Scheduled an alignment and waited for work to be completed. Was met in the showroom by Susan who turned out to be a wonderful example of great customer service. I was able to see her interact with her co-workers, phone calls, walk-ins and vendors alike. True professional. I would go there just to get a pick-me-up if i had a down day. Service techs got the job done in a timely fashion. I'll be back if i need anymore work done on my vehicle. Great Job!

I want to tell you about a surprisingly good experience I had at NTB. I stopped at NTB located across from Xavier University today because my air pressure sensor kept lighting up. First, I know very little about cars, and second I have a earned distrust of car repair/dealership staff taking advantage of my limited finances. When I entered the building, I was pleased to see that all the employees were practicing social distancing, were wearing masks, goggles and gloves, and were cleaning seats and tables as customers left. All the staff I encountered were very professional, and friendly even though they stayed very busy with customers. I was lucky to get Carlos Ponce, service manager to assist me. I have to admit I gave him a hard time while he explained that I needed 2 tires and how much they were going to cost. He was very patient, and empathize with my situation. Carlos showed me how dangerous my tires were (bald) and out of alignment. He crunched the numbers until I felt comfortable with the final bill. He gave me options and worked to make my budget get me the best warranty and follow up choices. While it took a while, about 2 hours, to complete the tire installation and alighnment. I can't complain because I was a walk in and they fit me in between appointments. I will go back again for other services based on today.

On August 1st my Fiance requested that we receive new tires for her Honda Civic 2010. Normally, I'm cheap and go to a shop where tires are not warranted or guaranteed in craftsmanship. I decided, that my fiance needs new tires due to a report done from Honda Royal on Veterans. On August 1st I looked on Google and checked NTB and Firestone ,where Firestone is used by all my family. I decided to go with NTB since they are near my work on 1515 Saucedo. NTB attracted me more with 0% interest for 12 months over a certain amount I believe was $750. Our complete set with taxes including a 5 year alignment would come to around $1,300. To me that's awesome, you're looking at 6 alignments and lifetime rotation. This was not the problem......the problem was with your credit lenders. On the website I was attracted with 0% for 12 months and that either a CC authorization or account number would be provided to the SPECIFIED location that I choose to do bussiness with. When we arrived, Rob checked us in. He was disappointed to inform us that the tires we ordered online were not in stock, but then he told us multiple other comparable options to choose from. After we picked our tires, I explained to Rob that I didn't have the physical credit card yet, but he assured me it would not be a problem. When it was time to ring us up, that changed. I didn't receive a confirmation email listing the card number, and he was unable to pull it up on his computer. Rob then went above and beyond to help us through the situation. He got on the phone with Customer Service with us, and then he called his manager, and then we called another number. The entire time we're dealing with this, Rob is balancing assisting other custoners and answering the phones. Eventually we were able to get the credit card number. Robert thank-you for everything you did, you are a example of hospitality in NOLA and I commend you sir! Also shout out to the tech, I forgot your name, did amazing on balance and installation on the tire. I will be back and will look forward to spread this information to my GM who owns a fleet of vehicles.

When you have battery or tire issues, it’s always frustrating to deal with. The staff was nice, and having to be fit in around appointments is not convenient so you’ll be here awhile, but they try to give decent time estimates. They told me about 2 hrs. Their credit and debit system was down but no one knew that, I tried three different cards. The manager just huffed and puffed when my multiple attempts with multiple cards failed. It wasn’t until another customer had multiple cards declined that they realized it was them not me. I had to leave my drivers license and go to a ATM to get cash so I would say bring cash because they won’t know if the payment system is down and they offer to write down your card info and charge it later. I was here for over 3 hrs for a battery change and trying to pay my bill.

This was one of the best auto shop that I have been to in years! We had a very very helpful sales rep and he took good care of us shared with us what the car needed done and didn't try to throw a bunch of extra stuff at it. Even told us that we didn't need our tires rotated yet which was a blessing instead of trying to talk you into stuff.

I came in the day before with a nail in my tire. They didn't have an appointment but scheduled me the next day when their only available was actually 2 days from when I came in. They filled my tire with air. I left and came back they were very nice! They fixed it no charge! Definitely the highlight of my day. I will be back and thanks guys

I took my car to a Pep Boys for diagnostics after hearing what I thought were my bearings gone bad. The guy at Pep Boys said he checked THOROUGHLY but couldn’t find anything wrong. I knew that was bs and I decided to have someone else check it out. I know this is a NTB review, but my point here is don’t take your car to the Pep Boys on Carrollton Avenue 😂 (but I’m serious) Anyway, NTB confirmed what I knew…their entire staff is super friendly and professional. Their phone was ringing nonstop and I wanted to take a hammer sand smash it!! Lol Joel kept his cool no matter how much that darn phone rang with people asking 20 questions each. They’re good about getting your car done as quickly as possible, but if you go here and the wait is long, be patient with these guys because it’s probably something that’s out of their control. I’m satisfied with my overall experience with this place. This is my new go to place if I need any more of the services they provide.

With the recent changes in staffing, this location has been on the upward trend. With the location closing in New Orleans East I was hesitant to visit this location due to past experiences, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know this location existed, but I'm so glad I found it. The staff is friendly, honest, and reliable. No surprise when you realize they are led by a great guy like Martin! Martin was understanding and patient. I went to 5 shops with my tire sensor issue who told me that they couldn't or wouldn't help me. I told Martin my issue and he not only fixed my issue he took the time to troubleshoot it first when he could have just brushed it off and said he couldn't help me. He went the extra mile and then some! This store has just earned a new customer! Thanks again Martin!!!

