Tire Superstore is very welcoming, helpful. There was a nail in my back tire, but my front tire was reading in error. They checked all my tires for air pressure and did a phenomenal job with replacing my tire. Come check them out should u need tires or replacements. Pricing good as well.

I had a screw imbedded in my passenger side rear tire. I usually go to the Tire Shop on Atlantic Ave and Classon Ave, which is about 25 min from my house. I then realized that there was a Used Tire Superstore just 5 min from my house on Eastern Parkway. I went and pulled inside, the area was nice and clean and I was greeted straight away, I told the Mechanic what I was there for and I was told I could receive a plug or a patch, a plug is a temporary fix a patch is a permanent fix. so I went with the patch. Which was $35.00, I told the Mechanic I didn't have that much cash on me and I will have to go to a ATM machine to get the cash. I was then told that this merchant takes Credit and Debit Cards, that was refreshing to know I can pay with my Debit card, all other tire shops only takes cash. This is what Professionalism is about making it easy for the customer to pay. I was in and out in less than 25min. Very pleased, I will be going back for all my future tire needs. I applaud this Merchant for stepping up the paying process.

SHOUT OUT to Misha / or Mike for having the best, most reliable service and like family attitude!, where everything for everyone is done for like a brother. Personally Showed me the entire inventory and how every single used tire is double checked on a rim, with air, in water, only then,, sent to inventory if it passes. Has wide range of services and tires for the best price! He did a great job welding and straightening my wheels on a 2019 bmw. "Magic" Mike was super friendly and helpful and pointed out what caused my problem (had a bubble in my tire caused by a dented rim) – he fixed the dented rim on the spot, very efficiently, and the price was fair. I was back on the road in like 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys for all your tire-related needs.
