I had to get my two rear tires checked due low pressure. The mechanic removed both tires to check and thankfully there wasn’t a leak and I only needed air. 5 star review and I haven’t even gotten work done. Just professional courteous and honest. They took a look at my car and told me it’s a small problem that they can’t fix without making it a bigger more expensive problem. They gave me referral to a place that will fix the problem for a fraction of what they would have charged. And he didn’t charge me the $35 lift fee, he told me “don’t worry about it”. My experience with them alone will have me come back for any future work.

Went in for a NYS inspection and a slow leak in a rear tire. My car was in and out in about 1 hour. They told me there was a nail in the tread. They repaired and even suggested I change my driver side wiper. It was tearing. Changed it in five minutes. I had recently changed the passenger side wiper for same issue. I will be back if needed.

Very happy with the service I received. Had a small fix, that was a major repair. Two other mechanics refused to attempt the repair. Rob at All Tire, researched the issue contacted mercedes got the correct parts and fixed the issue. The dealership quoted me over $16,000 to fix the issue. All Tire did it for 3 times less. The repair took a while, I was conttacted often and kept up to date with the repair. Very happy!! I found my new mechanic on Staten Island.

Came in due to continuously losing tire pressure. I couldn’t find a nail or any issues, was expecting to have to buy a new tire. Counter guys were great. Took the car in quickly and put it on a lift. They found a puncture in the tire, told me a new tire wouldn’t be necessary, patched it up and got me on my way, and saved me a bunch of time and money.

Went for my car photo inspection. I called them in the morning and they told me to come 2 hours later. I went there 2 hours later and they took me in right away. Staff were professional and the service was done within 30 minutes. I asked them to check and put some air in my tires and it was done free of charge. Excellent people. Thank you.

The car was ready when they felt it was ready-it had to be test driven to check that the problem was indeed fixed-even though it took a little longer, but only because there was extreme traffic. I have brought my car for state inspection to All Tire for the past 5 years or so. I have experienced good service, attentiveness and a professional approach in dealing with customers - If they find any safety issues thus preventing state inspection, they speak with you about the issue in detail and they tell you the cost up front - When yu get the bill its the same amount as they quoted. I like their honesty and the way they interact with customers. They are also quite fast in making the repairs you need !

I've been using All Tire and service for over 5 years now. Not only is the work done timely but I never had an issue with their work unlike other shops. The staff is honest and approachable with a professionalism that I rarely see when dealing with people. Being a woman, many shops tried to pull fast ones on me but not All tire. The prices are fair and honest. The greatest part, their opened on Sundays and have normal hours during the week. The waiting room is pleasant and over all not bad. I drive all the way from the north shore to have my car serviced by All tire! You should too.

Very fast and friendly. Needed a state inspection asap. So I first called to find out if I could come in since it was Saturday afternoon. They said no problem come in. Arrived and walked in where I was greeted and checked in immediately. After giving info and keys I sat and waited in lobby area. My whole visit was 20 to 25 min and I was done and on my way. This was my second time going to All Tire & Service and both experiences were great. The first was for my Inspection a few months ago and this time was for an oil change. Both times I arrive slightly earlier than 8am when they are scheduled to open, and they were already open and assisting the customers. The wait for service was short and the staff at the front desk pleasant both times. I was even unsure about what oil to use and the guy was so honest and didn't try to up sale me. I like this place and will be returning .

All Tire Company has been servicing my car for over 2 years. Their family friendly atmosphere and courteous staff has always surpassed my expectations with my used car and my husbands new truck. Having two young girls, its hard to drop off and pick up cars for service. They offer chauffeur service to/from the shop and always go above and beyond my expectations to ensure my family vehicles are in excellent shape. With each visit they discuss all issues I'm having from alignment, suspension, shocks, brakes or computer related, etc and repair my vehicles quickly but with such attention to detail. I went in with a nail in my tire. They stated that I also had a leak coming out of the air sensor. They fix that for reasonable price, Unfortunately they forgot to fix the nail and remove it. The following day my tire went low again, but being that they have good service they fixed the nail plug the hole and I was not charged for it because that was initially what I came in there for. Went to my regular car guy to get my tire fixed and he sent me to All Tire who he said is his personal tire guy. Went in told them who sent me and what I needed and I was done. They did not have my tire in stock but I did buy a Goodyear that is just as good as what I have on my truck. Great job and will definitely return if I have to.

It was cool I went there to get an inspection nothing extreme. Sat, April 16th, 2022 + I went there to inquire about four new tires and a full synthetic oil change... I got work done by them before but they're just a hit too expensive for me.