After running over a screw, I called in to inquire about a tire repair. I spoke to Martin, who was friendly, helpful, and was able to fit me in for an appointment the same day. The repair was just a patch, and I was happy with the price I paid. During my visit, I watched as one customer became inpatient due to complications that arose during their vehicle maintenance. Still, the staff treated the customer with respect, remained patient, and apologized for any delays. Delays are just something that can not always be predicted during vehicle maintenance. Everyone at NTB was great! Thank you.

Needed a new tire and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Fair prices and super helpful people. Firestone let my car sit in their lot for 8 hours and couldn't fix my car because they messed up my paper work. Do not go to Firestone for anything. Go here.

I was heading on a long trip... 12+ hours. Came in for just an oil change but Jarrod was considerate and thorough enough to check the entire car. One would instinctively think it's just to "up sell" but it turned out to be for the best. Luckily I bought a service warrantee 5 months prior and Jarrod made sure I was covered and honored the best price for me. Saved me lots... I am grateful.

I had a really good experience with NBT! I had to get a wheel bearing replaced, and was dreading the cost. They quoted me about $400 less that the dealership, so I decided to go with them. They didn’t have the part in stock, so I paid the deposit and they said it would be there in less than a week. I was initially very miffed because a week came and went, and the part still wasn’t in due to a supplier error. I was seriously considering going somewhere else to get it done when they finally called to say the part was in. If that had been the whole experience, I definitely wouldn’t be giving them 5 stars. However, they ended up finding the part for significantly less money than they initially quoted me, and gave me a discount for the inconvenience! My initial deposit ended up covering all the costs and then some, which was a seriously nice surprise since I thought I still owed them a few hundred dollars. Every staff member I interacted with was very professional, and they didn’t try to BS me on anything. The waiting room is comfortable, and they have good coffee. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future!

Employees were professional but somewhat discombobulated. Service took way too long. Came in for new battery and it took almost 2 hours to have it replaced.Several people who came in after me, were seen and serviced before my car was even touched. Hope this was just a one time deal.

Good to average service. Pricing is reasonable. Their job is to upsell, and I expect that for all businesses. They are busy so come early (not after lunch). To change a set of four fires plus alignment took about two hours. Overall, reasonable in service and price. Note: I have had an oil change and the tire change so a total of two different experiences. Also, if you want to drive around and shop around for better prices, you'll beat them. But you are paying for convenience. It's business.

I had an appointment and my car was promptly taken into the shop. Then things slowed down. 2 and a half hours for 2 new tires and a rotation. They were short handed and to their credit they pulled a mechanic off another job to get mine done. I have always gotten excellent service hear and will write it off as a one time thing. Arrived at 7:00am for my 7:00 appointment as and had to wait about 15 minutes for a walk-in problem which was much worse than my situation. I was purchasing one replacement tire that had picked up a nail on the edge of the tread. Dropped off the tire to be replaced since I had a fullsize spare that I had already put on. Departed at 7:30 to wait for call. At 10:15 still no call so I decided to just drop in. 10:30 tire had been replaced and was sitting to the side but no call. The guys took my car right in and installed it. However there was no mention of the other fluid checks which are supposed to be part of this service. 3.5 hr investment into 1 tire, is a poor use of time and shows the shop is highly understaffed. Store can't make money with this low volume movement. Three star rating because the service was quite friendly and willing to help.

On Easter my tire blew out on the highway. I brought my tire in their sister store and a few days later I blew it AGAIN. I came into here (closest to my house) and they took care of it. They were extremely helpful. The manager Martin Keddy was seriously amazing. I hate going to car places, but I will deff be back here. It is also dog friendly and they will bring water for your dog. Outstanding customer service.!!! I called about a possible battery cable problem and the rep ,Jarrett, went to the vehicle and started the car. When he got the vehicle to the shop he found that the cable was just a little loose. He tightened the cable a put air in a tire and sent my daughter on her way. We will be back for car repairs later. While vacationing in New Orleans I woke up to a flat. My tire was brought in that afternoon. They were the only place open on Sunday. The staff was VERY nice and helpful. Although they took awhile to check my tire out, they were very busy, short staffed and remained friendly. Once I got the verdict of my tire, they told me nothing was wring with it. They put it back on my car and didn't charge me. Despite my lack of tire knowledge, they did not take advantage of me. Great place. But make sure you have something to do to kill time. MOE was simply a doll!

I got my brakes done about ten days ago, but they started making a noise again soon after. Despite being heavily loaded today with work/other cars, when I arrived for my appointment they took my car for a ride straight away to try and locate the problem. Then the technician gave me advice for what to do if the problem comes back which I appreciated: he could have just sent me away but he did not. I wish I’d gotten his name, he was by far my favorite person at this NTB location and always want him working on my car!

Upon walking up to my car after a long, hard day at work, I had a flat tire. With it being after 5:30pm, I found three repair shops nearby and open. I tried one and was turned away until morning. I called NTB next and was warmly welcomed. I was assisted immediately upon arrival, and the two gentlemen who helped me were very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommended NTB to anyone in need of a trustworthy repair shop that will fix you up and have you back on the road in no time flat!

NTB is the best! They helped my friend change her tire, which was very difficult bc the lug nuts were basically welded on due to corrosion and over tightening. They did the work for no charge, and gave us some very useful knowledge about tires. I highly recommend them, they were incredibly courteous, professional, and generous!
