We (2 disabled women and 2 kids) were stranded 3 states away with a utility trailer blowout in what would be considered a "sketchy" neighborhood and yet the guys there were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, kind and did their best to get us out and on our way despite the fact we were right in the middle of a tropical storm.

I informed the representative (Alex) of the urgency of the situation and he graciously expedited the matter. This is actually the best goodyear I have been to. The manager has a positive & helpful attitude & seemingly runs the store quite efficient. I have seen a few customers get restless, but i think the techs are working as fast & efficiently as they can. So i wait patiently & i dnt mind waiting bcuz rushing these guys can cause mistakes 2 happen & i want my car done correctly. I have no complaints when it comes to this store.

I only go there to get my oil changed changed or anything done to my brakes and tires. I will never go anywhere else they are 100% amazing, Kind, caring, understanding. They go above and beyond to help a lady who is by herself to make sure that she is totally fine before she leaves there store... I had a flat tire and received the best service by Keaton and Kenney today. I have told three friends already about the quality customer service I received at Goodyear on Chef Hwy today. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond not just for me but I watched them with other customers. I will be returning for all of my car services because of the great care these two gentlemen gave to me. Great job Keaton and Kenney keep up the great service you both have!

The gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. I’m in Louisiana with no family so I had no one to call for help. After trying 4 other recommended tire shops in the pouring rain, I simply walked in Good Year as my last stop before going to work on a spare tire. Alex assisted me, helped me choose a set of good new tires, AND they dropped me off at work so that I wouldn’t be late. They took the time to pick me up so that I could get back to my vehicle with a smile. They are Angels and I am truly grateful.

Second time I've been to this shop for a nail in my tire and they took care of me so fast and so cheap. The first time I went it was 10 minutes before they were about to close on a Saturday and they still took care of me fast and with a smile. Convenient location to the Bywater and Lower 9th.

I went in with what I thought was a nail in my tire. They told me the tire stem was jammed into the sensor and they didn't know if they could fix it by closing. I had no way to get home, but they said they'd drive me home and pick me up in the morning. They managed to replace the stem while I waited and didn't even charge me a dime! The guys were really nice and didn't treat me like a stupid female, which I really appreciate.

Went to New Orleans location on Chef Menteur Hwy to purchase 2 new tires for my Mercedes-Benz. Service was exceptional! Highly recommend them!!!!

These guys were super helpful. They went out of their way to to make sure everything was done right and safely. They even offered me coffee, I told them I prefer daiquiris wich just so happens to be right around the corner from here. Perfect combo! Thanks again guys for not letting my Sunday suck so bad!

I came in looking to buy a tire. Charles came out looked at my car and askes to see the flat tire. My car was on a dummy and I had just figured go ahead buy a new tire. Charles looked at my flat tire and informed me that they could repair my flat tire, no need to get a new tire and it was free of charge! Fast , speedy , friendly and awesome service they just got a new customer.

If you need a very basic oil change, they will get the job done. However, they were unable to rotate my tires due to insufficient equipment. I was very unimpressed with their efforts on repairs.