About a week after I posted the very critical review below, the General Manager of All Tire contacted me by phone. The day after my service, I had received an email asking for my feedback and I really gave it to them (see below). He was calling in response to the feedback and was very concerned that I had been extremely dissatisfied with my service. We talked for about 15 minutes and he admitted that the service writer had been wrong not to tell me the price before performing the service. He asked me several times to give them another chance. I was so impressed with his concern and that he took the time to call me that I decided to do it. But from now on, I will definitely ask for the price for any service before letting them perform it!!! And I'm still not very happy about having to wait an hour and a half for an oil change when I had an appointment. Be interesting to see how that works out next time. **********Here's my original review**********: Recently I made an appointment for an oil change and brought my car in at the scheduled time. First, I waited almost an hour and a half for the oil change. Additionally, the service writer brought out my cabin air filter, showed me how dirty it was and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said OK knowing that a replacement filter for my car costs around $15 and the job itself is very simple, especially since they had already removed the old filter to show to me. When the bill came, it was $95 for an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I complained and they explained that they had charged $59 for the cabin filter! When I told them that several times I had bought the part for $15 and installed it myself in less than ten minutes, they took $10 off bringing my cost down to a “mere” $85. When I got home I called two Staten Island auto parts houses—Pep Boys and one other and each charges $17 for a cabin filter and they had it in stock. And while I’m on the subject, the service writer also told me that they recommended changing the radiator hoses and coolant at 30,000 miles—total cost for that job about $470. I told him I didn’t want to have it done and when I checked my owner’s manual after I got home there is NO recommendation for changing the radiator hoses and the owner’s manual recommends changing the coolant every 60,000 miles! I will never got back to All Tire again--first because making an appointment seems like a complete waste of time (an hour and a half for an oil change—come on!) and second because they charged me a ridiculous amount for an inexpensive part involving virtually no labor for installation and tried to sell me an expensive job which my car did not need. Watch out for these guys!

I knew my car needed work...but I didn't know how much. I went to Goodyear and had them do a diagnostic on my car. The report was thorough and included everything I already knew. The service I received was excellent, (including drop off and pick up service, door to door). I spoke to 2 other mechanics at other businesses to get estimates on the repairs that would be needed. Both were considerably HIGHER. So...although I had to go for a few bucks...it would have been much worse had I gone somewhere else.

I needed to replace a tire and these guys had the exact model and size in stock (unlike the other 2 places I called on Hylan). I also had an oil change done at the same time, total in and out was around 90min. They were also kind enough to run a wheel alignment test for me when I asked, because I know nothing about cars and I just assumed you had to do one every time you change out a tire, turns out my front toe was slightly off (on a brand new under 3500 mile car). They offered to fix it there and then but I declined because I’d never pass up the opportunity to call up my dealership to yell at them for selling me a vehicle whose wheels need alignment every 3000miles. Overall, great service, very friendly guys and no bs, 10/10 would recommend.

I am very impressed with this business operations. I came late on a Sunday and was taken care of even though closing time was near. I watched more and more business come through the door and admired the person manning all the calls and customers. It shows their many years in this field of "All (Car)Tire" care, that they have figured out a routine on how to take care all the people coming through the door looking for a quick tire fix or a replacement. And even a forgotten overdue inspection sticker. You get there when the door opens in the morning and you get a tune up on practically any model car even the latest luxury vehicles that would require you leaving the Burrough to get it done. And while I waited in there I also noticed people coming in for recommendations on their vehicle problems and all the advice provided was freely offered. I am impressed!

Saturday, Nov 14- 5:30am..... just a regular ordinary " CHUMP" 🇺🇲, headed to Washington DC to meet up with a Million of my friends... accident on 278, drove thru the accident scene, picked up something in my right rear tire, down immediately. Hit the Google maps, punched in, tire repair. All Tire, first up...drove on the rim, got to the lot at 5:58, sat there until opening at 8am. Guy pulls into the lot...to me looks like Dave Matthews, others have said, Vince Vaughn... sideburn dispute. Either way, right off the bat, this gentleman was attentive, and calming, before he even unlocked the front door! Once open for business, they were on my Chevy immediately. They don't know me, I'm not local to the area, but they treated me as though I was. Extremely fair on the price of a brand new tire, mounted, balanced and back on the road. I'm sorry there are only 5 stars here....these boys deserve 3 more at the least. Thank you ALL TIRE & SERVICE! You boys got my vote for an exceptional business!

Yesterday, I was driving 2 church & lo and behold I got a flat tire. I knew All Tire was open on Sundays & I missed church & had my tire replaced. I previously had a negative experience, however the owner was kind enough to reach out to me and rectify the situation. He contacted me and explained everything clearly. When I got my car back, I found a wheel stud & two lug nuts missing. As it turns out, the wheel stud and lug nuts were missing from my car beforehand. The owner admitted that I should've been informed of this before they started working on my car. I was also not too happy with the customer service, but the owner went out of his way to make it up to me. The owner truly cares about his business and customers. Quick easy and professional. Had two screws in two tires. They jacked up the car, checked the tires and confirmed the screws and then plugged it up. My pressure was high on the other two tires so the fixed that as well. In and out in 20 mins.
